• Rajan (1/5): - I wouldn't know, I didn't get to stay there. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. I reached out to the host multiple times in the weeks before my stay and received no response. I was dropped off at the property by a taxi and there was no one on site to let me in. I had to walk a mile with my bags to the nearest hotel. This is apparently a pattern of behavior with these hosts. They cancel on guests last minute if they get an offer for more money. Do NOT book this place.
• Haitam (1/5): Estafa robo y pérdida de tiempo - Nada porque es una estafa, NO HEMOS ACCEDIDO AL APARTAMENTO NI NOS HAN ATENDUDO. No encontramos la casa ni pudimos contactar con el dueño y luego dimos con el número en Google y el dueño decía no tener acceso a booking que no podía hacer nada y nos dio muchas largas y por parte de booking no han proporcionado una solución ni han devuelto el dinero ni aparece reflejado en mi monedero. Sigo esperando una resolución de este problema y la devolución del importe de reserva como mínimo y una compensación por los cargos extra de desplazamiento y alojamiento en otro lugar Estafa casualmente el número de teléfono varía el último digirió para que no puedas contactar con el de la casa. En ningún momento ha habido confirmación de reserva ni contestación. No entiendo cómo booking permite estas cosas ,

• Matthias (1/5): - Man erreichte niemand und konnte die Buchung nicht wahrnehmen. Booking meldet sich nicht. Booking.com ist hier der Schuldige so wie alles aussieht. Mal abwarten - aktuelle haben sie das Geld kassiert. Unverständlich wieso es immer noch online ist obwohl booking schon lange Kentniss davon hat. Auf keinen Fall buchen!!!!!

Je demande non seulement le remboursement mais un dédommagement. Le manque de feedback de Booking.com et le fait qu’on ne puisse pas joindre le service clients est très dommageable. • Baran (1/5): - Nothing We were informed by locals that this place does not exist. We were looking around for an hour but to no avail.
• Anna (1/5): - Квартиру забронировали заранее, хозяин квартиры не выходил на связь, служба поддержки также не могла связаться с ним. В итоге за 1 день до заселения, хозяин квартиры сообщил, что не сможет нас принять. Нам пришлось очень быстро искать другое жилье. Крайне недовольны сервисом букинга и отношением хозяина квартиры. Деньги до сих пор не вернули на карту. Дорогие путешественники, ни в коем случае не бронируйте данное жилье,чтобы не испортить себе отдых!
• Mohamed (1/5): - J’ai effectué et payé une réservation 3 mois avant le séjour prévu. Deux jours avant, je reçois un msg de l’établissement, msg auquel j’ai répondu en précisant mon heure d’arrivée. Le jour du séjour en question, je le contacte pour le prévenir de mon arrivée 1h avant: l’hôte me répond en me disant qu’il y un malentendu et que l’hébergement n’est pas disponible. Tout ça par un simple audio whatsapp au lieu de m’appeler. Lorsque je l’ai appelé, il m’a proposé un autre logement mais en dehors de Tanger. Ce que j’ai refusé. Quel désagrément d’avoir à faire à un établissement qui n’honore pas sa réservation! Surtout quand on prend en compte le fait qu’il y’a eu un échange entre nous deux jours avant, et qu’au lieu de me prévenir qu’il y’avait un problème: il a préféré me laisser le découvrir à mon arrivée afin d’être pris au dépourvu avec la fatigue du trajet et d’accepter d’être logé ailleurs. Heureusement qu’il restait de la place dans un hôtel sur Tanger car on tenait à être près de la mer. Et heureusement qu’on peut aussi compter sur le service client Booking qui a traité ma réclamation. L’hôte s’est excusé au téléphone et je peux comprendre qu’il y’ait eu une erreur de la part de son équipe comme il le prétend. Mais il n’avait pas de réponse justifiée sur le fait qu’il m’a laissé croire pendant deux jours que mon arrivée allait se faire comme prévu suite à notre échange via whatsapp. Ce qui n’est vraiment pas correct. J’espère que cette note et ce commentaire serviront de leçon et que ça n’arrivera pas à d’autres clients à l’avenir.
