• Clare (3/5): - The bed was comfortable. My husband reviewed this property previously. The business owners requested I modify it. So here is my take on Casa Rayan. We were offered an upgrade to an apartment. This was kind as the other room was surrounded by laundry and quite small. The apartment was very cold and for the rest of our stay we saw no one to ask for a heater. There were no instructions on how to operate TV, stove, oven and no one to ask. The lighting throughtout was dim, especially in the lounge area where about 5 of the 6 bulb light were missing. The kitchen was tired amd combined with the mismatch of utensils and pots/pans it was not appealing to boil water for coffee let alone cook. But for us having a kitchen was an added extra. The absolute worse thing was the constant noise coming from the venue next door. Clatter, scrapping of chairs and voices could be heard until well pass 1am. So one's sleep was poor.

Y además podías tomarte algo y desayunar justo al lado, la atención en el desayuno también exquisita y todo buenísimo, increíble experiencia. Nada ha sido malo.

• Hans (8/5): Prima plaats om Chefchaouene te bezoeken - Appartement gelegen aan de rand van het centrum, dat te voet vlot te bereiken is. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en vooral het dakterras is een absolute meerwaarde! Jammer dat ons appartement geen zithoek had (alleen slaapkamers en keuken met tafel en stoelen), bij goed weer is dat niet erg vermits je dan terecht kunt op het dakterras.

• Lorenzo (1/5): - The bathroom smelled unclean and toilet tank leaked onto the floor, most likely because the toilet bowl wasn't properly bolted to it. When we showed the man in reception the water leak, he just used the floor squeegee that was still in the bathroom to send all the water down the drain, leaving the floor damp. He seemed puzzled when we asked for extra towels for the bathroom floor. Not a great experience overall.

Parkeren kan voor de deur Gastheer was heel vriendelijk en warm welkom! De douche is wat smal en daarna zit de wc. de vloer blijft erg nat wanneer je de wc wil gebruiken

• Oumaima (10/5): Exceptional - as someone who lived in chaoun for a bit and travels to this beautifull often city I would love to state that casa Rayan had the best service and I can't move past how clean the place was and how we enjoyed our breakfast in the terasse every morning withiut the fuss of waiting and we weren't charged extra for anything even if they faciliate it for us to Sum it up I would love to thank them all for making our stay go smoother and very much enjoyable and for future guests don't hesitate to ask anything frrom the host as he will for sure help you get what you need with a smile ^^
• Claudio (8/5): Very good - Good size room and perfect location with parking if you drive. There is a coffe shop below, noises won't stop until 2am-ish so if you are a light sleeper like me just ask for a room on the 2nd or even 3rd floor.
