• dawn (8/5): - Very clean lovely apartment for what I required. Owner very helpful when an issue arised Road leading to apartment was bad as under construction. I had just had surgery... possibly more cooking equipment would be beneficial

• Hensel (9/5): - Das Appartement war sehr schön hell und ruhig und direkt am Fluss. Wenn die Fussgängerbrücke fertig ist, ist man auch zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Innenstadt von . Kaunas. Die gesamte Zufahrtstrasse ist noch eine riesige Baustelle und sehr matschig. Das muss man beim Auto und Schuhen berücksichtigen.😅
• P. (1/5): Nerekomenduoju. - Graži vieta. Pasibaigus statyboms aplink, bus tikrai labai gražu. Butas nedidukas, manau, sutvarkyti tokį labai ilgai neužtruktų, bet to nebuvo padaryta. Arba buvo taip seniai, kad spėjo ir vėl apdulkėti. Visur buvo pilna dulkių, nuo grindų iki spintos lentynų. Kilo rimtų abejonių ir dėl patalynės švaros: radus kažkieno plaukų ant paklodės, noras ten nakvoti dingo. O ir patalus patalais vadinti liežuvis sunkiai verčiasi - ne pagalvės, o maišeliai su keliomis plunksnomis, iš esmės tas pats, kas ir visai jų nebūtų. Nenudžiugino ir tinkamai nefunkcionuojančios žaliuzės. Jei vyras nebūtų sutvarkęs, vakare nebūtųme turėję jokio privatumo. Nepatogu, kad nebuvo kur pasikabinti paltų. Butą nuomavomės tam, kad po renginio Žalgirio arenoje nereikėtų vėlai vakare važiuoti 150 km namo. Vis dėlto teko. Belieka pasidžiaugti, kad neturėjome konkrečių planų Kaune kitai dienai.

• Agata (10/5): - Nowy budynek, spokojne, komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z widokiem na rzekę. Otoczenie budynku bardzo fajne, można przyjemnie spędzić czas na świeżym powietrzu. Jest nawet stół do ping-ponga. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, w kuchni i łazience było wszystko, co jest potrzebne. Duży parking. Przepiękny widok na rzekę i miasto. Wokół trwa jeszcze budowa kolejnych bloków, ulicy i kładki na wyspę na Niemnie, ale nie było to uciążliwe.

• Jaysen (9/5): - Beautiful and modern, with everything you need. It really needs air conditioning installed for the summer months, as it got very stuffy and warm even with opening the windows.
• Emma (10/5): Really nice and the host left a beautiful letter and bottle of Prosecco. - It’s modern and on a new complex. Although it’s still a work in progress and there are building noises this didn’t annoy me. I liked it all
