• Esther (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf op een geweldige locatie met prima host! - Prima locatie, aan drukke weg maar hier merk je niks van. Schone entree met goed afgesloten deur. 7 trappen naar de tweede verdieping (of lift). Daar aangekomen vind je het kluisje met de sleutels. Zeer duidelijke Info krijg je van te voren via de mail. Erg duidelijk met foto's, top! Host reageert snel op vragen, is altijd bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Appartement heeft balkon, dat is heel fijn. In de buurt zitten supermarkten, metrostation, bushaltes. Italiaans restaurant PepeNero aan de overkant een aanrader. Niet twijfelen maar gewoon boeken als je naar Milaan wil. Er waren geen glazen in het appartement maar dat is dan ook echt het enige!

• Margret (8/5): Fijn apartement, ideale locatie - Mooie inrichting, vlak naast supermarkt en Metro en bus/ tram direct in buurt . Niet voor 4 personen bestek glazen kommen of zo. Douche slot ging moeizaam en water wasbak liep nauwelijks weg. Rekening houden met veren/ dons beddengoed.
• Vitor (8/5): Afordable and Luxurious. Convinient and Comfortable. - It was a very affordable but yet very luxurious apartment. It’s also 20ish minutes from the center but right next to the metro which made it very easy to get to! Not much to say here other than it was a little cold, mainly due to the weather being cold.
• Bartosz (10/5): - Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, blisko stacja metra, a to już wiele w kwestii poruszania się po Mediolanie. Blisko market. Nic więcej nie potrzeba, idealne.
• Justin (8/5): It was a nice place, but if you are going to interact with your guests, maybe treat them with respect. - The location was great and had the metro and supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants in very close proximity The very first morning we stayed here, which was also a Saturday, we had someone come to our door at 8 am to collect an additional tax from us. I opened the door and greeted him very nicely and he immediately started yelling at us and insulting us for locking our door so that he couldn’t get in and collect the tax from us. No “welcome, how is everything?” Or any concern about us at all, just yelling and claiming he had been outside for 30 minutes waiting for us to open the door when we never heard him knock or anything. I explained to him that we saw our door had 5 different locks on it so we assumed it was a safety precaution we needed to take, and all he did was yell, insult us, take the money, and then just walked away very rudely. Extremely disrespectful and a terrible way to welcome guests who have paid to stay at your place.

• Maxim (9/5): Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the apartment thanks to its cozy atmosp - The apartment was very cozy and well laid out. The size was perfect, not too small and not too large just right for a relaxing stay. The location was also very good, close to a subway station, and there were two grocery stores right nearby, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and cozy apartment that I would definitely recommend. When there was a pipe issue with the toilet, it was taken care of within three hours, which we really appreciated. One downside was that the beds were quite squeaky, which was noticeable and affected the sleeping comfort. In addition, the kitchen was missing some basic frying pans, which made cooking a bit inconvenient.
• J Claudio (6/5): Good place to stay in. - Spacious apartment, bright and airy. Toilet, shower towels and bedding really in need of care, all look dated. There was no wine glass, even a single one. Tried to get some heat to the bedroom but couldn't increase thermostat temperature.

• DONATELLA (8/5): - Casa nuova, arredi moderni. In pochi minuti si arriva alla metro. Supermercato sotto casa. Siamo stati benissimo. Aggiungerei qualche dotazione in cucina (c’era solo un cucchiaino) Avrei apprezzato della carta da cucina e le buste per la raccolta differenziata.
• Claire (7/5): Great location in Beautiful Milan - Location - Excellent - next door to shops ! A short walk to the metro to get every where easily - location could not be better !! Beds comfortable I feel overall the stay was great but where it is a holiday rental there were a few things that could make this 10/10 When opening the door it did smell - musty - un lived in - maybe hasn’t been used for a few weeks but nothing a nice diffuser wouldn’t have sorted. Wine glasses - tea spoons - scissors - would have been useful - do be a stock up of bits is needed. Bathroom could have been cleaner - overall clean but round the edges - just a bit of bleach would get rid of the tough stains New washing up sponge !! New cloth - is better than used ones Washing machine door needs to be kept open as it did produce an awful smell but obviously due to being closed and not used. These are purely suggestions to make it Excellent I went out and purchased new sponges , air freshener and wipes and with keeping the windows open when in , it didn’t take long to feel fresher The main issue - mirrors! The walk in wardrobe - lovely but would improve so much with a long mirror - 4 people trying to get ready was difficult with just the bathroom mirror and a small high hall mirror. Like previously said - all issues that were sorted quickly but would have been nice not to have sorted at all.

• Isabella (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND, doesn't have hot water. - We were four guests staying here, and from the very first day there was not enough hot water for all of us to shower. Considering how extremely cold it was in Milan this week, this made the apartment practically unusable, as showering with cold water was not possible. On the second day, there was no hot water at all. The host sent a technician, who simply turned the boiler off and on, but nothing improved. The problem continued throughout the entire stay. A second technician visit changed nothing either—he repeated the same process, even taking a cigarette break while "waiting" for the water to heat. Again, the water would turn cold after the first person showered. One of us ended up going three days without being able to shower. This situation was unacceptable, especially as I was in Milan for my graduation and expected basic standards of accommodation. At the end of the stay, instead of taking responsibility, the host claimed we were “lying” about the lack of hot water. We paid for an apartment that did not provide the most basic necessity: hot water. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Booking and I cannot recommend this listing.

