• Kate (7/5): Nice view - Free parking, great city views, quiet,heated pool Jenny who we were in constant contact was ready to help Unfortunately the couch was very small.. and hard 2 adults and one child could fit..there were 4 of us... The couch looked nice and it folded to a bed...Plenty of room for more seating One of the beds was noisy and springy The kitchen table was mainly plastic chairs and iron table . Just not a lot of comfort (sorry)

• Madeleine (8/5): Nice view! - It was clean and the view was amazing! Difficult to find as google says something else and hard to contact someone for assistance with anything. The couch is not comfortable at all.

• Ryno87 (9/5): Comfortable, easy stay - Very easy booking process to deal with. Simple clear instructions for key retrieval. The room was perfectly located to attend Rod Laver area. Facilities were neat, clean and tidy. The only thing that subtracted from the overall experience wad the key retrieval, however this is a minor.

• Leasa (10/5): Great location, extremely clean and quiet and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. - The location was wonderful. It was within walking distance to the CBD, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Shrine of Remembrance and some amazing eateries. The apartment was lovely and clean and it had everything you needed if you decided to cook there. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at night time when you could see the city lit up. Not having 2 access keys was a bit challenging as we had to go together and come back together to ensure entry and exit to the property. Also, the wrought iron bed in the 2nd room had all the legs moving which in turn made the bed squeak. The seal across the bottom of the shower screen door was leaking to the point that a big pool of water ended up on the floor, even when the bathmat was down. Apart from these minor issues, everything was exactly how we expected.

• Lori (9/5): Fabulous Stay!! - The room was exactly what we needed and it had everything for a comfortable stay. Generous with the tea and milk which was great. The rock hard high pillows weren’t usable so we both had to use a lounge cushion to avoid neck ache.

• Celeste (8/5): Stayed here for a girls night. Was close to everything we needed. Was small and compact but fine for our short stay. - Location was good being close to Crown and Southbank. Views from the apartment were fantastic. Having a carpark in the building was great too. Was very small apartment despite the two bedrooms.

• Tanyia (9/5): Busy but fun! - well, we tried to leave at 9.45am but couldn't leave the keys in the room as we thought we needed them to get out of the carpark. But, we didn't then I had to wait for the supermarket to open because the desk in The Wrap wouldn't accept the keys. Which was supposed to open at 20 but didn't open til 10.15am so we had to park illegally!! It was a big problem.

• Scott (9/5): - Outstanding location. About a 5 minute walk to Southbank Restaurants and Crown Casino. Woolworths also only a couple of minutes walk away. Absolutely faultless communication from the owner Jenny, both before and after our stay. She was so helpful when we'd realised we'd left something behind in the unit after checkout and we couldn't get back in to retrieve it. Jenny helped us resolve the problem extremely quickly , and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Nothing to dislike.

• Morgan (5/5): Good location - Property was clean and tidy, good location. The hotel wouldn’t hold our bags as the apartment was privately owned. We found a bag storage place down the road but was inconvenient to need to move our luggage around. The key collection was within a supermarket, a little unusual but worked all ok. Supermarket was closed for our early departure so we left the key in the apartment.

• Mark (8/5): Fantastic value for a 2BR apartment in a handy enough location behind south bank. - Pretty well appointed, nice views, generous rooms and very clean. Futon sofa not super comfortable to sit on (or sleep on, I predict). Taps in bathroom sink a bit temperamental. Power sockets not convenient for phone on bedside table.

• Nicole (8/5): Amazing place, will stay again now we know how the fob and key works - Location superb, cute and cosy stay… Able to contact Jenny on exit day immediately for assistance with luggage left in apartment and great communication with this. The key into the apartment was a little tricky to navigate, if any issues WRAP appartments can’t assist etc Called Jenny for assistance to get access (key difficulties) although we worked it out!! Didn’t hear back Only one key/fob this made it difficult for entering and exiting at different times

• Gae (9/5): Definitely worth a return visit - Excellent location, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bed. Fabulous to have parking this close to the centre of the city. The apartment was just a little short on cutlery and crockery. For example, I had to buy larger bowls for breakfast as those provided were miniscule. Also the TV caused us problems as no instructions were provided.

• Cathie (7/5): Good - Lovely views and great location. Very clean and pretty apartment. One of the beds squeaked loudly every time someone moved. My partner and I got very little sleep as a result. The 2nd bed was fine.
• Tamara (9/5): Great location, nice building. - Location was perfect for our intended trip The building lifts were tedious. One was broken and it was up to 20 minutes to get upstairs at one point.
• Andrew (8/5): Fantastic views, very comfortable and responsive host. - Great location, fantastic views and comfortable furnishings. Reasonably good value for money, and great to have free car-parking if you are with a car. Key collection was not that smooth (it should have been, but seems the cleaner didn't put the key in the lock box correctly). However I had immediate support from the host to resolve that. If you are looking to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen supplies and staples are not that great.

• Rod (8/5): Great location, value and fitout. - Really great location, fantastic views, well fitted out and exceptional value for money (for 4). Free parking a real bonus and easy to manage. Just little things. Dripping bathroom tap, no black tea, UHT milk out of date. Plus a personal one - I prefer real soap, not the body wash in the plastic bottle.
