- Nikita (9/5): A reasonable option on Green Cape - The location is very convenient, just a ten-minute walk from Green Cape beach and the botanical garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The assortment of kitchenware was somewhat limited. We found a lack of teaspoons and wine glasses.

- Marjan (7/5): - Het is een ruim appartement. We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers geboekt. Bij aankomst was er een grote groep en was de incheck chaotisch en moesten we lang wachten. Toen bleek ons appartement maar 1 slaapkamer te hebben. Er was iets misgegaan. Het appartement met twee slaapkamers was al vergeven. De manager bood ons een aparte hotelkamer aan, zodat we 1 slaapkamer hadden in het appartement en een hotelkart (slaapkamer 2) maar dat voelde niet fijn dat de kinderen apart liggen op een andere hotelkamer. Er is toen een slaapbank bijgeplaatst en daar op geslapen. De manager deed haar best om het op te lossen. Ik zie nu echter dat het 1 slaapkamer appartement goedkoper is op booking.com dan 2 slaapkamer appartement. Het was netjes geweest als het hotel dit had gecompenseerd. Dit is niet gedaan. - Nino (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing beautiful sunset view every evening. Very clean and nice apartment. Friendly and helpful host. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and nice beach line close to the property. You can use public transport for travel around and find IG photo spots easily. Probably one of my best stays in this area 🤍

- Ia (10/5): Exceptional - The silence and picefullness, the microclimat of the place with its vibe at the seaside, green views and the walking distance to the beach. Great place to have lost the perception of time and devote yourself to the great adventure of the seaside holidays. :)
- Ia (10/5): Own piece of sea landscape and pieceful stay! - For those who escapes the city and wants to really enjoy the life. The appratment hotel is greatly located, with very good transport connection and at the same time it is isolated from the highway rush. Would strongly recommend staying here as it is all thought through for the decent and calm stay. Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with all small details neccecary. The view from the balcony, offers your own piece of sea landscape. Very good relation of money and quality. Many thanks to Irina, who is very very calm, nice and provides high standard of hospitality service. There are no comments or negative to write here.
- Aleksey (1/5): Bad - I requested arrival time 'after midnight' using the booking app's chat, and received the reply 'no problem!'. When arrived to the hotel, nobody showed up. Called the number, an angry man answered "I don't understand why you're calling me! I have nothing to do with the hotel". Wrote to booking app's chat - no reply. Not in that night, not ever.
