Guest Reviews
- steviehull (8/5): A delightful experience. - I recently booked in at the Beechfield hotel for 3 nights.
This was the first time that I have stayed at the Beechfield, & on arrival I was immediately welcomed to the hotel.
My room was OK (No.37).
I slept comfortably with no noise, only I think the room required re-decorating in certain areas.
There was no room service either, but that was not a big problem.
As for the Breakfast, I have to say that it was absolutely brilliant, with a good choice of fruit juice & cereal, followed by a deliciously cooked full English, + might I add, served by efficient, pleasant & experienced waiting staff.
For those travelling by car, the hotel does have a car park + there is also one across the road too.
Finally, to sum up, a highly recommendable hotel, and thanks to all concerned.

- Dave (9/5): Felt at home. - Staff are very friendly and helpful and can't do enough. Breakfast is nice and tasty and and can be tailored to your liking. Bed was firm but very comfortable and I slept well. Overall a pleasant experience. ☺️ We will definitely return. Nothing.

- Abby (8/5): - Nice and clean, breakfast was good and the morning staff were so cheery
- Sarah (9/5): Great hotel with brilliant staff, just don’t have high expectations with rooms, they are basic but do the job - Lots of rooms so great for big parties. Staff so friendly, helpful & have great banter. Good price for a good location. Some rooms are quite dated and the bathrooms are not great. Showers are pretty awful in most rooms with such slow flowing water.
- Avril (8/5): -
- Lucy (5/5): - Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach The room had recently been painted and smelled strongly of paint/gloss. The shower was pretty useless.
Received a fine for £100 for going 50 mins over on parking
- Caroline (5/5): Location was great, and price was reasonable, but just needs a refresh - Breakfast was lovely and the dining room was spotless I was originally booked into the beechfield but got a call to change it to their sister hotel. I thought the staff were pretty miserable and quite curt. Not particularly helpful. The carpet in my room was filthy and stained. The bathroom although clean
was in dire need of a refresh all the sealant was away from the sink and walls
- Newman (10/5): VERY SATISFIED 2 NIGHTS STAY - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE NA

- Curiosity01373263281 (10/5): Good Experience - Moved here from the sister hotel but found the staff very welcoming and this hotel was ideal walking distance to The winter gardens Great Breakfast. Really Nice Happy Breakfast Staff A credit to the Hotel good Free Parking 👍
- Margaret (9/5): -
- morrisb538 (8/5): Reunion, 170 Imjin Battery - Room okay, clean and tidy but dated. Good wholesome breakfast in a modern style restaurant. Bar area okay.
- steverG7897WB (10/5): Great place fantastic staff - Stayed here once again as we have done many times Julie and the staff are fantastic down to earth and very helpful
- angela (9/5): Nice couple of days - The staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast was nice The only problem we had was the tv didn’t work
- Cruiser18822793759 (8/5): Reunion function - Visit and stayed Beechfield hotel on 25th April for a function. The prices are fair staff obliging, our stay was enjoyable with a very nice breakfast before leaving.
- Carol (1/5): we did not end up staying because the property was locked, deserted, no-one answered the phone. - We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than anticipated (about 1/2 hour) and it was locked up tight. No sign on the door. Rang the bell several times and attempted to phone without result.
It was pouring rain.
We ended up going to a different hotel.
When we sent a complaint, they said they emailed us earlier that day. Well, we were flying and then driving, so no access to email.
We explained that, and asked for a refund. We never received an answer, or a refund.
- David (7/5): Couldn't fault it. Excellent. - Transferred from Beechfield to sister Hotel.Georgian Hollies. Cannot fault the transfer at all. Breakfast was very good. Consistently hot and very well cooked. Lift out of order.(waiting to be repaired)
- kerry (9/5): Great hotel and nice staff - The hotel had parking with it which was great. Walking distance to shops and pubs. In one room could get 4 of us which was great. The breakfast wasn’t the best. The bacon was well overcooked, hash browns were overcooked and the egg wasn’t dippy and slimy.
This did not disappoint our stay as everything else was excellent and that’s what was important to us
- Ross (8/5): -
- Tony (8/5): - Great location staff good and a good breakfast. Room fine for what we needed for a short 2 night stay.
- swampmonster (10/5): Little gem - I stayed in this hotel last August as well. I had a double room on the first floor (No17) and i will return. The shower was nice and warm.

- David (8/5): Very enjoyable - Good location, nice staff Room no to good
- edmund (10/5): One of the best hotels that I have stayed in for ages and incredibly reasonable! - Brilliant family run hotel. Smart, comfortable and amazing value. A real gem in a mixed bag that is Blackpool.! Absolutely nothing!!
- Crosby (10/5): -
- Rachel (3/5): Will never return - The location was good We were given a bedroom that according to the manager was only rented as a last resort. A bit confusing as we booked months in advance. Also it was less than the 12ftsq that was booked. Despite complaining nothing was done. Also there was poo all on the bathroom door handle and toilet roll. Someone was supposed “reclean” the room but after several
Hrs I did it myself. I would not recommend a stay here to anyone.
- Phillip (9/5): Perfect quiet location, very clean, great staff definitely would stay again and recommended 👌🏼 - Great location for Blackpool, parking at the side and 15 mins walk from the train station.
Rooms were ready way in advance so we could check in early.
Staff were brilliant and really friendly, Vicky really looked after us in particular though. Great bar, restaurant, sitting area to the front and a mega full English in the morning which was cooked perfectly 👌🏼
Room was very clean, fresh white bedding, a towel each and good en-suite.
Nice and quiet in the hotel, beds were also very comfy 😊
Booked a late check out so we could go for a walk on the prom, highly recommended. Nothing
- Lucy (5/5): - The fact we was told breakfast was 8am till 9.30 and me and my husband paid for breakfast and went down at 9.20 and it was closed we had to go pay for another breakfast some where else
- Yvette (8/5): -

- tiiinks (10/5): Very impressed and will be returning! - Warm, comfortable and clean hotel with good breakfast too. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us after a problem with an inconsiderate neighbouring room on our first night there. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back again. The hotel is in a great location and has lots of parking which is rare for the area!
- Jane (8/5): I’ll definitely stay again as the positives far outweigh the negatives - Friendliness of staff cleanliness of property and spaciousness of the room- great value Shower far too small, difficult to get in even for the average person - for the size of the room having a double bed was rather small there was plenty of room for a king-size which would’ve made the stay more comfortable also it would’ve been nice to see some decor in the room as the walls were quite bigger which made it feel cold and clinical
