- Tumane (3/5): 18th floor too loud. - Cleanliness, utensils, working fridge and microwave oven. Laundry room on the 18th floors is a no no. Those machines are loud, irritating and the noise they make makes it difficult to sleep. No housekeeping throughout my stay. Hotel reception was hostile and unfriendly to the guest booked in a private room. They are less interested and just say call the private agent for assistance. Once checked in, I waited for 1hr for my luggage, when I finally went down to reception, the porter told me he doesn't deliver luggage to the private room.

It took two hours to get key access the apartment, then we had issues with parking being told private apartments don't have parking, then our key cards didn't work all weekend. The room was initially clean but no one came to change bedding or towels all weekend except one guy coming to dump a bunch of towels on Saturday morning and that was the last time we saw him. The ironing board is also broken like how much can an iron board really cost? Then the shower is leaking water after bathing it's a whole mass with no mop in place now had to use the very same towels we got there to try and dry the place.

- Benitha (5/5): Beautiful Appartement with beautiful view - The location is great, and The Appartment has a beautiful view The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, as I had to go through someone other than the receptionist. I was very sceptical at first, but then I had to comply. There was no help with cleaning, even though I had a 7-day stay! It would be nice to provide for cleaning services at least every 3 days! Especially for beddings. And check-in should be done with the receptionist to avoid awkwardness

- Tebogo (1/5): - Nothing The room was not clean,trow was dirty,the carpet was dirty had to kill few cockroaches i even took pictures of everything dirty,the bin is not closing i have to book for another apartment at the reception and gave room number 1910 to someone that come with her kids so they kids can use it for free ,they promised to come have a look at the apartment but no one showed up and i didn’t like the bed as well,will i recommend it to someone else big No it was not worth the price and i was not told that they won’t clean the room you use the same towels and bedding for the entire week

O processo de checkin foi muito difícil. Sem comunicação com a responsável pela liberação do quarto. Apesar de inúmeras tentativas de realizar um checkin antecipado, precisei aguardar 3 horas no lobby do prédio, sem acesso sequer a banheiro ou lugar pra guardar as malas.

- Nathi (3/5): Racial profiling is inappropriate - treat all person/people with respect. - As a Black South African man, I was racially profiled a white lady who came to drop off the keys. She assumed I was from outside of South Africa and spoke in an inappropriate manner which left me very upset.

Encontrei a casa com o chão e tapetes todos sujos. Inclusive o da sala estava enrolado num canto e não posto no lugar. Pedi um apartamento com mesa normal e cadeiras. Deram-me um com mesa alta de balcão mesmo sabendo que iria com uma criança de 2 anos e we nunca poderia sentar ali Pedi berço. Não encontrei nem foi dito nada A casa estava abafada, cheiro a pó. O cofre estava fechado e não foi possível abrir Pedi ajuda, não havia ninguém pra ajudar. A pessoa que tinha que me receber sabia que haveria de chegar num voo noturno e tardio Não esperou. Deixou a porta encostada e foi-se embora. Sem dar uma correta explicação sobre as chaves Mesmo chegando 00h com uma criança não havia sequer um garrafa de água para beber, ainda que fosse para pagar. Aperitivos de welcome, nada. Me foi contada uma taxa de limpeza de quase 2 diárias que até agora não me devolveram. Quando eu encontrei a casa suja e ninguém me foi dar assistência. Liguei e mandei várias mensagem ao sr Enock que não respondia nem atendia E quando apareceu por causa da chave, gritou comigo e levava tudo para o pessoal Mesmo estando no corredor do prédio Com uma criança sendo quase 4hrs da manhã. Quero o meu reembolso Não recomendo essa acomodação São muito desorganizados.

Firstly, cleaning service isn’t included in your booking, just an FYI. You need to pay separately for that if you have a long stay. Response time is so slow! If you need anything, rest assured you are on your own! The WiFi wasn’t working for 2 days, I contacted them and it was sorted out, although not promptly, again, bear in mind that their response time is extremely slow!

The cushions covers on the bed and the mat at the bottom of the bed were dirty could do with changing regularly

- Vimbai (8/5): Very good - 1. Decor. 2. Cleanliness of the apartment. 3. Location of One Thibault. 1. The shower door doesn't close, so lots of water tends to spill out during showering. That definitely needs to be fixed because there's a lingering damp smell in the bathroom. 2. The microwave may be faulty. I warmed up food for 2 mins and despite it saying it was done and me repeatedly pressing cancel, it still made an "on" sound for a further 2 minutes, which I was confusing and alarming. 3. Noise really travels in the corner unit from next-door door neighbours and people in the corridors.

The initial fee on booking.com is not the same as the debited amount. The total amount is hidden in a bi-line called ‘taxes’. This should be more upfront before payment. - Danja (10/5): Luxury Apartment - The view was the best could see everything from up there. Security was amazing and very strict, which I appreciate as it was only me and my friend on holiday there. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable to use.

- Chibo (10/5): Exceptional - The convenience of the location and having almost everything nearby.Be it shopping or restaurants.. And since we were there for a marathon, a walking distance to the DHL stadium so perfect. There is always security Guarda outside, makes one feel safe. Some of the apartments the showers spilled water and one has to clean up. The security guards inside the boom gate need to align more with the main reception so we don't seem like we are a problem as visitors.In sharing a room an getting one card it's always an issue when you both want to passby with one card.Otherwise let it be clear that for rooms sharing two people get two cards.

- Siphenkosi (9/5): I will definitely come back, I really enjoyed our stay. - The room was amazing, it smelled so fresh and was clean to a certain extent The mop was just a frame and didnt have the mopping cloth underneath and we had to use a used towel to mop the bathroom floor. I hated that our check-in was delayed by an hour. The previous guest probably checked out late or housekeeping was delayed somehow I dont know. It was an issue checking in since the apartment was privately owned, we had to wait for a mobile concierge to come and check us in. But the customer service team was always easily accessible on calls and WhatsApp and assisted us promptly
