- Laura (7/5): -
- Tom (10/5): Great character homely place, tricky stairs - Very homely, with bundles of character, great location Parking was limited, felt lucky to get a space to park
The 2 staircases was a little daunting trying to carry young children up and down (understand it's an old property) very steep stairs
- Susan (7/5): Enjoyable - Location Very steep stairs
- Jenny (9/5): Harbour View - It was very cosy with everything we needed. Close to local shops. The stairs were a little steep, but not a problem.
- Richard (10/5): Lovely homely cottage right in the heart of Wells. - Fabulous location we could walk to restaurants and to walks that we had planned. Everything you needed in the property. We used the garden every day to eat breakfast and that was why we chose this particular property. The stairs were a challenge but we did know they were tricky from the details. It didnt matter to us because we were just 2 people so we didnt take the case upstairs. This could be difficult for a bigger party.
- Lynn (9/5): Great property and location - The view, the cosy cottage is close to all amenities Stairs a little steep but fine if you are fit
- Jane (9/5): We really enjoyed our first visit to Norfolk and here’s to many more trips. - It was comfy, clean and location was perfect. Took some time to get used to the narrow staircase.
- Antonia (10/5): Lovely cottage - perfectly located for a long weekend in Wells Next the Sea. - It was all great - wouldn't recommend to older/disabled...the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and narrow - but otherwise perfect.
- Les (9/5): Came away to wells (our favourite seaside resort) for a romantic birthday surprise, and it didn’t disappoint, brilliant. - Location was great, old world charm, clean, perfect for a romantic getaway. Quaint
- Neil (10/5): Excellent short break - Lovely traditional cottage, great location. Loved the Wood burner, and style of cottage. TV downstairs had poor reception but connected via my laptop & HDMI
- Laura (9/5): Really Good Stay - Just Some Niggles - Cottage very nice indeed. Great layout and history inside. Facilities very good and everything working properly. Everything clean and tidy for us. Very good location as well. Great views from the top bedroom. A small issue with the lower flight of stairs; we found that there was a pretruding fitting on the bannister which we both caught our fingers on nearly cracking our nails when coming down - which needs to be looked at. The extractor fan in the main bathroom wasn't working so just had to open window a little. There could also be improved lighting on the path leading from the parking area to the cottage. Found some old items left in kitchen cupboards which were unlabelled and very out of date. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic.
- Sybil (10/5): Loved every second & would have loved to stay longer - Very cosy , great location as all the shops were ready for Christmas N/A
- Helen (9/5): Harbour View cottage - lovely but very steep stairs - Lovely cosy cottage. Very steep stairs so unsuitable if you've mobility issues.
- Janet (6/5): Shame about stairs , nicely decorated - Very clean , good location Stairs were lethal , should have been made aware that they were so dangerous. We couldn’t get luggage up the stairs and insufficient hand rails
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely cottage in a great location. - The cottage was lovely, comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The building work that was going on next door, which can't be helped but needs to be highlighted. The owner said that he has builders in for the next few weeks.
