Er was geen zetelbed, zoals omschreven. Er stond enkel een extra bed in de zithoek. De zithoek had glasdallen in het plafond, en geen verduistering. De deuren van de slaapkamer sluiten niet. Smalle bedden. Smalle badkamer. De verwarming kon niet af in een van de slaapkamers.

- Flavio (7/5): The place has very good potencia, clean was really an issue - room, kitchen, bath were good pillows, duvets and kitchen chairs had loads of stains. The fridge was with old food as well, I had to fix the garage door because wasa not able to lock it.

- Jessica (7/5): Affordable and met lots of our needs. Could do with a little TLC in places. - I think you'd be hared pushed to find anything else in the area at this price point with off road parking and as much space. Checking in was really easy via a lockbox and we were able to leave the car there before the 3PM check in time. It's a lovely quiet area and fairly near shops and transport links. It's pretty well appointed with two basement bedrooms, a large lounge with a single bed. Kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. It's definitely a little rough round the edges and in need of some updating/fixing in places. One of the bedroom doors doesn't close. It is humid with a little mould - there was a dehumidifier which we needed to run most of the time. The lounge is under a glass block ceiling to street level so you can see people above. Not the best sleeping space if you need dark/privacy. It could do with a rug in the lounge as its a very cold, hard tile floor (a little tricky with two small children)

Well presented top floor with a homely comfortable vibe.
Smoking area to the rear was useful too. Bed sheets appeared to not have been cleaned as there were blood droplets on several items of bedding. We also woke up to ants everywhere in the bedrooms and living room.
General cleanliness and TLC was a bit lacking.
I've stayed worse places but ive also stayed in better.

- Nicole (8/5): - The property description and pictures are accurate, the property was spacious, basically mansion for London standards. Five of us stayed there and it did not feel too crowded. The top floor has the bathroom and kitchen with a big dining table, which was great to have dinner and hang out in the evenings. It is also well-equipped to cook your own food if you want. The bottom floor has a big living room with the single bed and 2 bedrooms. We had plenty of clean towels and even two extra duvets provided. The road is quiet and there are several shops at 10 mins walk. Similar for a bus stop for the bus to Camden. The tube station is a bit further away but there is also a bus that can get you from there closer to the property. Overall, we had a good time and it felt like a good space for a bigger group. I would book again if I needed to be in that area of London again in the future. The key lock box was jammed on arrival and caused a bit of panic but was sorted quickly. The bottom floor was very cold on our arrival day and it warmed up in the following days. One of the bedroom windows is broken and it took a lot of effort to have it closed completely, the same room has water infiltration with fluffy mould on one wall.
One thing that should really be fixed is the door of the bedroom under the stairs which just does not stay shut, causing privacy problems for whoever sleeps there. Also note if you have light sleepers with you that the stairs are wooden and very noisy so people going to the toilet at night may wake up whoever is sleeping underneath or in the living room.
The area seems quite nice but a friend got his phone snatched from his hands by a thief on an e-bike on one of the main roads (I guess it can happen anywhere in London but be careful).

- Gary (9/5): Friends, rock music, whiskey and very sensible evening. Now mid 40’s - Off road parking, nice and clean and a great location for what we needed. Which was a local Rock bar. Rock lives forever The Fridge wasn’t full of beer for us but then again I wasn’t expecting it to be. A lovely place .

- Gemma (9/5): Comfortable and homely - The flat was extremely spacious, perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, the washing machine and dryer were particularly helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent too, only ten minutes from buses and the tube. Nothing, it was all perfect.

Emplacement très calme
Le point le plus positif : Bon rapport qualité /prix Chauffage difficile à régler. Thermostat cassé dans une des chambres.
Un petit mode d'emploi du thermostat aurait été utile.
Salle de bain minuscule mais pas dérangeant car nous ne sommes pas grandes.
Le logement nécessite une bonne remise a neuf mais le prix en serait bien plus élevé ( c'est un choix)
Le plus gros bémol est a mon sens la localisation assez loin du métro ( 15 min. a pied)

- Ness Hale (6/5): This is a garage conversion with off street parking. - The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. There is hot water and lots of towels. We were able to conveniently park off street. It would be good to have some hooks for coats etc. The photos needed updating.

The single bed is in the living room that has no curtains. Make sure to bring an eye mask.
- Steven (10/5): Highly recommend. Would like to stay again. - Very clean. Plenty of room for ourselves and our 3 teenage kids. Close to the underground. Nice residential area. Easy to park at the property. Easy to access on arrival. Hosts always replied to message quickly and helpfully. Had everything we needed. Would certainly stay again. Couldn’t eat the EV charging to work. But 0.5miles away Waitrose has a fast charge facility.

- Pawel (9/5): Superb - Tha flat is arranged in the garage and its basement with pretty steep stairs. but it wasn't a problem for us at all. We had everything what we needed for a week staying in London with 2+2 family. Maybe except wine glasses, that was really the only thing we were missing. In the flat you get fully equiped kitchen (incl. washing mashine and dryer) with dining table, fast wifi, two bedrooms, livingroom with tv and quite good, quiet location with up to 10-20 min walk to bus or underground.

- Konstantinos (8/5): Good place to stay in London if you need a parking - The flat is a conversion of a garage and a basement. the garage that is the ground floor consists of a big well equipped kitchen. The basement has a living room and two bedrooms. The overall conversation work has been done in good standards.
Also, the property manager was very responsive to questions I would prefer to have autonomous heating so it can be controlled by the guests. Also, bathroom was a bit small.
However, an issue we had with the bathroom was dealed within a short time and very efficient, also when I messaged about heating if was turned on
