Guest Reviews
- Bill Angelo (9/5): Value for money with great hospitality from staff/owner - Nice ambiance and very welcoming staff/owner In an old building could be hard to find at night.
- Kateryna (10/5): Great place for good price - I chose a female-only room, which is incredibly hard to find in hostels right in the center of Bangkok. The location is super convenient—just a 10–15 minute bike ride to all the main attractions.
The prices are also great, and they offer complimentary coffee and sandwiches in the morning. There are separate showers for men and women. They also provide a towel and bed linen. Each bed comes with a personal door, giving you a nice private space even though it’s a hostel. -
- Dustin (9/5): Superb -
- Maartje (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oriana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Smith (10/5): My new favorite in Bangkok as a single traveler - Honestly, after the hostel I left in another part of town, the beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. Also, amazing people in the room which made for a great late not coversation (it was the 3 of us). Super clean. I love the different color schemes between the rooms (I had mustard yellow). I didn't want to leave. Not much room to socialize but that can be an up or a down for people. I was happy under my delcious blanket. Was such a relief from my previous hostel. Also it's QUIET. I love that.
- Lauren (9/5): Lovely stay, perfect after a long flight - - really comfy beds
- lovely staff who were so helpful when we had an issue on check in
- food AC
- clean bathrooms - just felt a bit far out of things. Even though it was quite central we just felt like the location wasn't quite right for us
- quite noisy due to building works but it wouldn't stop us coming back again
- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (7/5): Good - Good location and a nice hostel. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Lack of facilities for a hostel, more of a hotel.
If you're looking for a hostel to meet other travellers, then this isn't the place as there is no area to hang out.
- Annika (2/5): unpleasant - Dirty room dirty sheets on the bed and we had to change them ourselves and then when we complained they tried to kick us out as we where not happy with our room
The shower did not work for 2 days so I had no shower
And the staff where unwelcoming we felt very upset with our stay
- Nuttanicha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Amazing old building with beautiful interior and friendly staff -
- Arthur (8/5): Very good -
- Varun (10/5): Lovely host and extremely clean - Warmth of the Host Since no steps, couldn't have come with my parents who're on wheelchair
- Chelsea (10/5): AMAZING stay! Great facilities and very kind owner - Mary the owner is an absolute gem! She was so kind during our stay, giving us tips and tricks on bangkok. On our last day even drove us to our bus stop 5 mins down the road at 6am in the morning. We tried to give her tips, but she wouldn’t accept. Truely an amazing soul and would 1000% go back the walls are quite thin, you can hear next door! But honestly such a small thing compared to how great the stay was.
- Kunal (10/5): Exceptional - The host were amazing and stay was also very clean. Loved it Nothing to dislike
- Amélie (9/5): Design hostel walking distance to temples - Very quiet hostel (on one night, I was even alone in my dorm on New Year's Eve when the other hostels are packed).
Great & comfortable beds :D
Super design & location in the center Beautiful but closed restaurant
No cleaning of the bathroom during my stay (3 nights)
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksandra (9/5): Superb -
- Marc (10/5): Great stay here - Great location, comfy beds You have to work hard to keep the Aircon on..go out for a cigarette and it is off again
- Franco (9/5): Superb - very clean and quiet
- Kashyap (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Very secure, with keyless entry for hotel floor at all times of day, room clean Next to busy road and building site, no water for a while, so couldn't have shower etc
No fridge in room
- Elise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michal (8/5): Very good - Location and beds that gives you quite a lot of privacy Not the cleanest one, there is only few working lockers. There is no good place to socialize in the hostel.
- Maria (4/5): just okay for 1 night - building is well decorated, room okay just for 1 night, bathroom okay. no soundproof at all it’s like if there’s nothing separating the room from outside, I understand that it’s because the building is old but no value for money it’s quite expensive for what they offer.
- Cole (9/5): Superb -
- Kennetchandra (6/5): Pleasant - I didn't like is... No slippers available in the shower and toilet... since you wanted to take off slippers or shoes there should be something to wear since this is a common toilet.. where
- Ariane (8/5): Very good - the location, the dorms configuration, the interior design, working a/c the staff didn’t really speak English, a bit noisy (badly insulated windows, but normal for Bangkok…), cold showers
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Sofía (5/5): the staff was really nice but didn’t spoke English and there was no water the first day and wifi didn’t work :( - it’s well located there was no water the first days and wifi not
working
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and super clean place, really comfortable bed and the best the staff, they were really kind and friendly
- Karin (4/5): Disappointing - comfortable bed I really wish I could give this place a better review, but there were just too many things wrong.
90% of the staff were extremely unhelpful, and it was also a challenge as they didn’t speak English.
I extended my stay there for a few nights, there was no one in the reception when I was going to pay, but I didn’t think much of it as I was staying another night. But when I got back that night around 4am in the morning they wouldn’t let me in to my room if I didn’t pay first (this was after staying there for close to a week and had paid the entire time), I didn’t have any cash on me as I’d been out, and they wanted me to go wandering the streets at this time to find an ATM before letting be back in, even though it’s almost a 24h manned reception, what did they think I was going to do, try to sneak out with my things and not pay?
The bathrooms didn’t get cleaned once when I was there.
The aircon is only on for a few hours in the night, so forget trying to either have an early night or a lie in as the room get extremely hot.
There’s also no common space, outside space, or restaurant/bar, you can’t even buy water.
There’s no laundry service, and when I asked where I could go they just shrugged their head and went like “I don’t know”.
The only good thing about this place was that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
- Bernadette (9/5): Superb -
- Tabone (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pietro (7/5): Good - clean, rather new not old clunky the adjacent bar is terribly overpriced
- Chingiz (3/5): When we come to the place, they say the booking is unavailable and they have no room, because of lis - When we come to the place, they say the booking is unavailable and they have no room, because of listing on another platform. I spent my time and money for taxi. Dissopointed. Be careful.
