• Ioana (8/5): The flat was beautiful and very easy to relax in, and within walking distance pf everything we needed - shops, beach, re - Amazing location with view to the beach. Beautiful flat, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the family games that came with the flat.

• Neil (10/5): - Great location a very short walk to the beach and the town centre. A couple of pubs and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. A lot bigger than it looks in the photos. We would definitely stay again.

• Bianka (7/5): Sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine richtig tolle Lage! - Die Lage ist Perfekt. Alles da was man braucht. Leider war das Bad ziemlich klein. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war ziemlich eng. Aber es hat irgendwie geklappt. Wenn es nicht gepasst hätte, war der Vermieter aber sofort bereit uns ein Parkticket für die Straße zu besorgen.

• Mac1776 (8/5): Great location with a super comfortable bed - Great location, 5 mins to the beach, 10 into town. The bed was beautifully comfortable with plenty of hanging & drawer space in the bedroom. The shower water pressure was quite low It would be great to provide a tea towel
• Sharon (9/5): Host was very accommodating removing feather pillows & very quick to respond to messages & returning damage depo - Great location, the flat was nice & clean & tastefully decorated with a homely feel. Main bed although well padded, the mattress sinks so could do with replacing. Fridge freezer would be too small to stay for more than a weekend.

• Ed (8/5): We would be happy to return one day as Exmouth had plenty to offer & pleased with the apartment - Great location near marina, beach & not too far from town. Didn’t get disturbed by any neighbours or apartment below. Managed to park my large Skoda Enyaq (just- was v.tight to wall and rear fence). Had a minor issue with an alarm that was swiftly resolved.

• Tania (8/5): Perfect Exmouth Getaway - Great central location, very close to the sea but on a nice quiet road. Nearby are a few very good restaurants. Bed very comfy and warm, great night's sleep felt like home from home. Parking very handy but a tight fit for a larger car. Could do with some beakers in the kitchen and a second frying pan.

• Marion (7/5): - Good location. Apartment had everything needed. Not sure about fire safety. As we were on the first floor there was no fire escape & windows did not open far enough if we needed to get out had there been a fire in the hallway.

• Allan (9/5): Great flat in quiet street, very close to sea-front - Superb location, close to the sea-front. Free designated parking spot round the back (it's otherwise 'Residents-only' parking all around). Well-equipped kitchen and nicely furnished generally, with plenty of books and games in the living room. Small general store just 5 mins walk away. Good communication (via the Booking.com App) with the landlady.

• Darren (9/5): 50yds from the prom, with parking - what could be better. - Ideal location just of the seafront. Having parking included was a bonus - street parking nearby is almost impossible to find due to resident permit areas. We had no issues with the size of the parking bay ( VW Golf ) but we could imagine it may be different if you have something large. The bed was very comfy. Nice to sit in the bay window while eating and watch the sea. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, plates etc. Layout of the property was good, making full use of the space. The living room had a homely feel to it, with plenty of seating.

• Peter (8/5): It served our purpose. - Clean and convenient. The facilities were good. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The living room was comfortable . The stairs were difficult at times and one of the bedrooms was very small. The living room was a long way from the kitchen.

• Jane (9/5): Perfect location for all activities! Sightseeing, kitesurfing, kayaking, sailing and lots of great places to eat! - Very welcoming with essentials provided, much appreciated! Hostess available for any questions. Location perfect: 30 seconds to sea, 2 minutes to harbour, 10 minutes to town centre. Very homely, super for four. Only slight problem (depending on group) was not having a separate WC, everything else was perfect, thank you!

• Laserbears (9/5): Perfect place for our family, wont hesitate to stay here again in future. - The location was perfect, only across the road from the beach and easy walking distance of the town. The apartment was spotless and the host provided toiletries and cleaning items for the kitchen etc. Instruction booklets for the appliances were easy to find which was great - we needed to use the washer dryer on the second day. Wifi info was clearly signed as was a guide for rubbish/ recycling.

• Julie (9/5): Superb - Apartment was great, just not really suitable for babies due to multi levels. Very clean and great location. Host was super. Just beside the sea, was amazing. Thank you. Only thing didn't suit us was the multi levels, as we had a 2 Yr old with us and we couldn't let her down. Also if you turned the key too much you got locked in, but host sorted that out straight away.

The parking space at the rear of the property was a great help. There was everything in the property that you would need. We couldn't sit on the bed settee in the lounge as we sunk into it and the other settee may need changing as we both left with bad backs.
