• MARIA ISABEL (1/5): La peor estancia en Madrid - Nada Las habitaciones eran realmente calientes, una no tenía ventilador y la otra tenía uno que “servía”, se lo comentamos a Angie la chica encargada y nos dijo que iría un chico a armar un ventilador pero esa persona nunca fue y no nos dieron ninguna solución (nosotros mismos armamos el ventilador porque de verdad era inhumano dormir en esas condiciones); el seguro interno de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y el piso de la otra estaba todo dañado y se levantaba al caminar (era de láminas de madera). Además, no nos suministraron jabón de baño o algo similar.

We should have the breakfast, but in real there was a bread and a batter and some coffee in the small kitchen. So we should to make it ourself. This is not the big problem, but it is definitly not the option "breakfast included".
• Vlad Matiukhov (1/5): Найгірший хостел в якому я жив - Під вікном проїжджав жовтий трамвай 1. В кімнаті вказано що не можна курити але все на стільки просякнуте димом що не можливо дихати 2. Небезпечно. В жодному разі (якщо ви вирішили тут жити) не йдіть додому пішки, повертайтеся виключно на таксі. Тому що перед хостелом такий контингент, що наврядче ви з ними хотіли б зустрітись вночі. Також не заходьте в провулок зліва від хостела (якщо стояти спиною до вхідних дверей). 3. Сніданок. Я такого ще не бачив, заходиш на кухню і маєш сам собі обрати що є в холодильнику (а там нічого нема окрім соку, маргарину і нутели)

• Nathalie (5/5): - Après avoir réservé et lu les commentaires , nous étions bien inquiètes. L'emplacement est top mais le quartier n'est pas rassurant. Le logement était correct, bémol:le petit déjeuner. Le tram 28 s'arrête devant la porte, pas besoin de faire une queue de 2h même si c'est pour être assis. Ou bien se rendre à son départ très tôt. Le contenu du petit déjeuner est assez étonnant. Du vrai beurre et assez de thé aurait été entre autres apprecié, mais la personne à l'accueil du matin fait de son mieux.

V ubytování je stále cítit kanalizace - v pokoji je neustále smrad. Pokud se otevře okno, není v pokoji skoro nic slyšet kvůli okolnímu ruchu. Snídaně, jsou vysypané, samostatně balené různé druhy pečiva - croissanty a muffiny. K tomu nutela a džem.... jako bonus si můžete vzít fruko z lednice. Pokoj byl čistý, na přespání stačí, ale nevrátila bych se sem.

Éramos 5 ,una botellita de agua ,para cada uno !Un detalle ! Ninguna queja de nada ,relacionada con el alojamiento.El barrio ,con gente algo chunga ,pero lo típico ...pero muchísimos turistas ,así que sin miedo !
• Diego Rafael (6/5): Se queres localização esse seria a opção ideal mas se optares por conforto não ! - A única coisas boa é a localização pois está muito perto do centro e pode se fazer tudo a pé , mas a acomodação é muito simples, as roupas de cama estavam um pouco sujas, a cortina do banho estava muito suja, tivemos um problema com a eletricidade já na entrada porém isso foi resolvido 30 min depois, então não tivemos mais stress, falam que o café da manhã é incluído porém quando chegamos para tomar o café da manhã vimos que nós que teríamos que preparar o nosso , não tinha nada pronto e o que tinha para preparar eram poucas opções então optamos por comer na rua mesmo O fato de ter que preparar o café da manhã, e também a limpeza do local

• Jessica (2/5): - Wir hatten eine Dusche und das Zimmer hatte noch eins daneben, wo man ebenso uebernachten konnte. Die Groeße war super. Die Betten okay und sauber. Wir sind eingecheckt ins Zimmer, wo 40 Minuten spaetet die Rezeption kam und hat das falsche Zimmer rausgeben und wollte tauschen. Da wir aber mit einem Fahrradaenhaenger kamen und diese es wussten, konnten wir das andere Zimmer nicht beziehen und wir haben es gerade versucht uns gemuetlich zu machen, da sie kaum englisch konnte, holte sie einen weiteren dazu, aber durften das Zimmer behalten. Die Umgebung ist ganz schlimm, uns war nicht klar, im Drogenbezirk zu sein, man sah das auch sehr oft und nachts extrem laut als ob diese bei uns im Zimmer stehen. Wir waren froh am naechsten Tag abzuhauen. Fruehstueck war witzig, abgepackte mini Croissants und instantkaffee.

