- Geoff (6/5): - Location was good
- Chand (6/5): -
- Dodd (5/5): - The view We had to get the key from the pub but there was no real direction to do this, just a ph number on the reception door. The girl at the bar was very vague and didn't really give us any direction to be able to find the room or where to park, there was no parking available at the room and the parks where all taken by locals at the pub. There were cornchips on the floor. Definitely was not a $300 room.
- Fiona (7/5): -
- Hasitha (3/5): Room was very bad and not worth for money. Room smell bad toilet was not clean. - Close to Dampier It is not good place to stay healthy person. Good for junkies. Not worth it
- Cooke (9/5): -
- Ann-Louise (8/5): Suited our needs - Clean bed, good location
- Ruby (7/5): pleasant tavern was nice - The receptionist when i checked is was very welcoming and made the checking to the place a pleasant experience. Have to Make sure to close blinds on lower ground room as i was not aware people walked between the back of the dongers and back of room so had to be careful not to flash anyone walking by - noted maybe guests should be informed on the aspect as i did not think to close it until i saw a guy outside the window by my bed.

- Jeff (3/5): -
- Ramona (10/5): Good - Everything The food
- Kevin (1/5): -
- Debbie (1/5): - There was mould all over room, cups were dirty, room was dirty. Staff were not friendly, had to chase someone to check in at 3pm. Office closed
- Shane (7/5): -
- Lesley (2/5): - The staff and the view and the pub food. The absolutely filthy state of the room. I wore thongs in the shower for fear of contracting hepatitis. It was mouldy and had dirty handprints on the door and wall. The carpet had three large stains which I am assuming was from vomit. There was one toilet roll and two towels for three people. There were wraps and fruit left in the fridge. The lock to the verandah was very difficult to open and there was lots of rubbish thrown over verandahs.
- Jodie (4/5): - Location Cleanliness
- Abdelo (6/5): Guest at the pub very nice and welcoming - Location. The cleaning side
- Jason (7/5): Beautiful town with a famous dog - Beautiful views fantastic bar great staff Very dated room booked ocean view but got downgraded to room with no view but got given 75 AUD bar credit as compensation so not all that bad 😃
- Winlo (10/5): Fantastic - Was genuinely good value, we can bring the dog and the kid and the outdoor entertaining area is pet friendly which is huge for our family.
- Cathy (5/5): Not flash, definitely not worth the money. - View was nice. Beds were comfortable. Old noisy aircon, which struggled in 44oC. Shower taps didn’t turn off, so ran all night. Fridge rusty, no microwave, whole place needed some attention.

- Guest (5/5): The only hotel in Dampier so choose it if you want to be in Dampier and don't mind old decor. - If you want accommodation conveniently in the middle of Dampier this is it. Pub meals are OK and generous serves. Rooms are quite old and could use a renovation. There's a nice pool. Air con in the rooms is the old-fashioned box in the wall and noisy. Other accommodation in Karratha is probably nicer. But, it's very convenient if you need to be in Dampier, and it's friendly and laid back. Air conditioner
- Michele (1/5): Not worth the money we paid - Air conditioner worked and bed was comfortable Bathroom filthy, no shower curtain, fridge didn’t work , toilet paper crap, kettle to be used in bathroom, wooden spoons unusable instead of teaspoons cups were dirty, walls had food spillages down them - cleaning poor.
- Zhibin (1/5): -
- Grant Belton (5/5): -
- Aaron (3/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - Didn’t get the room we booked, the room we were given was filthy and bathroom was pretty disgusting.
- Xena (7/5): Expensive, dog friendly, amazing sunsets - Very close to off leash dog beach and stunning sunsets. Last minute availability and dog friendly. Shower was hot, bed was clean and comfortable.
Pool looked amazing, but due to the type of clientele there i chose not to go in. This is mainly used by transient miners/sea workers and it shows a massive lack of respect by them, and lack of care by owners/managers.
Rubbish thrown from rooms above remained down on the grounds of the hotel.
Lots of smokers, drinking etc. In the other rooms. Giant bin overflowing daily with food and beer takeaway.
Very dark walking from carpark to room (multiple bulbs broken).
Shower was FILTHY. Needed a scrub before I got in, and the whole bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.
Balcony was a bonus but was dirty. The window to the balcony was broken, and the mesh window torn off, so looked like someone had previously broken in.
The grounds and surrounds have various building works, piles of rubbish and debris, etc. everywhere.

