• Tanja (10/5): Top, perfekt für einen super Urlaub - Man hat sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit waren klasse. Die Gasse in der das Riad liegt war ebenfalls echt gut, man war direkt mittendrin und die Gasse war auch nachts angenehm entlang zugehen. Das Personal war einfach zuvorkommend, immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und war an jedem Tag leicht unterschiedlich. Die Betten waren super bequem und alles in allem einfach empfehlenswert.

Posizione del riad facile da raggiungere e comoda per girare nella medina e raggiungere i luoghi d'interesse nelle vicinanze della medina medesima. So peaceful but so central. Lovely roof top terrace. The Team and manager Soumia could not do enough for us. Everything was organised perfectly and so well coordinated ( taxis, excursions, restaurants ). Everything is possible with this Team. Nothing not to like. My only one request would be a fridge in the bedroom to store some water. Other than that it was perfect in every way.

De kamers zijn niet zo goed geïsoleerd waardoor je wel andere mensen kan horen. Op zich hebben we daar niet veel last van gehad want niemand heeft voor overlast gezorgd terwijl wij daar verbleven.

Como chegávamos ao fim do dia, falámos muito com Joseph que recebe 5estrelas pela cortesia e saber-estar. Oferceu-nos a possibilidade de fazermos uma excursão, que aceitámos, ou o Hammam, que declinámos. Joseph sabe aceitar um não, como um sim. Foi incrivelmente disponível a marcar-nos um restaurante numa noite de fim de semana, onde tudo parece estar busy! Grande educação. Grande saber estar. Estamos perante alguém que parece ter saído de uma escola de hotelaria na Suiça. O seu inglês é perfeito. tal como a sua cortesia. Pequeno almoço muito delicioso e é servido com grande atenção à mesa. nada está previamente disponível. Jantámos na noite da nossa chegada depois de Soumia ter tratado de tudo previamente o que foi um bónus para quem chega tarde. Quarto e cama impecável. Dormiu-se muito bem. O bairro onde este Riad e outros se encontra tem uma beleza especial. Ruas limpas e com vasos com plantas, algumas obras decorrem, certamente ainda fruto do terramoto. Sentimo-nos MUITO seguros.

• Inès (10/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans le riad EXCELLENCE du 21 avril 2026 au 28 avril 2026. Nous ne connaissions ni Marrakech, ni même le Maroc et sommes tombés sous le charme de cette ville, de sa culture et de la gentillesse de ses habitants. Si notre séjour a été incroyablement agréable à Marrakech, c'est en immense partie grâce à ce riad et à son personnel. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ce magnifique voyage de noces. Sur le riad tout d'abord: celui-ci est parfaitement bien placé, au cœur de la Médina et très facilement accessible en transport depuis l'aéroport notamment. Il est également parfaitement situé pour ceux qui, comme nous, apprécient de sortir à pied pour dîner et boire un verre dans un des nombreux rooftops du quartier. Une fois que vous avez poussé les portes du riad, il y règne non seulement une atmosphère détendue, mais également un calme absolu. Un doux parfum de fleur d'oranger flotte, de l'accueil jusqu'au rooftop, parfaitement aménagé grâce à ses transats et canapés à l'ombre. Ce rooftop est un endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la vue sur la Koutoubia lors du coucher de soleil notamment. Notre chambre était très agréable, très confortable et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour d'une semaine. Le personnel a d'ailleurs eu la très délicate attention de couvrir notre lit de pétales de fleurs à notre arrivée, en souvenir de notre récent mariage, ce qui nous a beaucoup touché. Sachez que chaque matin vous aurez droit à un très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et de qualité pour démarrer votre journée! Nous avons dîner deux fois dans le riad (à l'arrivée et au départ): les repas (traditionnels) étaient non seulement copieux mais surtout délicieux. Encore merci à la cuisinière de nous avoir régalé! Sur le personnel du riad: Depuis notre arrivée, et jusqu'à notre départ, toute l'équipe s'est montrée d'une gentillesse absolue à notre égard.

L’équipe est tout simplement exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, très présente, avec d’excellents conseils et de bonnes adresses qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. La nourriture est également excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et nous avons eu l’occasion de dîner sur le rooftop… un moment magique avec un repas succulent. Nous avons même eu la surprise et l’honneur d’assister à des musiques berbères jouées par une partie de l’équipe, c’était magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad et remercions encore toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux.

