• Jalila (9/5): - Le riad est très joli, confortable. Le monsieur s'est très bien occupé de nous. Très à l'écoute et nous a bien renseigné pour les taxis. Pdj impeccable et copieux Difficultés pour l'atteindre lorsqu' on est véhiculé mais notre hôte nous a bien guidé et tout s'est bien passé.
• Tiphaine (8/5): Très bien ! - Petit havre de paix dès qu'on a franchit la porte ! L'hebergement est situé dans des toutes petites ruelles, loin du Marrakech touristique . Assez problématique pour trouver un taxi qui nous y dépose.
• eloise (5/5): Mitigé - Le Riad était très sympa, propre et équipé correctement. Abdeladi nous à très bien reçu et les gérants du Riad ont étaient très charmant. Piscine vide, dommage car mes filles se faisaient une joie de pouvoir se baigner, remplie veille de notre départ. Quartier extrêmement sensible et dangereux, aucuns touristes hormis nous. Nous concernant nous sommes venus avec nos 3 filles de 8, 12 et 14 ans , nous nous vêtissions de manière adaptée ( bras et jambes couvert ) pour respecter les coutumes du pays et malgré tout nous avons eu des regards malsains et des paroles déplacés envers nos filles, nous avons senti dès les premiers jours ce malaise et ce sentiment d'insécurité. Comme le Riad est très difficile à trouver, les premiers jours nous nous servions du téléphone GPS pour nous déplacer car aucunes voiture, taxi ne circulent dans le souk. Je me suis fait arracher mon téléphone a 12h par un homme en scooter , ma fille de 8 ans était fermement accroché à mon bras car ne se sentais pas en sécurité, elle a été en état de choc, fasse à cette acte violent et gratuit. Si nous avions su que nous étions aussi loin du centre-ville et dans un des Quartiers les plus sensibles de Marrakech, nous aurions réfléchi à 2 fois.

• paweł (10/5): Marzec 2026 - Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny , widać że mu zależy na kliencie , pyta za każdym razem czy wszystko jest dobrze, stara się jak może . W apartamencie czysto, jak dla mnie nie ma się czego czepić, fajna organizacja przestrzeni w marokańskim stylu. Jeżeli ktoś jedzie autem jest problem z pozostawieniem gdyż uliczki są wąskie i po otwieranymi w okolicy sklepikami.

Pas équipé suffisamment ( très peu de vaisselle à disposition). Chambres bien. Bonne literie. Propreté ok Le ryad ok mais pas l emplacement difficile d accès et quartier pas très sécurisant.

• Emma (8/5): Agréable sejour en famille - Magnifique riad , très bien équipé. Literie confortable dans les 3 chambres. Nous étions 6 à séjourner dans le raid Laila et nous avons trouvé tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Très bon communication avec notre hôte qui a été réactif pendant les 3 jours. Riad situé dans un quartier très peu touristique. Il faut marcher ou prendre un taxi pour pouvoir aller faire des courses ou se rendre au point de rencontré pour les excursions. Un peu bruyant le soir mais au moins, c'est une vraie immersion au cœur d'un quartier typique.

• Huszar (8/5): Skøn Riad i et område hvor der kun bor lokale. Book denne Riad hvis du vil være fri for andre turister og høje priser. - Det var dejligt lokalt og langt væk fra turistområdet. Der var store fine værelser. Køkkenet var veludstyret. Der var virkelig privat. Personalet var super. Der var virkelig koldt, da denne slags huse ikke er bygget til “vinter” Skal du bo her i vinterhalvåret, ta godt med tøj med.

• Pamela (10/5): Great Riad, great host. Would highly recommend. - Abdul was great. Very nice and accommodating. Helped to find dinner as we arrived late. The Riad was beautiful and perfect for us. It was hard to find as there are several Riads with the same name! Also not as close to the Medina as we wanted. Taxis had a problem finding it. But this did not ruin our stay as it was amazing!

Abdelhadi est à l'écoute et disponible. Merci ! Certains endroits autour c'est un quartier très fréquenté car il y a un souk c'est bien mais aussi très chaabi, comme on dit chez nous.

Despite the cold we had a great stay, food market is near by. - The space is very big and the water is also nice in the middle We arrived in winter and the whole house was very cold. As it is actually an open house. I think this is great for summer. In the rooms there were enough heaters. I know that in first room the heater did not work well.
• Nishant (10/5): A hidden oasis in the desert. - It’s a beautiful clean family friendly property that is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the square. A lovely local neighbourhood with amazing people around. Youseef and His wife were amazing hosts. They cooked breakfast for us everyday. We also had some lovely lunch and dinner cooked by them. They were really warm and caring and my kids had a good time. The local neighbourhood was really pleasant to experience as they were really nice and friendly. All the local attraction are about 10-15 mins away. There is a taxi rank very close by, just 10 mins walk. There is nothing I can think of. The pool could've been a little bigger and one of the bathrooms leaked into the bedroom after we took a shower.
• Mohammad (10/5): Hidden Gem, - Stayed in several riads in my stay in Marrakech and this was the best. My family of 4 loved it. The pool is a bit small but perfect to cool off during the hot days. The property from the outside looked like a normal residential apartment, but when we walked in it looked and felt like a palace. Yousef was a great host and assisted us whenever we called. I highly recommend this to everyone, would definitely book again. Taxi stand 500m walk.
