Gleb (8/5): A very good option for a long stay at the heart of PDC - We liked the apartment-like layout of our unit, with a small yet functional kitchen. The internet was acceptable for three people for work and leisure; there was no captive portal, just a direct ID and password. The round table was enough for the remote work of two people with laptops and three portable monitors. The caretaker lady was nice and helpful. The public beach was close enough for us to visit twice a day. The air conditioner was effective and silent. It is on La Quina Avenida, which is very noisy until very late. The Internet was a little erratic, with a nominally good connection but with occasional slowdowns and hiccups.

Davina (10/5): Great location and comfy beds - Amazing location! The apartments are a little dated but everything is functional and the locality is unbeatable. Very nice friendly senora who lives in the building who manages everything and is always around to help and answer questions. We had a problem with a broken AC and went out for lunch and she had someone come and fix it before we came back. Housekeeping whenever you want it. The location is the best of the best, but that means it also comes with noise from the bars outside. Bring earplugs.
Logan (9/5): Nice property, too expensive. - This is a nice, clean vacation rental. Would be great for longer stays. Staff was very accommodating. A bit too expensive.
Nadr (7/5): Awesome location but very noisy. - Location was within walking distance to beaches and lots of restaurants and shops immediately nearby. Local keeper was helpful. It was right on the main entertainment strip and our unit was RIGHT ON the strip which meant music blasting all day until 2am every night. A few amenities like paper towels and beach towels would have been nice. Other than that, really enjoyed it. It could be the rooms on the other side of the building were less affect so ask for one of those rooms if you are not a night owl.
