Allan (8/5): Large well located property with plenty of space for kids to run around. Excellent views. - Location was great and the size of the property. The view and access to the beach was also excellent. Booking process and forms to complete was a bit more complex than an airBnB booking. Also didn't like providing a copy of my license. Some bedrooms do not have any blinds or curtains which was great for the view but not very practical for a lie in or for privacy. Some of the equipment needs repair eg) Pool Table cloth and pocket corners but great for the grandkids to use.
Sarah (9/5): Family holiday home - just lovely - Location the best... huge lawn and mowed path right down to the beach. Top line kitchen appliances made cooking easy. Beds super comfy. Space for everyone to relax. Loved our stay. Note: single beds are in a loft situation with no door. The view is amazing, and the local Kangaroo family a joy to watch every day.
Leanne (7/5): Love Arrawarra, Cardow & partners easy to deal with. Surf break needs a good clean & update. - Location beautiful. House was quite unclean, windows, screens, tracks, under furniture very dirty. Pans & frypans virtually unusable, needs updating. Amenities all need updating.
Allan (8/5): We loved our stay and would happily stay again. - Location l, view and layout Nil privacy on main bedroom windows ( no blinds) , so people see you in bed or getting up. No heating downstairs ( need a few oil heaters for bedrooms), limited kitchen utensils. Overall, it's a great property, just missing a few items that would make it perfect.
Marc (7/5): Good - The location was great. Easy access to the beach and a great view of the waves, the surfers and the headland. Nice early morning walks along the beach and the headlands. There was no curtains on the windows - privacy at night could be an issue and Sunlight in the morning is not great for a sleep-in (but perhaps that was a good thing for early morning walks).
