• Tiziano Mario (9/5): ottima posizione e super alloggio. - L'appartamento è pulitissimo comodo e fresco (ci sono 2 condizionatori). Il letto comodo e anche il divano letto, c'era tutto il necessario e anche una scorta di beni di prima necessita come sale, olio, caffè. Il quartiere è ottimo per la posizione perchè vicinissima al centro ma anche fuori dalla confusione, la notte si riposa bene in silenzio. Siamo stati molto bene. Peccato che attorno ci sia qualche rudere e qualche cantiere e che in generale per le strade ci sia parecchia spazzatura (ma questo temo che sia un problema della città non certo un problema dell'alloggio che è pulitissimo).

• Irene (9/5): - Very nice and clean apartment; comfy bed, sofa good too; really close to the city centre, yet quiet; bus stop for airport bus close by. Should we come to Heraklion again we'll definitely stay at Rikas City Apartment again.
• Angélique (7/5): - L'appartement et la disponibilité de l'hôte par whatsapp. On ne voit pas l'appartement de l'extérieur pour son nom et très difficile de se garer.

• Ungureanu (10/5): - Un apartament ce ne-a încântat atât pe noi, adulții, dar și pe copii: frumos amenajat, luminos, spațios, foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce are nevoie o familie cu doi copii. Gazda foarte amabilă și înțelegătoare (cu noi în privința check-out-ului). Locația este la câteva minute de centrul comercial, de Muzeul Arheologic și foarte aproape de Portul Venețian. Noi ne-am simți foarte bine!

• Sofija (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is remarkable. One of the best we stated in. The location is amazing, in 5 minutes you are in the centre. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Very clean. There is a lot of space. It even has 2 air conditioners. The host is wonderful land really helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

• Angelika (9/5): Perfectly quiet city centre - The flat is actually half of a house. Located very close to the city centre, yet in a wonderfully quiet tiny street (Google nav is a must!). The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay, the interior design is a delight and the terrace perfect for a morning coffee. We couldn't find bowls for muesli with milk or a soup.