The staff would come every day and change the towels and make the bed leaving the room tidy for us. Our room was spacious and had a large bed with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, a safe and air-con. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and served in a timely manner. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive during our stay and went above and beyond. They also allowed us to leave our suitcases after checking out before our flight and helped with taking our suitcases to and from the taxi. I can’t fault our stay. The property itself was beautiful and all the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Gracias a la posibilidad de traslado en taxi desde el aeropuerto al Riad Excellence no tuvimos ningún problema en llegar y fue todo muy fácil y rápido. El recibimiento no gustó mucho. La estancia fue increíble y súper acogedora, superó nuestras expectativas! El servicio de desayuno un 10 y las instalaciones son incluso mejores que en las fotos. • Carl (10/5): Jag kan inte tänka mig ett bättre ställe att bo på vid ett besök i Marrakesh. - Det var så fräscht och rent. Sköna sängar, rymliga rum och lugnt och tyst på kvällar och nätter. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vi serverades en mycket god och välsmakande måltid när är vi anlände på kvällen. Läget var perfekt för att vi skulle kunna uppleva så mycket som möjligt av det fantastiska Marrakesh. Fanns inget negativt.
• Stephen (10/5): Authentic Riad in a wonderful city - Excellent location in the heart of the Medina but yet a very quiet and peaceful area. It felt very authentic and very safe. The Riad is simple and elegant and rooms traditional but spotlessly clean. The dinner served on our first evening was excellent and breakfast every morning was outstanding. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Communication throughout with Soumia was first class. Nothing
• Fatima (10/5): - Très satisfaite du séjour à Riad Excellence. Emplacement parfait, à la fois central et très calme. Chambre très propre et bien décorée. Literie très confortable, et nourriture délicieuse. Je ne saurais assez remercier Soumiya, Abdessamad et Youssef pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur sourire. Ils ont fait de notre court séjour une expérience unique et ont été d'une grande aide pour l'organisation d'activités, réservation de transfert aéroport, conseils pour visiter la ville.. Pour résumer, le rapport qualité prix de ce séjour est excellent. Tout était parfait. Nous ne pouvions hélas pas prolonger notre séjour, mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Marrakech.

If anything I could mention that the carpet in the room was a little too large so it had to be moved in order to open the door... Google maps struggles to locate the residence so a small sign at the end of the passageway would be helpful:)

• Barcaioli (10/5): - Ottimo soggiorno presso il Riad Excellence, da tutti i punti di vista. Staff accogliente e disponibile per ogni richiesta, posizione centrale ma tranquilla, camera e bagno nuovi, curati e molto puliti ... Anche i servizi top! Il transfert da e per l'aeroporto puntuale e disponibile a tutte le ore ( al ritorno ci hanno accompagnato alle 2:30 di notte) e la cucina.... Colazione eccellente, varia, abbondante anche troppo e con prodotti di qualità. Cena tipica ottima... Speziata al punto giusto, sapori "puliti" Ingredienti di qualità... Come mangiare in una casa marocchina... Posso dirlo dopo aver provato l'offerta dei vari ristoranti della Medina. Soggiorno super consigliato! Grazie!!

• Stasa (10/5): I love it! - We had a wonderful stay at Riad Excellence in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made our trip special. The location is perfect – close to everything you want to see in Marrakech, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Breakfast was also lovely and a great way to start the morning. Everything felt fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our visit so memorable! I love everything 🫶🏻

• Inês (8/5): - A localização era boa e a chegada ao riad também. Estava perto do ponto de encontro para atividades de outros operadores (saída para o deserto, etc). Fomos recebidos com um chá e uns bolinhos típicos de Marrocos, e foi-nos disponibilizado o jantar a uma hora tardia. As pessoas foram bastante atenciosas, nomeadamente Soumia e Yousef. Facilidade na marcação de transfer para o aeroporto. O sinal de internet era bastante fraco ou inexistente. As luzes dos quartos eram brancas, o que tornava o ambiente bastante frio.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): - - jest to butikowy koncept [kilka pokoi], podejście personelu [który jest autentycznie przemiły] jest spersonalizowane, - pyszne są śniadania - przygotowywane na świeżo, z delikatnymi modyfikacjami każdego dnia, składają się z jakiejś formy jajka, batbout [marokański wypiek], herbaty, świeżego soku, i czegoś na słodko - w tym naprawdę wybitnego amlou, - pokoje są ładne, łóżka bardzo wygodne, - hotel ma malutki hammam, z którego można skorzystać - doświadczenie bardzo unikalne, korzystaliśmy już z kilku wcześniej, - personel jest cały czas w hotelu, jest z nimi bardzo dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp, jest możliwość transportu lotniskowego [20 euro], - jest możliwość zjedzenia kolacji degustacyjnej - bardzo polecamy również, nie jedliśmy lepszego tajine nigdzie indziej. Podsumowując jeśli lubicie Państwo takie butikowe koncepty będziecie bardzo zadowoleni. My byliśmy bo właśnie czegoś takiego chcieliśmy.

• Tiffany (10/5): Great stay, everyone was very nice and caring, made sure to ask how my day went every time i was headed back to my room - Very clean very aesthetic, the breakfast and tea were very delicious we received tea and sweets upon arrival which was at 6am, the flexibility to check in was also very great, we would definitely book again, it is a little more of walk from the main road but it’s such a nice and pretty walk. Sometimes no hot water in the Early morning but that’s pretty normal in the winter in a lot of places

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible—so warm, attentive, and genuinely going above and beyond to make our stay (and my birthday!) truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely outstanding—without question some of the best we’ve ever eaten. The riad itself is spotless, bright, and beautifully airy. We were even lucky enough to enjoy a February sunbathe and breakfast on the terrace, which was wonderfully tranquil and gloriously warm. The location is perfect, making everything easy while still feeling like a peaceful oasis. We honestly couldn’t have loved it more and already hope to return. If you’re heading to Marrakech, we would 100% recommend this beautiful place. A total gem 💛 Having to leave
