Treppenhaus - Lichtschalter war oft schwierig zu finden!

• OMOURI (8/5): Très bon séjour et très bonne conclusion de voyage à Thessalonique. - Emplacement idéal, à proximité du port et de plusieurs restaurants très sympathiques. La tour blanche est proche du lieu, pas de quoi non plus en faire un argument de vente majeur, mais pour ceusses qui veulent la visiter, c'est pratique. Deux gros musées (archéologique + de la culture byzantine) sont tout proches. Deux énormes bonus : la TV connectée et la machine à laver qui sèche ! Parfait après un long séjour en Grèce. Enorme vis-à-vis dans la chambre (mais bon, l'hôte n'y peut pas grand chose, c'est juste à avoir en tête). Je n'avais pas compris dans l'annonce qu'il s'agirait d'un appartement dans une résidence locative tout venant, je pensais vraiment réserver dans un hôtel. Il faudrait clarifier cela dans l'annonce.

Στο πάπλωμα δεν είναι καν παπλωματοθηκη. Επίσης τα μαξιλάρια ήταν διαφορετικά, το ένα πάρα πολύ φουσκωτό, ενώ το άλλο όχι.

Έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος μέσα σε ένα σπίτι.Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, έχεις θέα τον λευκό Πύργο και όλα σχετικά είναι πολύ κοντά. Ήταν πολύ ωραία και θα το προτιμισουμε ξανά. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα !!!

Μπορείς να πας οπουδήποτε με τα πόδια και δεν χάνεσαι, βλέπεις τον λευκό τον πύργο και ξέρεις προς τα που θα κατευθυνθείς για να βρεις το δωμάτιο. Η θέα από από το μπαλκόνι ήταν εξαιρετική!!! Δυστυχώς η ηχομόνωση δεν είναι καθόλου καλή καθώς ακούγονται τα πάντα, είτε από το διπλανό δωμάτιο είτε από τα μαγαζιά από κάτω είτε από τους κάτοικους της πολυκατοικίας. Επίσης η πόρτα η κεντρική άνοιγε με δυσκολία, σαν να μην έμπαινε καλά το κλειδί; κάτι τέτοιο.. μας ζορισε αρκετές φορές. Το ότι είχαμε να ανέβουμε 4 ορόφους από τις σκάλες με τις βαλίτσες, συν του ότι θα μπορούσε στο δωμάτιο να έχει έστω και κάποια μπουκάλια με νερό, γιατί και το νερό θεωρείται είδος πρώτης ανάγκης. Κατά τ'αλλα ήταν ένα αρκετά καλό δωμάτιο, αλλά πιστεύω ότι αν υπήρχαν κάποιες διορθώσεις όπως ήδη ανέφερα παραπάνω θα ήταν το τέλειο.

Location is perfect , sea is around 100 meters from apartment and near apartment you have excellent tavernas ,bakeries and coffee shops. Aristotelis Square and boutiques are also near. Host is very helpful. I highly recommend it.

• Nataliya (2/5): Veryyy cold and host who did not want to help us - Location There was no elevator. The entrance door lock had a problem and somethims you could not open it and I was oblige to srart ringing on the other doorbells until someone open it. As it is winter and it happend to be quite cold weather, around 0 degrees, we have tried to open the AC but the remotes did not worked (3 of them) so I had to go to buy a butery for the remotes. One of the AC did not work, it was blowing a cold air and it was not possible to stop it. We were obliged to stop it from the main switch board but automatically we did not had any light in the room. I have contact the host he promised he will sent someone but no-one came. On top of this the other 2 AC that were working were locked to 23 degrees. Considering the cold weather and the fact that there was no working heating system it took 24 hours before the appartment got warm...

• Panagiota (8/5): Good value for money - Great location, clean apartment, very good and helpful staff they reply immediately and solving problems immediately. It has a lot of problems. First of all is on 4th floor without lift, you have to go by foot by stairs, it’s difficult to do it with suitcases. Secondly, the lockers. In the main entrance downstairs is really difficult to open, it need a trick to open the door. Then inside the apartment you put the key in one box to have electricity which is problematic too. The apartment looks beautiful but it’s very problematic. Also, it’s very noisy from outside, all night people are downstairs, cars, very noisy.

Camlardan inanılmaz soğuk geliyor, dairenin içinde olduğu apartmanda koku durulacak gibi değil. Klimalar felaket sabitlenmiş içeriyi ısıtmıyor. Otopark yakın değil bavul varsa çok sıkıntı, orada indirip bırakıp otoparka gitme seçeneği mevcut değil, dialog kurabileceğiniz kimse yok.