La zona donde está el hotel es justo un barrio un poco turbio, es verdad que a los turistas no lles hacen nada pero se veía gente toda la noche en las esquinas de la calle en actitud rara y bastante indigencia. La cama era terrible el colchón parecía no existir de lo fino que era así que dormimos en una tabla. La higiene de sanitarios y suelos etc no eran tan malas pero las sábanas y toallas tenían bastantes manchas y la cortina de la ducha tambien.

• conturbia (1/5): Este hostel precisa ser retirado das opções de reservas do Booking, pois é uma grande cilada. - Péssima experiência. O quarto era minúsculo e exalava um mau cheiro insuportável, que piorava ao ligar o ventilador. Era impossível dormir naquele ambiente. A recepção admitiu o problema ao oferecer outro quarto "maior" apenas para o dia seguinte, era impossível dormir uma noite naquele quarto insalubre. Entregamos as chaves e fomos embora 1 hora e meia depois de fazer o chekin. O valor de 159 euros é abusivo para o que é oferecido. Além de tudo, o descaso com o pós-venda é total: o hostel ignora minhas mensagens e as do Booking. Não recomendo a ninguém; busquem outras opções em Lisboa. Quarto insalubre, sem condições de higiene e falta de suporte do anfitrião. Minha experiência no Hostel Sylhet foi inaceitável. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, incapaz de acomodar duas pessoas com o mínimo de conforto. O pior problema, no entanto, era o odor: um cheiro insuportável de mofo/sujeira que se intensificou ao ligarmos o ventilador, tornando o ar irrespirável. Diante da total falta de condições de higiene e habitabilidade, informamos à recepção. A única solução oferecida foi a troca de quarto apenas no dia seguinte, o que era inviável para aquela noite. Como resultado, tivemos que abandonar a propriedade imediatamente e buscar outro alojamento em Lisboa para garantir nossa segurança e bem-estar. Pagamos 159 euros por uma acomodação sem condições básicas. O hostel não responde às solicitações de cancelamento e se recusa a colaborar com o suporte do Booking. Exigimos o reembolso e o cancelamento sem custo dado que o serviço contratado não foi entregue conforme o padrão mínimo de qualidade.

• Ivana (7/5): - The staff were very nice and helpful, they let us leave our backpacks there, earlier and also after check out. The location is close to the centre, even though it's a neighborhood with drug dealers on the street it feels safe and no one is bothering you. The walls are thin but we didn't have a problem with much noise. The breakfast you need to make it yourself, there is food left so you can do it, the kitchen is small but very clean.

El desayuno normalito pero por el precio tampoco se puede pedir más. Baño limpio. Limpieza en la habitación y en la zona de desayuno escasa y las sábanas estaban sucias. El barrio no es agradable pero tampoco parece peligroso.
• Nelver Walter (1/5): Reclamacio - Estoy reclamando mi dinero por que no hice efectivo el hospedaje, el lugar es una mierda, lleno de basura por la puerta, no hay donde aparcar y la atención es pésima, hice la cancelacion a través de booking.com pero igual me cobraron, Es un lugar de mierda no se por que booking vende este tipo o clase como lo quieras llamar, clase de hospedaje, creo que esta hecho para borrachos y bagos y no para viajeros como nosotros y lo peor es que se quedan con el dinero. Hice la cancelacion con booking también hablé con el recepcionista y me dijo que lo tramite con booking, quiero que booking me devuelva el dinero .

