• M (1/5): Not good! - Zwembad en tuin zijn ok. Het appartement is slecht, oude meubels, oude voorzieningen zoals keuken en badkamer. Zeer ondermaats om dit te verhuren. De foto's op de site kloppen, behalve dat er nu een ronde tafel ipv een hoekzit staat. Helaas vertellen de foto's niet altijd het hele verhaal! Als ik beter had gekeken had ik dit sowieso nooit gehuurd en dat kan ik mijzelf aanrekenen. Wij zijn dan ook direct na aankomst vertrokken naar onderstaande locaties in volgorde. Ik heb vervolgens geslapen bij: -Hotel Hochfirst Timmelsjoch. -Agricultuur Renatta VILLE D'ANAUNIA  - Dolce Vita Ambient Dorsino Zeer mooie en nette locaties, niet te vergelijken met deze. Allen met ontbijt en zelfs nog goedkoper😳. Zoals ik ook al tegen de eigenaresse heb gezegd You need to do better!! Ik heb een refund gekregen (zoals het in de huurvoorwaarden staat) voor een nacht en dat is het. Ik voel me echt bestolen! Shame on Booking!

• Tom (4/5): Nice place, NO WIFI, barely 4G, would be okay at a lower price-point. - The person responsible for sending me the details on how to check-in, including the lockbox code, had failed to do so. Only when I informed them of my impending arrival did someone call to give me the necessary information - but also asking me several times whether I had received the information or not. A bit confusing, but not overly inconvenient. NO WIFI, barely any 4G. The listing does NOT have WIFI. I feel that in 2023 WIFI is such an expected commodity that a place that does not have this should explicitly state this. (Conversely, of course, I should have checked... lesson learned.) The problem however is that there is hardly any 4G connection either. Sometimes you get one bar, sometimes two, which is enough to send and receive whatsapp messages, but not for instance, book your next Blablacar, as I've experienced. The problem persists throughout the hills of Merano, so just going outside into the street doesn't really help. You have to go all the way into town. Communication: Hosts in Italy have 24 hours to log the detailed coordinates of their guests. Not having done this the evening of my arrival prompted the host badger me with text messages, the tone of which reminding one of a stern employer reprimanding wayward employees – not something you expect in the hospitality business, and multiple late night phone calls (a quarter to ten is 'late night' for me). I found this very intrusive and uncalled for. Prior to check-out this morning, I received a puzzling text message. It simply stated: "Sur le table..." If this is an Eddie Izzard reference, I say, hurrah! Indeed, "Le chat est sur le table." I knew this phrase would come in handy one day. Overall: The plane is small but cozy, with a nice view, and a swimming pool, which came in handy during these 35 degree days – the room barely cooled down. My suggestion to the owner would be to remove the huge wood pellet stove taking up a corner of the room, the infrared heating panel (both in the main space), and the two electrical heating units in the bathroom, and replace them all with a single air-air heat pump: efficient heating in winter, more than necessary cooling in summer.
• Martin (7/5): Balkon Aussicht sehr gut, Interieur nicht treffend, Geschirr nicht ausreichend und Bett war lausig - Frühstück haben wir selber gemacht und das war immer gut die Aussicht vom Balkon war super Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr auf den neusten Stand und das Bett wenn man sich drehte hatte immer geknarrt

• Dimitrina (9/5): Gemütlicher Studio mit schöner Aussicht in ruhiger Lage - Das Studio ist mit Geschmack und gleichzeitig praktisch ausgestattet, mit vielen Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten, eine richtige Essecke und einem bequemen Bett. Die Kochnische fand ich toll, sehr smart und funktional und hat sogar einen Fenster, wie auch das Badezimmer. Vom großen Balkon kann man ins Tal und zu den Bergen gegenüber schauen oder gemütlich am Tisch frühstücken. Nichts zu bemängeln, nur eine Empfehlung: ein Soundcheck des TV da die Lautstärke auch bei 1 immer noch ziemlich laut ist.

• Christl (9/5): einfach wunderbar central gelegen sind fast alles gelaufen. - chantal uns Ivan die Gastgeber waren sofort erreichbar wenn Fragen aufkamen. Sehr freundlich, es wurden sogar Ostergrüße geschickt. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden es immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Geschirrtücher fehlen haben keine gefunden.
