• Murray (8/5): Comfy in the city - Drove into the drop off area underneath the building. Was met by the host Shirley, on arrival to show me where to park and how to get up to the room. The roller door remote is also a fob to get into the building. The room was nice and spacious with a good layout. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Coffee maker too. Good views out to the mountains. Very close walking distance to the shopping centre and some great restaurants. Parking was on B1 and not far from the lifts that were very quick. The decor was a little dated for a modern apartment and I don’t get the piano in the room! Two really large sofa lounges each side of the room. Bed is a slat time king size that was a little firm for me. The room was a little noisy being near the lift with what sounded like a cable slapping across the ceiling at one stage. One thing I was unaware of was the main door is not self locking and I went out and left it unlocked. The tiles in the shower have lost their coating but don’t let that put you off. I would stay here again

• Miriam (10/5): Comfy City Charmer! - The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Our host met us in person, gave us a walkthrough and explained how everything works. Everything we needed had been provided. The apartment easily accommodated our party of 6. We were literally steps away from the Canberra Centre and walking distance from ANU, which we were visiting. We had a great stay. No drawbacks to report!

• Perry (4/5): Value for money however property was tired. This included furniture and other inclusions - Property is tired with very dated furniture. Heating ran for a few minutes and then reverted to a temperature set by the owner

• Michael (8/5): Great location, needs some love and TLC - The location was great, and the owners were lovely and helpful. The apartment presented clean, other than smell (see below). The blankets were great. Heating was perfect. Access to the gym and pool was a great option, but I didn't get to use it, though, due to the short length of our stay. Having a piano in the room was so awesome, and it was in tune. It needs some love, but it was fun to play for a bit. The shower had black mould growing everywhere in it, a simple mould killer would fix this issue. The apartment smelled of stale cigarettes upon first entry, this disappeared after opening all the balcony access for a few hours. The bed mattress was absolutely horrible, not as bad as Adina apartments, but I wouldn't want more than one night on it.