- Ash (2/5): Great views but it can’t make up for how dirty the rooms were - The location and views are great Room was absolutely filthy dirt on the walls and floor mould in the fridge and bathroom. Found hair in the bed linen and towels really made the overall experience very unpleasant and made it hard to sleep there all the rooms just need a proper deep clean which could see it hadn’t
- Martin (7/5): Great location suits us - Location, comfy room and bed and our Dig allowed to stay On the bench top we found heaps of ants got into some foods which wasnt nice, wooden spoons for coffee etc silly , much prefer proper cutlery
- Stacey (5/5): Wouldn’t go again - It was where I needed to stay Not super clean
- Sobrane (5/5): - The shower had mud in the doorway. Hadn't been cleaned
- Hayla (8/5): Awesome food service with a lovely setting for sunset. Room was comfy and overlooking the water. Definately be back. - Meals were awesome, staff were friendly and being my birthday they left a bottle of bubbly on my bed. Upgraded us to a nice view of the water.
Highly recommend

- Leonard (10/5): It’s better than staying in the Town of Karratha - I love the location it’s right on the water , very good sunsets All good
- Elms (5/5): The food was amazing and the view was to just need to bring up the cleaning standards - Love the location need more breakfast options There was glass out side our room and the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly scrub the shower down and then treat with exit mold

- michael (5/5): -
- Sara (7/5): Bed was good and staff are very friendly - Good breakfast room. Pub was great!
Ocean view room is worth it. Liked the BBQ area. No fruits at breakfast.

- Holli (7/5): -
- Jenny (7/5): -
- Laurie (8/5): - The room the bed The fact that I couldn't park near my room because other vehicles wasn't parked properly so I had to park way out in the front the first night & I had to walk up with my bags and 2 kids..
- Mark (6/5): - Bar meals were good Tired old 1970's motel difficult to get the room cleaned
- Giles (1/5): The owners of the hotel deserve medals for their thrift and tight fisted investment in this hotel and its accomodation. - Friendly, helpful staff and good tasty meal in restaurant. Poor and dangerously maintained, with lack of security . Not as described and photographed on Booking.com, very misleading! Much of the fabric of the room is falling apart with age. Windows don’t lock, trip hazards due to poor earlier bathroom refurbishment, carried out in 1980s. Under the beds, dust rubbish and spent Durex. Balcony filthy, also Fridge was old and on its last legs. The shower was dirty with limescale scum! Not able to lock ground floor balcony door because window and fly screen broken, allowing biting insects to enter room. Not worth nearly $300 my wife and I were charged. I will be complaining to my credit card company for a partial refund.
- Kevin (6/5): thanks for our time staying anyway, if the property could be upgradedvto laminate floor will make alot different improve - location is good my first "impressed" was smell of very old & dirty carpet, dirty toilet
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Dominika (5/5): Good location and and interesting pub experience 😉 - Close to the National Park Old facilities
- Dominic (4/5): -
- Dave (9/5): - Great location. Clean and tidy
- Tsaoussis (3/5): -
- Julie (3/5): Definitely not returning. - Beds were comfortable The place was a dump. Hair in the bathroom sink, big ashtrays full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles. Stains on bedding. Calcium stains on shower screen.
Emailed management. All I received was, yes this is unacceptable, we will give you a discount next time you stay.

- David (3/5): Great place to visit, but worst accommodation in the Pilbara. - Location is great. All staff members were excellent. Especially the ladies from the bars who worked hard and went out of their way for us.
Food was a little hit and miss, but acceptable.
Perfect place to visit, but never for accommodation!! I booked and paid for a Dbl room, but instead I was given a small dogbox room. I travel often, and I have never had a bed worse. I even considered the floor to be an upgrade. Disturbed by workers staying in the complex.
Would never stay again. Extremely overpriced. Never received what was booked and paid for. Worst accommodation in the Pilbara. I was not the only person who suffered the same booking treatment.
- Robert (9/5): -
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Brooke (8/5): Great location! Would stay again!! - Great location! Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the bay and best of all my dog was allowed to stay too!!

- de cesare (5/5): Otherwise it was good - For the price in In Karratha it was good Just some Maintenance the doors didn't close properly so had to bang it to close main door and bath room door not good for neighbours on holiday or workers bath room need some work no rails for towel
- Michael (7/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Philip (10/5): -
- Ruth (3/5): Not impressed at all - Everything was very dirty, toilet, walls, doors , surfaces all very dirty. We had to clean much before use.
Very poorly lit , had to ask for a globe and not much better as no window light.
Bathroom rails were broken off so nowhere to hang towels or clothes .
Fridge was so iced up, not efficient and door racks broken so very little space.
There was a tray under cups and condiments and it was so broken and cracked and dirty, I removed it. Had to clean all the se surfaces too.
Reception was unattended so had to go to the bar to get key and I’m a retired lady and do not go to bars!
There was so much mud to walk over to get to our car , the garden outside the room was so muddy and only access to car. No designated car spots and in the rain and mud not inviting at all.
- Wettir (5/5): - Food was great The room smelt like urine
- Yani (8/5): -
- Jayne (7/5): Easy going, friendly staff, beautiful location - Stunning views from room 5 A bit tired looking, but OK
- Brodie (5/5): Simple stay but first impressions wasn’t great but the view made up for it - The beach front view appartments had an amazing view and the pool was refreshing but needs a sail It wasn’t the best for cleanliness there was white and black stuff all over the shower doors and floors, the amenities were dirty, the aircon was so loud. But I guess you pay for what you get I would recommend doing an upgrade with the rooms especially having such a stunning location and views.
- Fabian (9/5): - Wonderful staff and wicked pub
- Nicole (1/5): - I had cold water frontage whole stay
- DIANNE ROSS (9/5): -
- Rosanna (8/5): - The staff are lovely, food was amazing and view is beautiful Just outdated and a little dusty
