I arrived at the hotel very late, almost at midnight, with my two daughters. After the receptionist gave us the room cards and we were heading to the elevator, she called me back and said that my booking was only for two adults. I explained to her that I had booked the room for three adults. However, she continued insisting that the booking was for only two adults. As we were extremely tired after our journey, I asked her what we should do. She told me that I had to pay extra money. I showed her the message confirming that I should not pay any additional charges, but she ignored it and continued insisting on extra payment. I asked if I could speak with the manager, but she replied that she was the manager. Because it was very late and we were exhausted, I did not want to continue arguing or create a bad situation. I asked how much I needed to pay. First, she said 20 dollars per night, then changed it to 20 euros per night. In the end, I paid 55 euros . I believe this extra charge was unfair, and I would like to request a full refund of the 55 euros I was forced to pay. I would also appreciate it if you could investigate the receptionist’s behavior and handling of the situation. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

Breakfast was also quite nice, there was quite a lot of things to choose from, but there is still room for improvement. Location is great, just 10 minutes to Taksim square and 5 min to metro. There could be more egg variety (not just boiled eggs) and more fresh fruits. You could hear someone in hallway talking while being inside your room.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Wir haben ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer erhalten. Lobby und der Speisesaal sind modern und gepflegt. Die Zimmer leider nicht. Viele Restaurants, Cafés in der Nähe. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück. Nichts für Europäer. Billiges weißes Brot, obwohl die Bäckereien in der Türkei so viel Auswahl haben! Das Personal kam manchmal nicht hinterher das Essen nachzulegen. Man musste fragen und ewig warten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr einfach ausgestattet und in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer war es kalt - keine Heizung.

• beata (7/5): Hotel czysty i w dobrej lokalizacji. - Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko metra i sklepów. Pokój był duży, i czysty z ładnym tarasem. Duża ilość kontaktów, więc można podładować wiele sprzętów naraz. Pokój niestety łączony z innym pokojem, przez co było słychać sąsiadów tak jakby byli w naszym pokoju, co było mało przyjemne. Łóżko niestety było twarde jak deska. Zamówiłam pokój ze śniadaniem ale wyjeżdżałam wcześnie rano i niestety nie było można zamówić śniadaniowego boxu na wynos.

Στο μπάνιο του δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε για πρώτη φορά ήταν λίγο βρώμικο, συγκεκριμένα η τουαλέτα,αλλά όχι κάτι τραγικό.Το πρωινό που παρείχαν ήταν πολύ απλό δεδομένου ότι είναι τριών αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.Το προσωπικό ιδανικά να μιλάνε λίγο καλύτερα αγγλικά.

Very clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. One of the best variants in my multiple visits to Istanbul. I loved everything. Breakfast has become noticeably less fun. Still plentiful but nothing like it used to be. I believe it's because of an economic situation and skyrocketing food prices in the country. Can't blame the hotel.

• RUAT (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix au regard de l'emplacement - L’établissement est propre et bien tenu. L’ameublement de nos deux chambres communiquantes était en bon état. Les équipements sanitaires de l’une des deux étaient récents et de bonne qualité. Le systeme de chauffage/climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. L’état et le confort de la literie étaient acceptables. L’hôtel est situé à 10/15 minutes à pieds de la station de navettes Havaist qui dessert l’aéroport du Nord. Il y a des petits restaurants au bon rapport qualité prix à proximité (boulevard Cumhuryet, rue Babil) et tous les commerces imaginables dans le quartier Harbiye. Le petit déjeuner était compris sous la forme d'un buffet a volonté suffisamment varié et bon à notre goût avec un réapprovisionnent en continu (mention spéciale pour les petits pains fourrés). Le personnel de service est très efficace et agréable. L’insonorisation des chambres est très efficace que ce soit vis a vis-à-vis des bruits extérieurs grâce à des fenêtres au double vitrage très épais, que vis-à-vis des bruits intérieurs. L’hôtel est assez proche de la place Taksim et la rue Istiklal pour ceux qui privilégient une ambiance européenne. Pour rejoindre les quartiers historiques d’Eminonu, Sultan Ahmet, il faudra marcher une heure environ ou prendre le transport en commun sachantqu'il y a une stationde bus à 100 mètres de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel au très bon rapport qualité prix. Le bac de douche de la salle de bain d’une des chambres fuyait sur le sol à côté et le pommeau ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception qui nous a proposé un changement de chambre, ce que nous n'avons pas accepté car nous aurions perdu l'avantage de la communication entre les deux chambres. L’acceuil est assez froid comme c'est souvent le cas en Turquie, question de culture probablement, mais rien de rédhibitoire non plus.

Отель Галата ғимаратына жақын деп ойлап алып едік, алыс екен. Бірақ, автобус тұрағы дәл жанында. Долмабахчеге, Бурак czn, Йылдыз сарайы — осы жерлерге автобуспен тез бардық. Жуынатын бөлмеде жарық аз, бөлмеде айна жоқ. Басқа барлығы жақсы.

• Mike (10/5): Great Hotel and staff, enjoyed my stay - I have been staying at Park By Clover in Sisli, for the past 4 years every time we are in Istanbul we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, easily accessible by public transport lots of food nearby, and Taksim Square is just a 10-15 min walk away. Great staff, very welcoming and special thanks to Kamila and Kubra for their great help and assistance every time. The breakfast is delicious. Beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. I will definitely stay again!

• Amila (10/5): Great location, clean hotel - Hotel was on a really good location, 5 minutes from metro. Clean, spacious room. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good,more then I expected, there was a lot of options to choose. Would recommend the hotel, worth for this price.

• munir (8/5): Very good hotel - The hotel staff was very cheerful and helpful. Very clean hotel, good facilities and clean rooms. The breakfast had no variety, coffee and tea are not available all the times.
