- Charles (5/5): Very comfortable, the parkings are down and rooms up its a bit tricky but ja nice place indeed - The location is the best no breakfast its self catering the only problem when we were preparing our dinner the electricity keep on trapping at room 809 and they need to fix that coz its very iritating u know especially when one is starving like nobodies business. Either then that overal is 7/10. Better Stove facilities so the power can't be tripping.

- Caroline (1/5): Bad - Betty was very disrespectful. She did not inform me that the other guest had extended the stay. On arrival we were told their was no accommodation and Betty found an alternative which was $200 more than the one I had booked. Her excuse was she was too busy and so she forgot to inform me earlier. Very disappointed.
- Milner (1/5): Bad - I was asked to checked out at 07:34 by a man who came to knock on my door and demanded me to leave ,even when i told him checking out time was at 10am..he just told me to get out after 30min and that he had other plans. I was left stranded with big suitcases by the security guards who also where surprised why i was told to check out so early. Central
- Rina (1/5): BAD OWNERSHIP - I called the property to arrange check-in (after indicated time of arrival had passed) and was only told then that there were plumbing issues and that I would not be able to stay! They didn't even call me - I CALLED THEM!!! I boomed this apartment for a reason (location and the fact that it's self-catering) and they told me that I could stay at another guest house in Windhoek North. They didn't even give me this offer for free as a courtesy! Furthermore, I was the one who kept having to call them. I saw the bad reviews on this property and wanted to see for myself - don't even bother booking here.

It didn’t have a airconditioner, the sliding door didn’t work properly. The power went off when checking our host forgot about the electricity. TV quality is bad.

Matress far to soft. There was an DStv device but nothing was working. The hostess was nice but the security guys were to curious during check in and after not even greeted when leaving or coming back.
