• Alex R. (5/5): Would not stay there again - The only positive part about the hotel was the price and the location. Other than that, i couldn't find any positive aspect. Hotel seems very outdated and understaffed. Room was large but needs more than cleaning, the bathroom as well. We stayed there for one night only and that was more than too long for such accommodation,.

• Walid (1/5): A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness and no customer service - The room was spacious and ready when we arrived early in the morning The toilet was dirty, there were no toiletries provided (no toilet paper or shampoo), and no staff were available at the reception when we needed assistance…even after waiting until 9:30 AM on Monday.

The room was warm and well heated, there was a self check in available. The room was lacking towels and there was no hot water. The windows were not isolating very well outside noise from the street in front. The room has just two beds and two chairs, nothing more.

• Isobel (8/5): Ignore bad reviews, Decent for cost - Enzo hotel. First of all let me start off by saying , this is the William hotel , it's just been rebranded. Stating that for no other purposes then to help tourists using Uber ect. Communication: Hotel enzo has had many unfair reviews in my opinion. The host communicates well and is super friendly with immaculate English speaking skills. His colleague Osman is friendly and tries his best despite the language barrier. He got us extra toilet paper no problems and always greeted us whenever we walked in and out and offered us a drink. The room: The rooms aren't perfect but they are generally pretty nice; a few decorations such as plants and ornaments, just simple. Private balconies, Large too. The aircon works and it comes with a small smart TV (working). The bed is also comfy enough despite bad reviews. Little disappointed the hot tub wasn't up but I'm sure it will be on peak. We arrived at 4 am in the morning and still got greeted with a smile and an option to upgrade to a nicer room as it was available (for a discount) . They take both card and cash for extras on arrival but don't get me wrong , this was not a money grabbing hotel . There is only one pillow so pack extra if you want more. Bathroom: Shower pressure is just fine but i'd bring your own wash products. (Hair dryer and space to plug In razor). Toilet brush and sanitary bin also. The area itself is nice; Busy and locally, not particularly city based if that's what you're looking for but practical for going to therme and the airport ect. The only qualm about this hotel is that the towels were stained so next time I would probably bring my own. Generally, very good value for money, working out about £33 a night for two people. Will stay here again when visiting Bucharest. Stay here regardless of previous reviews if you're looking for a cheap, simple and good hotel. Ps.

We arrive late at airport, I choose a hotel for the night close to airport ( 7.5 KM) but with taxi on the road was 18 km, very expensive taxi. And from there we need to go to train station, just 8 km but in taxi 45 min.

• Eli (7/5): Okay for one night - The hotel has a very good location, if you are coming from the airport and you need a place to stay for one night. It was very easy to find the place. This place is very simple and not very clean. The room was spacious. The room wasn't clean, seems the bedsheets were not washed, the towels were worn out. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. There was no one in the reception office in the morning. There was no option to make coffee.

• Mateja (8/5): Good option overall if you need something lower priced. - The host, Cezzar, was very accommodating. The room was clean and tidy, and was pleasant to be in. I got upgraded because there was a double booking on the room I wanted, so he was kind enough to move me up to the best room which had a jacuzzi I enjoyed. There was no one at reception when I arrived, had to wait 10-15 mins until someone walked in. A Telegram or Viber contact number would be good as I didn't have a local sim to call the number provided (as most travelers wouldn't), and there weren't any clear instructions anywhere. Also, there was no water to drink, so I had to walk after a tiring flight for 10 minutes to and from the local shop just to get water, which was a bit of an oversight.

• Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - All in all, it is a smaller guesthouse where I only used the accommodation, not the food, so I can't rate it. The accommodation fulfilled exactly what I expected = bed, bathroom, air conditioning. Room clean, tidy, enough sockets to connect laptop, phone, shaver etc.. Great was the small manual from the owner on the bedside table with descriptions/instructions (restaurants nearby; where to buy groceries; that there is a shared kitchen in the guesthouse where I can cook my own meals = ideal for single people like me, unfortunately I didn't use it as I was only staying for 2 nights; attractions in the area). What was absolutely fantastic was the arrangement with the owner - the plane was delayed about 1h from Prague and by the time I got to the place of stay, it was 3h in the morning = the owner still waited for me to confirm that I had found everything and that I was in the room. In the price/performance comparison, complete satisfaction I have nothing to complain about, I was very satisfied.

There was an airco in the room, so we could quietly sleep in the hot summer. Maybe put the blinders on the window. And one more towel for the legs.
