• Jacqueline (7/5): Beautiful place, but in terrible need of maintenance - Het huis is fantastisch, met de ensuite kamers, en het uitzicht kan niet mooier Geen werkende airconditioning. Zwembad had geen werkend filtersysteem waardoor het heel smerig werd. Meeste van de muggennetten waren stuk. Zonnebedden waren oud en stuk, en ook de matrasjes waren heel dun en versleten. En geen persoonlijk ontvangst, of goede uitleg hoe het huis of afval ophaaldienst in sicilië werkt.
• pagano (7/5): Casa bellissima ma priva di attenzioni - Villa Sikania è bellissima, ambienti spaziosi e comodi per tutti gli ospiti La casa avrebbe bisogno di una buona manutenzione e di qualcuno che si occupi di vedere le cose che mancano . televisori non funzionanti, zanzariere rotte, nei bagni manca il minimo per appendere asciugamani ed accappatoio. Abbiamo dovuto portare delle sedie per appoggiare le cose. Un bagno con il lavandino otturato, in cucina alcune cose contate. Accoglienza pari a zero, ci hanno lasciato la chiave attaccata alla porta e quando siamo andati via l'abbiamo lasciata lì. Tavolino fuori rotto, non abbiamo potuto mangiare un giorno fuori. Mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione perché la casa è bellissima, ma manca di attenzioni da parte del proprietario o chi per lui

• Roberto (10/5): Relax in villa nuovissima e confortevole, un "must" se si visita Castellammare - Villa in una zona residenziale super tranquilla e tutta nuova. Gli interni sono davvero curati e molto confortevoli. Siamo stati a marzo quindi non siamo riusciti a sfruttare al massimo gli spazi esterni, solamente il cortile e piscina valgono il soggiorno. Accoglienza e check-in ottima, host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
• Giovanni (3/5): Decent would never go back. Host was a complete joke and lacked ownership and accountability qualities. - Potential is extraordinary. Dirty, not well presented, broken chair, broken bench, torn up pads on pool chairs. Mgr of site was absolutely terrible and clueless. Truly needs to do a better job of awareness and oversight of property. Pool looked disgusting. Would never recommend this site to anyone.

• Angela (9/5): Beautiful Villa to enjoy with friends or family - The house is very comfortable and has all you might need, the area is beautiful, the person in charge was extremely nice and attentive, always ready to give us recommendations and answer our questions. The pictures are accurate, would absolutely recommend it to anyone
• Leonte (10/5): Fantastic villa choice in a nice location with a great view - Modern villa with everything we needed for a group of eight. Fantastic view with mountains in the back and sea in the front. Very quiet neighborhood. Access within 1 hour by car to best Sicilian landscapes sites and beaches: San Vito Lo Capo, Riserva dello Zingaro, Trapani, Erice, Favignana A bit hard to recycle the trash, the car only takes 1 material each day
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - Great location in between Castelmallare Golfo and Scopello. Clean house, nice view. Lots of space. Weird locks, could have nicer outdoor furniture and pool towels.
• Diana (10/5): Just as in the pictures - Just WOW. We liked everything about this accommodation. It looks just as in the pictures and is perfectly equipped. Clean and nicely looking house with a grill and excellent pool area. There are 3 bathrooms and AC in every room. The pool is beautiful and garden is spacious. You can park multiple cars on the property if you decide to rent. There is dishwasher, towels, washing machine, bidets, soaps, sunscreens, hair dryers. The kitchen had it all - various kinds of glasses, plates, cutlery for more than 10 people. Olive oil, balsamico, salt, sugar, other spices, Nescafe coffee, pasta, cereals - all of this was available for use and many more. Great communication with the owner. Lovely city of Casellammare del golfo just 15 min drive and definitely worth visiting, however no public transportation available. We really loved our stay but there was a few things missing - only one toilet paper for one bathroom (3 alltogether) for 7 people for 4 days - that is not enough. But there were bidets for this. When we arrived there was a sand in the pool because of the storm (this is not a fault of owner), and the pool boy came to clean just after 2 days. There is coffee machine in description - this is mocca and you need to buy special coffee for this. Be prepared to buy everything you need in advance if you do not rent a car. The nearest grocery shop is 40mins by foot and there is nothing around or near the house. Also, it is very hard to get a taxi to the nearest city Castellamare del Golfo and it is quite expensive - 60€ roundtrip (but owner offers grocery delivery if needed). There were no dishwasher tablets provided even though the dishwasher was big we had to clean everything manually. No detergents for washing machine.
