• GIULIA (7/5): - La posizione, la cucina, il prezzo tutto sommato vantaggioso se siete di poche pretese (circa 70 € a testa per 2 persone) La modalità di accesso, abbiamo dovuto attendere mezzora che ci venisse aperta una porta di cui non avevamo le chiavi. • Daniel (9/5): - El piso estupendo, la dueña muy bien predispuesta y la ubicación, a 20 cuadras del centro, ideal por que en el mismo había demasiado turista Funciona todo En cercanía hay un supermarket completo a menos de una calle No me gustó el desayuno pero es por un tema cultural, los alimentos y bebidas eran buenos. El doble vidrio ayuda mucho por el bullicio. Lo recomiendo sin dudas No tengo comentarios

• Valeriia (9/5): Appartment located a little bit far from tourists points but there were buses near the building . There is also market n - There was basically everything we needed . Owner is very nice, instruction how to get to apartment was very clear Cups were not clean , but all the rest was really good.

• James (6/5): It was adequate. - The small supermarket was in easy walking distance to buy food for our stay. The breakfast was just processed cake which my wife, as a diabetic, could not eat. We contacted the host who brought over some fruit. She said that the breakfast food was in one of the pictures but it is hard to interpret what the foods are from a picture. The washing machine was hard to operate (no English labels), it did not wash or spin well so we had to have clothes all over the apartment trying to dry.
• Angel (7/5): There is lots of better places to stay with alot better Breakfast included!! - Comfortable and clean bathroom with missing one of two the shower doors, resulting of lots of water on the bathroom floor!!! Living/kitchen area overall pretty good. Breakfast however...disappointing is a understatement!!! 6 mini chocolate roll deserts from a multi pack and 2 child size juice box, to be shared between 2 adults gif two DAYS!!! Bedroom is comfy big enough for two with roller blinds for complete darkness!! 25 min walk to center of town ( far) For the money payed, breakfast was an absolute JOKE!!!

Friendly people and it is exactly what I booked on the site. The apartment had everything we needed. The host provided coffee for us as a welcome favor. Close to shops and restaurants. It was a beautiful stay nothing

Easy to find and it was quite, perfect place to rest after a busy sightseeing! ;) I really do recommend this apartment. Ideal for 2 people. Shop and transportation in the neighborhood, easy and quick access to Firenze old town.

• Evgeny (3/5): Good for a short stop with no small kids - The kitchen was clean and tidy. We arrived really late after midnight with our kids 2 kids aged 2 and 4 years old and the sofa bed wasn’t made. Also, Im not sure it was mentioned that there’s no lift so we had to claim the stairs with the kids sleeping and the luggage. Plus it was really hard to find a parking place but this is not the property problem. Additionally, we were given only 2 pillows when we were 4 people. The sheets are really outdated and need to be modernized though I guess they were clean. However there were some dust bunnies next to the bed.

• Peter (8/5): It was great value for money that was in walking distance to everything that we needed. - Very clean and well maintained modern apartment with a nice outdoor view. The kitchen had all the appliances needed. The kitchen provisions could be improved to have more basic necessities such as salad or mixing bowls, chopping boards, fry pan, oven mitts and standard pantry items such as foil or plastic wrap. The beds were comfortable but the sheets need to be upgraded and should include both a bottom and top sheet. A door curtain or blind to darken the living room space would help.

• Klaudia (9/5): Superb - Nice and cosy apartment located at a walkable distance from the historic centre and the main train station. Seamless contact with the host and easy check-in. Cheap supermarket right next to the apartment building. Great value for money. The apartment doors could be labeled in some way. The kitchenette was missing a cutting board, a strainer could also come in handy. The inside of the oven was dirty.

• Sinead (10/5): Modern & Convenient Apartment in Florence - Host was very responsive. The apartment was very modern and clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome during the heatwave. There is also a very cheap supermarket directly behind the apartment which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and there was a cute little balcony with washing machine outside.

• Crawford (7/5): Easy access to the historic centre on foot or by bus…..try the pizza place around the corner, excellent. - Easy walk to city centre and a few bars, restaurants close by….also a mini-market in adjoining plot. Parking could be an issue, we parked our motorcycle close by in a side street.

• Julian (8/5): Very good - Very nice condo, clean, with full kitchen, in a quiet building - about 20-min walk to historic center. There's also a medium-sized grocery store about 50m away where you can buy various foodstuffs for cooking I understood the check-in instructions, though they might be a bit less clear for someone for whom English is not a first language - in particular, the room and doors in the building were unlabeled (no numbers on the floors or on the doors themselves) - it might be helpful to put a sticker or a number on the middle and inner doors to indicate to people that they are at the correct door so as to avoid people knocking on the neighbor's doors by mistake :)

• Hristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, renovated, furnished with everything you need. It is located on the quiet side of the street, there is a supermarket In the backyard. The distance to the center is about 30 minutes on foot, and to the train station - 15 minutes. There is good heating, gas stove, coffee machine, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper. The guy who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The mattress is a bit soft. There were only 2 coffee capsules, but we bought the same capsules from the supermarket. For information: shampoo and shower gel are missing.

• Margarita (8/5): Beautiful flat but it can be improved - The flat was clean, cozy and modern. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. It was warm and with plenty of light. The bed was soft and comfortable too. Although there was a coffee machine, there was no coffee capsule, which for me was a big minus. I have read the comments and some travelers mentioned this lack, with some others saying that there were 1-2 capsules, but this wasn't my case, which shows me that there is no much interest in improving their services and satisfying their costumers. In addition there was no towel for the floor which means that finishing a shower there is nowhere to step. Finally there was no shampoo or shower gel. These are small details that can make a difference.

• Zlati (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable, not far from the train station and 20 mins from the main attractions. The host was very kind and understanding. Great place to stay to enjoy Florence!
• Roman (9/5): Superb - The apartment is quiet (you can't hear your neighbors), very clean, with nice furnishings, a small balcony and a view of the mountains in the distance through the inner courtyard. There is a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen, but a kettle for boiling water is missing (I understand that Italians don't drink tea;), but Poles cannot live without tea).
