- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number for all passengers.
All guests must provide the following information 7 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number.
- Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong and from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation price, time and pick-up point (pick up and drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter Area). For car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 3 days before departure. Pick up and drop off from/to Hanoi airport is impossible by shared van and guest needs to book private car service.
- Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Genesis Cruise in advanced of your expected arrival time. You can use Special requests box when booking or contact the property directly with contact details provided in your confirmation.
- All guests need to check visa (if you are required for visa to Vietnam) carefully to make sure that guest can arrive Vietnam to take the trip.

- Beatrice (8/5): - The cruise was excellent. Gorgeous rooms, and great activities away from the mass crowds of Ha Long Bay that you see online. The early morning kayaking was a particular highlight! The transfer from our hotel in Hanoi was also very professional and comfortable. We were disappointed with the food on the cruise given the price point. Having come from Hanoi where the food scene is amazing, the food on the boat felt a bit inauthentic and also wasn’t served very hot. The other improvement would be more evening activities. After dinner finished at 8pm, everyone went to their rooms, whereas it would have been nice if there were more things to do.

Waiting staff are very friendly and did an amazing job looking after our every whim. Excursions were well organised where safety was obviously paramount to the organisers and we were encouraged to hydrate and ensure we had taken every precaution to use sun screen and take appropriate clothing. Water was provided for every excursion. There is nothing to dislike, however, it would have been good to have an occasion to be able to swim off the boat on occasion. This was available on an excursion.
- Jessica (10/5): No regrets booking Majesty Prime and I was not asked to write this review! - Kenny, Noah and the rest of the staff are what made our stay extra special. We took a long time to choose which company to book with and have no regrets choosing Majesty Prime. Although it was a little on the expensive side, it was worth it. The food was good and plenty of it, room was clean, keep an eye out for the beer boat lady who will visit your balcony and sell you cheap beers, we paid 300k ($20NZD) for 5 cold beers, apparently we could have paid half of this if we haggled but it was worth it for the laugh! Our bill after a two night stay was about 6million so be prepared to pay for cocktails if you want them. My friend booked an evening massage and said in was incredible. The rubbish floating around :(

It really helped us reset from Hanoi chaos. Special mentions David, Kenny and Mike who elevated the experience. Not much to fault, very well organised. There is a 2.5hr window late morning where there is a cross over of guests doing one night cruises so second day guests get left to themselves with not much on board to keep occupied. Perhaps an optional cooking class/cocktail making to pass an hour or so could work. This requires only one staff and using the bar space would mean the 2nd nighters are occupied but out of the way.

This was magical, a beautiful, chilled out cruise through stunning locations with exceptional staff, food and attention to detail. We felt so lucky to have chosen Majesty Cruise. We are family of three (2 over 6ft tall) and the room was very comfortable for us (2x double beds) and we didn't feel like we were crammed in. Lovely, clean, tasteful. The balcony and huge window were outstanding to appreciate the every changing views. The food was outstanding and generous. The sunset happy hour was amazing. I treated myself to a massage in the spa - a massage that literally fixed a nagging 2-week-long neck/back strain - thoroughly recommend! We liked that there was no pressure to partake in 'all' the activities. It was perfect for us! From the moment we arrived at the departure lounge until we were dropped off the next day, there were no disappointments at all! Special shout out to all the lovely staff, who were amazing, so caring and attentive. Hope to be back one day ;-) Nothing to mention here.

The ship and the rooms were very nice, and the photos on booking are accurate. I liked the activities as well, although I only did swimming in Ha Long Bay and trip to Viet Hai village. I chose to go by bike and was very happy with my choice, since the terrain was mostly flat and it was not hard to pedal at all. The food for me was average. I have tried Vietnamese street food which impressed me way more. But I was kind of expecting that therefore not a big problem. After all, this is not a culinary cruise.
- Smriti (10/5): Incredible 10/10 Experience with an Amazing Staff! - Our Ha Long Bay trip with Majesty Luxury Cruise was easily the highlight of our vacation. We traveled as a group of three couples and everything was top-tier. The rooms are stunning—we stayed on the 1st floor and had the most incredible view with a private balcony. It was the perfect place to wake up. A huge thank you to our driver; our flight schedule changed and we were worried about missing the cruise, but his expert driving ensured we arrived right on time. The hospitality on board was 10/10. Manager Gong was excellent, and our waiter, Johnny, was truly the best—his hospitality was mind-blowing and he earned our highest respect. We loved the food, the drinks, and the activities. We only did boat ride and the jacuzzi as we wanted to rest and relax. We choose to skip kayaking and Tai Chi. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for luxury and a flawless team.
