• Mély (10/5): Bel appartement avec une superbe terrasse - L'appartement est spacieux, propre, calme et confortable. Mention spéciale pour la superbe terrasse ! Carlos est un hôte disponible et charmant. Petit souci pour utiliser l'appli qui ne fonctionnait pas mais Carlos nous a ouvert à distance et nous avons récupéré les clés ensuite.
• Rahel (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, ruhig und Zentral gelegen in Barcelona. - Die Lage in der Nähe der Placa Espanya und der Metro Station Tarragona ist super. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross und schön, wir haben immer draussen gegessen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Zugang in die Wohnung über eine App ist nicht ganz einfach. Uns war auch nicht klar, wo die Wohnung sich genau befindet im Gebäude. Sie ist ganz oben im Atico. Es gibt keine vernünftigen Küchen-Messer in der Wohnung. Es wäre schön wenn die Seife im Seifenspender voll wäre, so dass sie für den ganzen Aufenthalt reicht. Auch WC Papier mussten wir dazukaufen. Die Dusche ist schwer einzustellen.

• Marcin (8/5): Blisko metra, spokój i piękny taras. Polecam. - Właściciele to bardzo pomocni ludzie, dostępni i w kontakcie. Pozwolono nam wejść do kwatery wcześniej, nie było problemu z odebraniem kluczy. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane jest na szczycie bloku w cichej dzielnicy, dwie windy. Bardzo blisko do stacji metra, blisko do La Rambla i blisko do Camp Neu. Atutem jest taras. Dość słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Naprawdę drobiazg: brakuje kapsułek do ekspresu, cukru, herbaty, soli - niewielki koszt, a gdyby były bardzo by zmieniły sytuację. Nie zostawiajcie jedzenia na wierzchu, bo zbierają się małe mróweczki. No i warto usunąć pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej - widoczna od środka, po zamknięciu drzwi. Na razie obiekt zasługuje na mocną ósemkę. Styl wyposażenia: lata 80te. Ale jest OK.
• Stefan (10/5): Toller Ausgangspunkt um Barcelona zu erkunden - Die Lage ist super. Wenige Gehminuten zur HopOnHopOff Station, Metro, Aeroport-Shuttle, Wasserspiele (Miracle Fontain). Alles Notwendige ist Fussläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterasse ist toll. Wir haben draussen Gefrühstückt. Leider war es Abends zu kühl um den Abend draussen ausklingen zu lassen. Aber definitiv ein geeigneter Platz dafür. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Vermietung ist freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Schliessanlage funktioniert super. Man sollte allerdings den Check-In schon vorher machen. Es lag vermutlich an mir, aber die App für die Schliessanlage hat mich zu Beginn verzweifeln lassen. Das schmälert nicht die Qualität der Wohnung. Eine Nachbarin hat uns auf Spanisch zurechtgewiesen. Leider weiss ich bis heute nicht worum es ging. Vermutlich irgendwas mit dem Aufzug.

The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The host is responsive to messages, answers all the questions promptly.
• audrey (10/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse pour des déjeuners ensoleillés, l'emplacement, proche du métro mais permettant aussi d'accéder à pied à beaucoup d'endroits, le confort des lits et enfin la disponibilité de Carlos, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. Rien, c'était vraiment une bône expérience.
• Oxana (10/5): - Мы отлично провели время в Барселоне. Приятно было возвращаться в просторную квартиру после насыщенного туристического дня. Приличный дом, хорошая квартира, в которой есть все, чтобы чувствовать себя, как дома. Можно придираться к мелочам, но не думаю, что это стоит делать. Все было отлично. Понравилось и расположение. Мы много ходили, до всех достопримечательностей гуляли пешком. Недалеко проходит пешеходная улица, по которой чудесно гулять и днем, и вечером. Можно пользоваться транспортом, рядом и метро, и автобусы, и электрички. От аэропорта и до аэропорта удобно добираться (от площади Испании отходят каждые 10 минут прямые автобус в терминалы Т1 или Т2, а можно на городском автобусе 46 доехать совсем дешево по городскому транспортному билету). Около площади Испании есть много специализированных мест, где можно хранить багаж , если время вылета вечером. Так что ранний выезд из апартаментов не напрягал. Рядом есть остановка туристического автобуса, на котором можно кататься по разным маршрутам, это реально крутой туристический аттракцион. Спасибо хозяину, всегда был на связи!

