• Dimitris Spiliotis (10/5): Excellent hostess and stay - The location was excellent...10 mins walk from the centre. Maria was excellent in her communications with us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our brief stay (2 nights). There is an excellent Cretan taverna across the road with delicious food. Highly recommend Maria as a hostess. Street Parking can be difficult to find and the streets are quite narrow but that's city centre so it was expected.
• Jaroslaw (10/5): - A very nice starting point to discover Thessaloniki museums, cuisine and monuments. Cozy and clean flat, with very comfortable beds. Many touristic guides, and nice surprise - welcome cake :) All was perfect, some small inconsistencies are not worth mentioning.

• Deniz Anıl (10/5): Arabasız konaklamak için kesinlikle öneriririm - Anahtar apartman giriş kutusundaydı, daireye girişte ikramlar ile karşılanmış olduk. Yatak odası ve odalar çok geniş. Salon da oturma alanı kısıtlı olmakla bile yeterli. Mutfak çok büyük, eşyalar kullanışlı, banya ile yan yana olan mutfak hiç sorun olmadı (normalde sorun yapardım). Ev çok temizdi... Asıl problem araç ile geleceklerin arabayı park edecek yer olmayışı. Sokaklar çok çok ÇOK dar, yerel halk çok küçük arabalar kullanmakta. SUV tarzı bir araçla gittiğim için çıkan arabaların bile yerlerine girmek bile bir sınavdı. Araba ile gelinmediyese bu kısımları göz önüne alınmasına gerek yok :) Booking üzerinden gelen bilgilendirme mesajları yunanca gelmekte, booking mesajları kopyalanamadığı için çeviri de yapılamıyor. İletişim kişisi ise bu konuda biraz ilgisiz, hem yunanca hem ingilizce bilgilendirme gerekli. Daireye ilk giriş biraz zor oldu. Valizleri açarak boşaltmadan kullanabilecek yer olsa çok daha iyi olurdu. Bu tarzdaki sorunlar konaklamada sorun olmadı, kafaya bile takmaya gerek olmadı...

• Funda (10/5): Çok güzel - Tesisin konumu çok iyi, Ataturk’ un evine yurume mesafesinde bulunuyor. Yakinlarinda marketler mevcut. 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak konakladik hersey temiz ve konforluydu. Ev yerden ısıtmalı, isinma cok iyiydi. Ev sahibi bizim icin ikram birakmis cok tesekkur ederiz. Bir tek kalabalik oldugumuz icin mutfak masa ve sandalyesi yetersiz kaldi. Birde yatak odasindaki dolaplar kilitli oldugu icin esyalarimizi yerlestirip kullanamadik.
• Θωμαΐς (10/5): - Πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, καθαρός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος!!! Βολική τοποθεσία μέσα σε 10 λεπτά έχεις φτάσει παντού! Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν ευγενέστατη και και πολύ εξυπηρετική! Μείναμε 6 άτομα και είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι!
• Иванка (10/5): Чудесно !!! - Много се бяха постарали.Имаше всичко необходимо. Много топло и приятно . Домакинята ни беше оставила бутилка вино и панетони беше мил жест. Всичко беше супер единствения проблем беше с паркирането . Улицата е много тясна и не става с голяма кола / джип// Беше много услужлива собственичка ни намери платен паркинг.
• Fulya (10/5): Çok konforluydu - Ekim ayında konakladık. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi, gitmeden önce verdiği bilgiler ile her zaman gittiğimiz bir eve gidiyormuş gibi kolaylıkla yerleştik. Ev çok güzel dekore edilmiş be çok konforluydu. Kaldığımız süreç boyunca ev sahibi her konuda fazlasıyla bilgi verdi. Tatilimizin daha güzel olması için tavsiyelerini almak da çok işime yaradı. Atatürk evine çok yakın olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok
• Sofia Nikodemou (10/5): - Τα πάντα, για την παραλία και λευκό Πυργο ήταν 20 με 30 ώρα, κοντά στο διαμέρισμα έχει ωραία εστιατόρια, συνιστώ το εστιατόριο Στάφυλος Γη, η σπίτι νοικοκυρά πολύ ευγενέστατη κυρία, το διαμέρισμα το λατρέψαμε πάρα πολύ Τίποτα
• ΣΤΑΥΡΟΣ (10/5): Εξετετική θα έλεγα - Ήταν καλόγουστα φτιαγμένο με αρκετές παροχές που δεν βγήκα σε άλλα που έχω πάει. Επίσης σε επικοινωνία μου με τους ιδιοκτήτες η ανταπόκριση ήταν άμεση και πρόσχαρη για να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Δεν ήταν εύκολο να βρεις ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ μιας και είχαμε αυτοκίνητο

