- Indrė (9/5): - Comfortable bed, terrace. The terrace faces a fairly busy promenade with a large flow of people, so when sitting there you sometimes feel like you’re on display. I think the apartment price is mainly due to the terrace and the beach location. In my opinion, it’s slightly overpriced.

- Bruno (6/5): Für einen kurztripp ausreichend - Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand. Mit Blick auf denn Strand. Eher etwas für zwei Reisende. Die Couch ist nicht wirklich zum schlafen gedacht, es war für mich eine kleine Katastrophe. Das Bett ist ein klappbares Schrank Bett, also auch nur für einen kurztripp gedacht. Was das Parken angeht falls man ein Auto hat ist wirklich wild, in der Straße einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, wenn man denn Verkehr nicht gewohnt ist, ist das eine Herausforderung und paar Straßen weiter findet man irgendwann mal einen.

Maintenance work is ongoing so there was a crane outside of our balcony but we were aware that this might be the case when booking. We found the room difficult to access - quite stressful with two young children. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bar stools need replacing. Would benefit from a washing machine.

- slanepl (8/5): - Widok, bez dwóch zdań, tylko promenada oddziela Cię od plaży i morza. Nigdy nie byłam w apartamencie w takim miejscu, z takim widokiem - fenomenalne. Kawa była na rano dla gości, ale express pokazywał, że czas go odkamienić. Bardzo długa forma check-in, trzeba sporo wiadomości wypełniać i wysyłać w nieznanej aplikacji zdjęcia dowodu z obu stron. Potem dostaje się kod do pokoju, ale nasz nie działał, albo klamka była zepsuta i 30 minut staliśmy i czekaliśmy aż zadziała, aż pojawiła się pani z obsługi (albo właścicielka, nie chce obrażać).

- Ton (8/5): Prima appartement voor een bezoek aan Almeria. - Locatie pal aan zee, goed uitgerust appartement, gratis parkeren 400 meter verderop langs het strand. Bouwactiviteiten aan het gebouw, waardoor uitzicht wat werd belemmerd.
- Lukas (8/5): Gute Lage am Paseo, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen - Super Lage direkt am Paseo und Strand, zu Fuß ca. 25min in die Innenstadt. Ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und auch Waschmaschine. Unkomplizierte Anmeldung & Zugang (zweiter Schlüssel wäre super). Großer Balkon. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einige Teile der Küche, Möbel und teilweise das Balkongeländer fallen fast auseinander. Nur eine Mülltüte. Betten sind nicht sonderlich bequem.

- Ab (6/5): Prachtig groot appartement, met helaas nog grotere teleurstelling. - Het is een fraai, goed geoutilleerd appartement, direct aan de boulevard en het strand. Helaas werd de buitenkant van het pand guldens ons verblijf gerenoveerd. Dat betekende dat we geen gebruik konden maken van het balkon, en niet konden genieten van het mooie uitzicht. En dat was nou net de reden dat we gekozen hadden voor dit appartement. Het bedrijf had wel een waarschuwing geplaatst tussen de fraaie foto's, maar daar hadden wij overheen gekeken. Bijgevoegd de foto's van de werkelijkheid....

- Carlos (4/5): No volvería ni lo recomendaría. - La ubicación es lo que mas me gusto, así como la atención del personal, siempre por teléfono y muy dispuestos a solucionar las incidencias. Teóricamente tiene vistas al mar y terraza, bien la terraza no se puede utilizar ya que esta en obras, hay andamios ,una tela protectora y restos de la obra, muy lamentable, lo considero un engaño. La cama es de las que se pliegan en un armario, su colchón es el que es, malo, ya estaba combado. La televisión esta en un lateral de la cama, por lo que no puedes verla acostado, solo se ve desde el tresillo, que por cierto esta bastante cascado, con un poco de vista y si no se quieren gastar dinero, haber puesto un espejo sobre la pared contraria del mueble de la cama y se podría ver la televisión, el diseño en general bastante chapucero y muy muy orientado a sacar pasta en pco tiempo

- Bennett (10/5): Perfect apartment overlooking the sea - Balcony overlooking the sea was superb. Everything you needed in the apartment. Great location. Able to contact owner if needed. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

- Stéphanie (7/5): Séjour agréable - L’emplacement et la vue était très bien Bruyant. Il y a eu une fête dans la chambre voisine. Comme il n’y a aucun personnel sur place, nous avons eu la musique et les cris une grande partie de la nuit ☹️. On aurait bien aimé être informé qu’il y avait des travaux et donc des échafaudages. Heureusement pour nous, pas en face de notre fenêtre mais celle d’à côté.

- Monique (9/5): Prachtig appartement op toplocatie. - De ligging aan zee. Het prachtige ruime en schone appartement. Fijne bedden in ruime kamers en een heerlijke douche. Het was jammer dat we niet op het balkon konden zitten vanwege werkzaamheden aan de gevel. We zagen dat er eerder een waarschuwing daarover aangekondigd stond, maar ten tijde van onze boeking zagen we die aankondiging niet meer. Van de werkzaamheden zelf hebben we geen last gehad. Het contact met de zeer aardige dame verliep per app en per telefoon, maar we vonden de hele procedure om binnen te komen toch een beetje gecompliceerd.

- Vanesa C. (10/5): - Hermosísimo, confirtable y amplio departamento a un paso de la playa. El sistema de ingreso y sus instrucciones son algo intricados. De todos modos, toda vez que lo precisamos nos auxiliaron telefónicamente de muy buena manera.

- Stefmeister (9/5): Unbeatable location to enjoy the beach and views of the sea in Almeria! - You cannot possibly beat the location. It is situated LITERALLY 20m from the beachfront... It is ideal for the summer (I suppose bypassers maaaay create a bit of fuss, but for our winter stay....we had the sun all day in our living room and in 2 minutes we were playing with the kids in the sand. Awesome! There were still works in the facade of the building. But this is temporal, it will get fixed. On the properties defence, the whole area is getting renovated, but having workers in my balcony for a few days was a bit...
- Alma Griselda (10/5): Acomodación muy satisfactoria / Muy agusto/ Feliz - La habitación era muy acogedora para nuestra familia! Estábamos muy felices con todo! Lo que no me gustó se los hice saber en su momento a los anfitriones. Cosa que resolvieron inmediatamente!

- Birgit (10/5): Alles super! - Sehr, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Lage top, direkt am Meer. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Modern eingerichtet. Wlan kostenfrei. Nichts, es war alles super!Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!