• sarah (3/5): Lovely Staff - It was a compact room, the bed was comfortable enough, we had a toaster, a microwave and a fridge, It didn't feel.dirty. Staff were lovely. It's described as a BNB however, when we went for breakfast we were shown to the kitchen and told we could use what was there,to make our own, the choice was bread, croissants, eggs, Nutella, butter, child's cartoon of juice and coffee. The stairs leading up to the room were very steep and narrow, with a wobbly handrail.. The noise was endless with what sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor, this went on until around 3am every night. It felt very unsafe during the night with the alley way below being used by groups of men hanging around, I can only assume they were dealing drugs as they kept passing stuff to others, when I went past they kept whistling and shouting to get my attention so after 6pm we didn't leave the room. The Uber driver that took us to the airport called it a weird area and he doesn't like to pick up from there.

• Shahzad (1/5): totalt värdelöst och bortkastade pengar. - har ingenting positivt att säga om boendet. Vi fick inte lägenheten som vi hade bokat utan fick ett mindre och ingen kompensation alls, vi hade bokat för för 5 personer men det vi fick var endast för 3 personer, enligt information vid bokning så skulle det finnas ett kök men det fanns inte i lägenheten vi fick det fanns inte ens en kokvrå för enklare matlagning. Vi bad om extra täcke och kudde men det kunde vi inte får. Städningen var väldigt dålig Det var även ohyra i badrummet, toaletten och handfat i badrum var fel monterade så det gick inte att sitta rakt på toastolen, det var stopp i avloppet i duschen. Vi informerade om detta 2 gånger men ingenting hände. Frukosten var en stor besvikelse, endast 1 kokt ägg per person och några bröd med nutella och snabb kaffe en total besvikelse, enligt bokningen så skulle kontinental frukost ingå. Vi gick och köpte egen frukost då det inte gick att äta sig mätt på deras så kallade kontinentala frukost. Det var väldigt lyhört utifrån vilket gjorde det svårt att sova. Vi var även i kontakt med booking.com men vi kunde inte få hjälp då de inte kunde komma i kontakt med boendet.

Miałam śniadanie w cenie pokoju ale nie chodziłam bo bałam sie ze będzie nieprzyjemnie w części jadalnej.

L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas terrible, les chambres sont passables pour le prix mais nous sommes tombé sur un bon gros cafard sous le lit le dernier jour, aucunes isolations, le petit déjeuner est comprit mais il n'y a quasiment rien, de pauvres gâteaux en paquet, si vous voulez autre chose il faut le cuisiner vous-même, j'appelle pas ça un petit déjeuner comprit y a un minimum... Autre point qui nous a vraiment dérangé, le personnel (masculin) n'a aucune notion de l'accueil, désagréable, téléphone à fond le matin, on ne s'entendait pas parler dans la cuisine c'était insupportable. Le seul point positif, une dame qui nous pensons était la gérante, était vraiment gentille et essayait de faire les choses bien, elle nous a même acheté des pommes pour le petit déjeuner voyant qu'on était déçu, et elle était très agréable ! Mais sinon le reste malheureusement, même pour ce prix je trouve que ce n'est pas correct... J'espère qu'ils pourront s'améliorer si toutefois ils en ont envie .

The property was extremely dirty, with a strong smell of paint throughout, making it uncomfortable to stay. The pictures shown on the Booking.com listing did not match the reality of the rooms at all — what they found on arrival was completely different. The furniture seems weak and likely broken at any time. The family was placed in a room on the 8th floor, but there was no lift in the building. They had to carry all their luggage up eight flights of stairs, which was exhausting and totally impractical for a family with children. Another serious concern was the area around the hotel. They arrived evening and there were people openly selling drugs outside, which made the family feel unsafe even to go out to buy food. This is not what you expect when booking accommodation for a family trip. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, misleading, and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

• Inès (6/5): Hotel agréable pour un séjour court et si vous prévoyez de beaucoup visiter les environs. - Proche du centre ville, sanitaires modernes et partagé uniquement entre 3 chambres. Propreté des sanitaires à revoir. Aucune isolation phonique, on entendait la personne dans la chambre en face de la notre ronfler !