• Juraj (10/5): - Ubytovanie sme mali na 4 noci a bolo skutočne výnimočné. Ako skupina 6 ľudí sme sa pohodlne vyspali, ubytovanie bolo nádherné, útulné a čisté. Vo vybavení bolo všetko, čo človek potrebuje. Lokalita tiež skvelá, pešou chôdzou dostupné horné mesto aj more. V recenziách som čítala sťažnosti na dvere v kúpeľni, my sme problém nemali, majiteľ ich, pravdepodobne, opravil. Tiež sa nám páčili rolety v kuchyni, keďže oproti je okno druhého bytu. Veľmi milo nás prekvapil aj koláč na raňajky od hostiteľa. Ubytovanie vrelo odporúčam!
• Beti (10/5): Beautiful apartment near the center with a friendly host! Awesome!! - This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The owner was super nice and friendly and provided us with many tips about sightseeing and places to eat. We were a group of 5 friends and there was a bottle of rose wine waiting for us as well as some facial masks. On top of that, we were gifted with a bottle of Greek oregano. The place itself was beautifully decorated and in a walking distance to the town center. /

• Efstratios (10/5): Το κατάλυμα αυτό μας βοήθησε να περάσουμε ακόμα πιο όμορφα στη Θεσσαλονίκη! - Μας άρεσε το κέρασμα και η λειτουργική κουζίνα, το μπάνιο και οι υπόλοιποι χώροι. Μας άρεσε η άμεση επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα.Μας άρεσε η καθαριότητα. Έλειπε λίγο το μπαλκόνι αλλά δεν πειράζει και τόσο πολύ. Μια μικρή λεπτομέρεια είναι.

Apartamentul fara cusur. Foarte curat, frumos si cu gust mobilat, cu multa atentie la detalii si cu absolut orice ai avea nevoie. Faptul ca am stat prea putin

From the host, we had coffee, tea, cappuccino, wine, delicious fruits, and butter and chocolate biscuits. Close to the city center and public transport. The host was willing to help. Overall great place to stay, I would choose it again :) The bathroom door does not close tightly. Small bathroom sink.

• ΕΜΜΑΝΟΥΉΛ (10/5): - Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι από το να μας φέρουν επί πλέον σκεπάσματα για τα κρεβάτια, μέχρι να γυρίσουν μαζί μας στην περιοχή να μας δείξουν τους χώρους στάθμευσης. Αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα να πάτε οπωσδήποτε.

The area around the place, apart difficult parking which is everywhere nowadays, the area is full of graffiti on walls which I don't like but this is my opinion otherwise great place and recommend!

• Paulina (10/5): - Apartament de exceptie. Situat in partea de sus a orasului, insa la o scurta plimbate de centru. Magazine si restaurante in imediata apropiere. Dar mai presus de toate, ospitalitatea gazdei. Este prima optiune cand revenim in Salonic.

• Filip (10/5): Charming and beautiful place at great location! - + Beautiful place in beautiful location + Very well-thought property with everything you need and cleverly put into renovated apartment + We even find some toys for our kids prepared so that they have something new to play - Parking your car around this property maybe be challenging. We were lucky on the day one and less lucky on next day when the nearest legal parking place was 10 mins walking. It is not special for this apartment - rather a charm of Thessaloniki!

• Llc (10/5): Highly recommended! - Great stay We stayed at To Spitaki for 2 nights as a group of 4 adults and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is located on a very narrow street where parking could be difficult, but since we didn’t have a car, it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is quite central, close to the Turkish Embassy, with markets, bakeries and cafes just around the corner. The apartment itself is well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged, with 2 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a clean bathroom. What stood out most was the host’s attention to details. Everything we needed was right at hand, nothing was missing or hard to find. It was also a lovely touch to find cold water and even a melon waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. All in all, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Thessaloniki. Highly recommended for a short stay in the city!

The location is really great with a lot of stuff to do ar - The flat is well laid out and very convenient in functionality. The neighbours across the way can see directly into the kitchen …the shower too if you leave the bathroom door open. Maybe consider putting a privacy film on the kitchen windows.

• Mark (10/5): To Spitaki (Home) - The apartment is comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooked meals. Plenty of hot water and strong wifi. The radiant heating in the floor is super luxurious. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage. Good water pressure. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, attractions and all the things you might need. Everything appears to be new. The property is well managed and well cared for...an indication that you too will be well taken care of. Highly recommended.
