• Jordan (9/5): Worth it. - Great location, and friendly staff. Room was a great value and very comfortable. Slight error at booking made the staff try to kick us out even though we booked as the next guest. All resolved quickly, and staff otherwise was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would still highly recommend.
• Harry (10/5): Four star house & room at a budget price. - This was the first time staying at an Air B&B. For over 20+ years in my sales career I stayed an average of 90 days a year in hotels all over the world. The four day I stayed at Awesome Villa has very unique in accommodations. The house, room & grounds are fabulous. It is located in a quite neighborhood. Even though this is shared accommodations I only saw 2 people staying there. This was a comfortable and relaxing experience. I'll be back. I would like better security on the door locks. I would have felt more secure if the automatically locked when closing the doors. Or be able to set your own pass code to your room.
• Bryant (10/5): Beautiful house felt like a Mansion and affordable - I loved it, it was huge, it felt like being in a Mansion, I stayed in a Master bedroom and it was amazing to see its like my own private home, complete with kitchen, driveway, outdoor areas and all. Got to meet the owner, she was super kind and caring. And it was a last minute booking due to Artemis 2 launch and was able to watch it launch at the KSC Visitors Complex. I am happy I was able to book it and got to witness history unfold. I wish the communication were better, but otherwise not much.

• Lisa (10/5): We enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when in the area, even for longer stays. - It is a big beautiful house, furnished as if it were a real home, and not just for temporary accommodations. Granted, outside of the specific bedroom that is rented, the accommodations are shared, but the layout of the house is perfect for that. And it is nice and unique for the area that such an opportunity exists—to not have to rent the whole house while still having access to it.

• Sharon (10/5): Fantastic Hosts - We booked a 2 night stay, but unfortunately, due to some delayed communication through Booking.com and our late night arrival, we were unable to check in, so subsequently, could not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The following morning, the owner contacted us and arranged to meet us and give a full refund in person, with a lovely apology and offer of a free stay as compensation. We were so sad not to have had the opportunity to stay with this kind and attentive host, but will definitely take the opportunity on our next visit. Nothing, other than the delayed communications between us and the host, through Booking.com

• Alex (8/5): Spacious home near to all that Melbourne, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach have to offer. - The house is super spacious, and the master bedroom is huge, three beds, plus nice walk-in shower. It would be perfect for a large family gathering. I'm still getting used to these type of bookings. The previous two met my needs as there were four people involved and we had the entire property for ourselves. This time, it felt funny to share the house with three other guests. There were no problems, no noise issues, and I did not meet them but the thought of being with total strangers and only protected by an interior bedroom door was not comfortable. I must be getting old. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for a single female guest.

• Bruno (10/5): Beautiful, clean and friendly - Beautiful and very big villa with a kitchen where you can find everything you need! The room is very big, very comfy beds, big bathroom. Everything is clean and spotless. The manager Dominick is available to help you and to feel like you are a part of a nice and friendly family. But at the same time it’s quiet and you have your intimacy as place is really very big with a nice garden and BBQ. We didn’t expect such a great experience ! It was the end of our trip, if no - we would definitely stay longer! Thank you, Dominick!!! 🙏 Nothing!