• Alessandra (7/5): - Gute Verkehrsverbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Aufzug im Treppenhaus. Das größere Schlafzimmer ist extrem hellhörig. Man hat jedes Wort aus der benachbarten Wohnung gehört. Die Betten im kleineren Zimmer sind sehr laut. Es war kaum Toilettenpapier vor Ort. Darüber hinaus waren die Fußböden nicht sehr sauber. Kein Licht an der Tür.

El menaje muy escaso para guisar y poder utilizar para 4 personas como fuimos nosotros

• Lucija (9/5): Superb - The customer service of this apartment is amazing. They were always available for my 1000 questions and provided us to leave luggage in the apartment before the check in since we had an early flight to Milano. Apart6ment was clean, we received towels and fresh linens. The bathroom smelled off because of the bad pipes I suppose.
• Vonski (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. Great location. Bus stop outside apartment & tram stop about 5/6 minute walk. Nothing.

• Dima (4/5): Disappointing - The location is really good, it has a lot of facilities nearby like supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is well heated for cold days. The apartment is not quite clean. In the kitchen, dirty dishes were placed on the shells as ready to be used, also the dishwasher had a horid smell when opened. In the bathroom there was mold on the air vent and the shower head was broken and leaking, also the shower floor was yellow and we found earwigs in there. In the bathroom the boiler was also leaking. The bedrooms were quite comfortable but the beds were squeaking.

Very easy and straight-forward and flexible given not 100% certain about arrival time Only minor issue was traffic noise in main bedroom, but that's what you would expect whilst staying in a city.
• Jeannie (10/5): Exceptional - Great floor plan, high ceilings. Good kitchen utensils. Hand soap, dish washing soap, laundry detergent provided. Comfortable beds. Kitchen sink was a bit small for washing larger dishes.
• Ali (6/5): Great accomodations except for 2 bad beds. - Clean and well equipped. Good size The 2 single beds were horrible and noisy. Could not get a good sleep.
• Nuala (1/5): Do not recommend! - Good location, only a few stops away from central Milan (15mins max Train) and supermarket right next door. Apartment not as stated in description, do not be fooled - not worth the money at all. Bed sheets smelly, bathroom smelly, left unclean with dirty dishes, crumbs on sofa on arrival. Cannot use kitchen as power cuts every time you try to cook. You cannot have oven on with any other appliances meaning we were left in the dark dangerous to cook many times and took 2-3hours to cook a simple dinner due to the oven turning off so many times. Customer service messaged who replied rudely with “!!!!!!!!!” At the end of messages - not professional or helpful - stating that you cannot have the oven on with the hob/stove also (how are you meant to cook a dinner?) Luckily my father (whose birthday it was) is an electrician so could sort the electric back on but was a nightmare! additionally, not expected but no tea, only 2 coffee pods left for 3 nights stay for 4 adults! Only 2 loo rolls also which was not enough. We had to find coffee pods for the machine which proved difficult. Wouldn’t cost them much to leave a few more in the price you pay. Taxes said all included and pre paid everything then got told I had to pay another €40 cash. This was not expected and took away from our holiday funds. Do not recommend you stay here as any issues they are not good to solve either.
• Birdsall (8/5): Short stay, just what we needed - We only needed a place to sleep before our early morning flight out of Milan Linate. Location was great because it was close to the airport, only a 15 minute drive. Big supermarket around the corner. Property was clean, warm, and the bed was very comfortable.
• Iulia (7/5): Overall a fine stay, but some aspects definitely need improvement - The building was beautiful and the location was great in terms of accessibility. Metro station was really close and the area had great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Overall we had a good experience. Shower and sink had drainage issues and the shower head kept detaching from the hose. Moreover, the rainy weather accentuated the sewage smell in the bathroom. There were some aspects in terms of cleaning that could be fixed: bedsheets were okay, but we found the mattress protector dirty and stained when stripping the bed; floors were not thoroughly cleaned. Beds were so squeaky that we often woke up during the night because of it.
• Bradley (6/5): Great place. Great location. Electrics need fixing. - The air conditioning. Very spacious. Safe and welcoming. Clean. Next door to a supermarket. The kitchen was not fully equipped but this was rectified quite quickly. The main issue was the power. It cut out constantly. Every day the whole flat lost power between 15-18 times. This was even cooking in the dark and boiling the kettle with nothing else on. I hope they fix this as it did spoil our stay slightly.

• Martin (5/5): Not great, not terrible. Very good location, but poor equipment. More maintenance from host needed - Very good location, 5 minutes on foot from metro station. Grocery store next to the apartment building. Kitchen - very poor kitchen amenities - not enough glasses, dishes, plates etc. Blunt and useless knives. No tabs for dishwasher, only 2-3 Nespresso capsules. Bathroom - stinky and stuck drain in washbasin as well in the shower. No shampoo/shower gel available, Only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Squeaking door. As a standard in 2024, the host should provide all the standard amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay - all it takes is to invest 10-15 euros in the store located few steps away to buy some water, bowl of fruit, coffee, toiletries etc. The impression this makes to a guest is surely worth it and takes this apparment to a completely new level.
• Klara (5/5): Passable - The location is good, close to supermarket and metro. The bedsheets were not washed, you could smell the bad odor before laying on them. I had to wash them myself before we could sleep there. The floor also was smelling very bad. On our way to the apartment we went to the office of Bamboo Apartments instead of the apartment itself but the man in the office was rude and not helpful.