• Mariusz (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego (Rodalies), łatwy dojazd z lotniska, tuż obok stacji metra. Duży taras, choć bez ochrony przed deszczem. Dużo przestrzeni wewnątrz mieszkania. Dojazd windą. Zdjęcia nie do końca odzwierciedlają wiek i stan mieszkania, widać, że ma już swoje lata.
• Wayne (8/5): Excellent apartment worth the price. Would stay again simply because Carlos was very good to work with. - The owner and manager were very responsive and good to work with. The bathroom was excellent, and the apartment well prepared. Excellent neighbors, and good neighborhood. Some radiators didn’t work, some wear and tear on utensils and pans, weak hair dryer. Sofa is new but not comfortable. Small bedrooms.

• Anouk (10/5): Perfect appartement voor een gezin! - Een ruim, schoon appartement, met als grote plus het royale dakterras. Wij hadden als gezin van 5 voldoende ruimte voor iedereen en het was zeer compleet ingericht met alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook de eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk, dacht goed mee en prima contact. .

Appartamento un po da risistemare.

• Kuiliang (9/5): - Die Lage ist auf Jedenfalls ein plus Punkt. Metro Station und Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Wohnung ganz modern ausgestattet. Großer Balkon ist sehr schon. insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Barcelona sehr angenehm, mit der Ferienwohnung kann man nicht wirklich merkeln.

• Gerlinde (10/5): Tolles Appartement in perfekter Lage mit drei Schlafzimmern, super Ausstattung und einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse – al - Das Appartement ist einfach großartig! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – die Metro Station Tarragona ist gleich um die Ecke und man erreicht wirklich alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt: Es gibt insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer, eine tolle Dachterrasse (sogar überdacht, mit Wäscheleinen) und alles, was man braucht – von Waschmaschine über Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher bis hin zu Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Abwicklung war super unkompliziert. Ich musste sogar kurzfristig etwas ändern, was sofort und ohne Probleme umgesetzt wurde. Der Kontakt war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es war alles bestens!

• John (6/5): Great location but it got unbearably hot in bedrooms. - Great location within easy walking distance of Barcelona-Sants the main railway station. Great deck. Confusion in instructions how to get through main entrance door. Took over 2hrs to resolve with help from Booking.com support.. Heatwave and the bedrooms were unbearably hot and we considered finding something else. Only aircon is in living room and a small unit.
• Feng (9/5): A very nice stay. Will definitely recommend it! - Excellent location and a great balcony! Ran out of toilet paper :( The elevator was not working when we checked out. We had to carry our luggage downstairs, then found out the elevator was stuck at the lower level.
• Aleksandrs (9/5): Superb - Apartment is ideal for families, quite spacious although the bedrooms are rather small. The terrace is huge and very nice. Everything was functional and working in the apartment. Communication with the host was very good. There is no lock in the toilet/bathroom
• Evan (8/5): Very good - It was close to train station &clean We were originally told at booking that we could leave our luggage around 8ish when we got off cruise ship but that changed at the last minute and we weren’t able to leave our luggage until late morning which delayed the start of our day of touring . We stayed on the ship until we could Unload our luggage .

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the time stated in the rules. The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay – a luxurious terrace and a spacious interior. The location was very convenient: 25 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the beach, and a direct train to PortAventura. The host paid great attention to detail and left a very positive impression. Highly recommended! I will definitely return to this apartment again, as it truly offers a complete feeling of relaxation. Once again, thank you so much! 100/10 NIL
• Agnese (10/5): Loved the terrace - We loved the terrace, the dishes were enough for a family lunch and breakfast. And it was also inconvenient that one of the main metro stations is very close and a big grocery store just about 5 minutes away.

Very comfortable beds. Perfect bed linen. New towels (had tags) Availability of various dishes and kitchen utensils. There is no lock in the toilet/bathroom, which is very inconvenient. The apartment was cleaned but not perfect.

• Galina (10/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment near the main train station. The host was very accommodating and nice. There is an elevator in the building. Very nice patio. A couple of things to note. There is no lock on the bathroom, not a great idea when traveling with other adults. Also, even though the listing shows air-conditioner, it's only in the living room, the bedrooms have ceiling fans that are not very strong, but noisy.