• Georgios (5/5): - Schön war die Aussicht, modern die Wohnung und sehr gute Lage. Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, ohne Aufzug, was in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben war. Das kann vor allem für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen ein großes Problem darstellen. Zudem fehlten Waschmittel-Tabs und ein Wäscheständer wodurch die Nutzung der Waschmaschine umständlich wurde. Auch die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern und Klopapier war unzureichend, sodass wir nach sieben Tagen nur einmal frische Handtücher erhielten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher enttäuschend.

Οι σκάλες ήταν παλιές και βρώμικες, το δωμάτιο ήταν σε καλη κατάσταση χωρις ομως καμία ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται οι φωνές και φασαρία από το μπαρ που υπήρχε κοντά, δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανα σε καμία περίπτωση.

• Rastko (9/5): Great location with some dowsides - Excellent location and clean apartment. The entrance to the building has its difficulties. The key and the lock get jammed and you need to turn key very very strong in order to open the main door into the building. Also I did not see anywhere that apartment is on the 4th floor and that there is no elevator. Plus the drain in the shower is stuck so water drains very slowly.

• Pascalis (5/5): Würde nicht nochmal da hingehen - Lage top des war’s auch schon. Wir sind in der Unterkunft angekommen Treppenhaus stinkt gewaltig, dann ins Apartment rein wurde frisch gewischt war alles feucht noch aber dreckig überall lagen Haare rum! Für Kaffeemaschine lagen nicht mal Tabs da. Ich war jetzt auf 5 Insel dieses Jahr überall gab es Tabs und Wasser im Kühlschrank da Nix davon. Wird überall gespart.
• Mangels (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki übertraf unsere Erwartungen. - White Tower Elegance ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Ferienwohnung , die nur an der Hausnummer 9 erkennbar ist. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war - zwar eingeschränkt von Nachbarhäusern - wunderschön auf den White Tower mit Meer und einen Berg. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super-modern. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Sie ist nur über eine schmale Wendeltreppe mit 4 mal 18 = 72 Stufen zu erreichen, und das mit 84 Jahren und schwerem Koffer.

• Marko (10/5): Excellent location, close to the city center. - There are many interesting restaurants and cafes nearby. We had convenient parking for our motorcycle right in front of the building. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and the apartment was cleaned during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

I also booked the 1 bedroom apartment thinking I was paying a fee accordingly and was only given then next door studio which was significantly smaller than anticipated. Property advertised as having garage parking and nearby parking but in fact no parking is available at the property. Just for others to be mindful that no lifts and right staircase.

Had to carry luggage 4 floors with a child in dirty stairs smelling so bad. Also heating system out of order, we had to use only the aircon which was not enough. The bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows too. Definitely this was my worst experience in Thessaloniki ever
• Miloš (10/5): Cosy, bright apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki - Central location, next to the White Tower and sea promenade. Cosy, bright apartment with all neccessary ammenities. Bed was really comfortable.The bathroom and kitchen were perfect.The self-check in was timely, easy and convenient, with a code. The Grand Parking is close (1.7 km) so the parking was not the problem. We didn't have notable complaints while staying.
• Maria (1/5): Avoid this place. - I dont even got the chance to see the apartment!!!! Is on the 4th floor without elevator I had to quit going up with my suitcases I only reach till the second floor. Recently operated my knee it was imposible to reach the 4th floor by stairs. I was supposed to stay there for 20 days!!!! The are misleading the customer by giving not clear information. Description says: “Upper floor only accesible by stairs” this info does not explain that the apartment is on the 4th floor. (I could be at the first floor or even at the ground floor) They refused to give me back part of the prepaid money So they gain all this big amount of money even though i didnt want the apartment.
• Tatiana (1/5): AVOID IN ALL COSTS - Avoid this property at all costs. The photos are completely misleading. The entrance was covered in mold and smelled of urine, and the hosts were unresponsive between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM when we arrived. Front key was not working - Noone to help us. Once we entered the building we realised that we had to carry our suitcases four floors full of mould, dead cockroaches and urine. Noone to help never returned our calls to the date. We left the apartment after two hours as we were worried about our safety and health. The conditions were appalling. We requested a refund, but the hosts only offered a taxi ride as compensation. I have reported the issue to Booking.com, and they are currently assessing the health and safety standards of this property. It’s a disgrace that such a place is allowed to be rented out. Avoid this property entirely. There is no elevator all the way to the 4th floor, and the building reeks of urine, with cockroaches and mold throughout. The hosts were extremely unhelpful and failed to communicate, leaving us unable to gain entrance. This place is completely unacceptable.
