• Emina (8/5): Despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the apartment because of its comfort, quiet - * The apartment is fairly new, functional, spacious, and mostly clean. * Very well insulated — practically no noise could be heard from outside or neighboring apartments. * Excellent location, around a 10-minute walk from the city center. * A hypermarket is also nearby, about 10–15 minutes away through a beautiful park. * Perfect location for the start of the Riga Marathon. The bedding in one bedroom did not seem freshly changed, as the sheet had quite a lot of hair on it. Luckily, there was clean bedding available in the apartment, so we changed it ourselves. * This small bedroom has no window, which makes it feel a bit cramped, but ok.. * The shower drain was not functioning very well and drained slowly.
• SEBASTIAN (10/5): - Czysto, dobrze urządzone, bardzo spokojna okolica i blok - można odpocząć! Blisko do centrum - chodziliśmy na nogach, albo tramwajem, który często jeździł z pobliskiego przystanku. W kuchni wystarczająca ilość sprzętów, brakowało jedynie ścierki kuchennej. Natomiast ręczniki czyste, pachnące! Polecam i sami chętnie tam wrócimy.

• Vitkauskas (10/5): Apartament is worth the price. - Very nice view from the window, city center is very close, apartament is spacious and well maintained. Confusion with parking, owner told that parking permit should be at security, but security told that it should be at owner. After asking the owner how we could solve this, I didn't received any response, so that dissapointed me a little.

• ALEXEY BOR (8/5): Отличный вариант размещения - Современная, светлая, чистая и удобная квартира в современном комплексе. До старого города десять минут пешком. При этом ты живешь в тишине, в стороне от толп туристов. Две комнаты позволяют с комфортом разместиться семье или компании до четырех человек. Хорошая дистанционная коммуникация с владельцем. Считаю этот вариант размещения очень удачным выбором. В качестве пожелания по улучшению сервиса: обеспечить таблетки для посудомоечной машины и немного больше посуды. Набор посуды рассчитан на двух человек, а разместиться может до четырех.

• Vasyl (8/5): - Все отлично, расположение хорошее. Просторно. Душ расстроил, очень плохо уходила вода, что создавало массу неудобств. Надеюсь скоро будет исправлено. По свету тоже есть моменты которые стоило бы устранить.

• Marcin (6/5): Przyjemny - Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Niedaleko do centrum. Podczas naszego pobytu odbywała się konserwacja instalacji wodnej w budynku co skutkowało brakiem ciepłej wody przez połowę czasu trwania naszego pobytu. To nie była awaria tylko zaplanowana wcześniej konserwacja o czym właściciele wiedzieli wcześniej jednak podczas rezerwacji obiektu nikt nas o tym nie poinformował. Nasza propozycja zaproponowania rekompensaty za te niedogodność nie została zaakceptowana. Nic nie zaproponowani w zamian.

• Eleftheria (9/5): - Μεγάλο ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Καλή ηχομόνωση. Δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης μπροστά από το κτίριο. Δεν υπήρχαν ικανοποιητικά είδη για το μπάνιο. Είμασταν 2 άτομα για 4 βραδιά με 2 πολύ μικρές συσκευασίες σαμπουάν. Αναγκαστικαμε να αγοράσουμε. Έστειλα email μεσω booking, αλλά δεν πήρα απάντηση. Το σιφόνι στο ντουζ δεν απορροφά καλά.

• Joona (9/5): - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Asunto oli tilava. Mukavuuksissa ei ole lueteltu ilmastointia mutta siellä on ilmastointi ja se olikin tarpeen kuumina kesäpäivinä. Onneksi asunnossa oli pressopannu kahvin valmistukseen. Avaimia sai vain yhden kappaleen ja parkkialue oli kerran täynnä. Pysäköikää ainoastaan joen puolelle sillä sain sakot talon sivustalta.
• Marta (8/5): Polecam :) - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta i dzielnicy secesyjnej z dużą ilością knajpek i kawiarni. Duża przestrzeń w apartamencie, nieźle wyposażona kuchnia, wygodna, przestronna łazienka i spokojna okolica. Małe niedociągnięcia typu plamki na fotelach czy zasłonach, niektóre ręczniki wypadałoby wymienić na nowe. Twardy materac i niezbyt wygodne poduszki- to już zależy od preferencji, ale ja osobiście preferuję twarde materace, a nasz pobyt był tygodniowy więc już zaczyna się zwracać na takie elementy uwagę.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Very nice and specious apartment with wonderful view from the window. At first when booking the apartment it looked a bit wired to have a bed in the middle of the leaving room, but in practice it was perfect match and you could enjoy the views directly from the bed. The building itself looks very stylish and modern. We loved our stay and would like to come back once again to Riga and to the same place. At first night when arrived we couldn’t get a parking permit from the security man, but next day it was no problem to get it.

• Cabbage1971 (10/5): Great value and comfortable stay - Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Location is handy, with a quick uber ride anywhere you need to go, except at 5pm, traffic is crazy everywhere. The only thing I could suggest is adding some larger glasses to the kitchen for wine and beer
• Kacper (9/5): Very spacious and good location. - Very spacious, comfortable and full of light (with lightproof window curtains). 6 min walk from the Old Town. Very good value for money. Appartament was not ready when we arrived and we were not informed. Also the kitchen could be a bit better equipped.
• Kristel (10/5): A pleasant stay in a nice, cozy and clean apartment. - We liked the apartment a lot. It was modern and clean, and in a convenient location to walk to the old town and other places of interest (museums, art nouveau area) within 10 minutes, and it was close to the river. The bathroom was well equipped (included a washing machine which we really needed), the beds comfortable. It was also good that the building was well secured (even with security men at the entrance) and we could park our car for free in front of the building. It was easy to communicate with the owner. During our stay in Riga there was a huge storm but we felt very safe in the apartment. We would come back. Everything was good. Perhaps a toaster in the kitchen would be a great addition.

• Kateřina (9/5): Superb - Big flat with a view to the centre of the city, clean, well equiped kitchen. We felt a little bit strange with all the security precautions (metal bars downstairs and two doors to the flat), the flat is really big with a bed in the middle, so it was a little bit like to sleep in a big hall.
• Hesam (10/5): Exceptional - After spending three nights there, I can say the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as depicted in the photos on the Booking website. The security guard at the complex's entrance made us feel secure, and the parking space was conveniently located nearby. It was only a fifteen-minute walk to the heart of the old town, allowing us to visit twice a day for lunch and dinner. A minor note for perfectionists: the kitchen was short on wine glasses.
