• M (5/5): Okay for very short stay as you won’t notice the bad side - Access was great nice and easy, apartment in a good location The house keeping needs to do a better job. I hate walking with socks and getting someone else’s random hair tracking with me. This is probably the previous occupants hair. They need new sofa and seats not just covering them. They were super uncomfortable had to put a pillow on the dinning chair to keep it from cutting into me. They gave me a quarter towel, I get this is a self service apartment but what about a wilting with a whole towel.

• Ayşe (8/5): Very good - The apartment is bright, big and spacious and has everything needed for a couple of days. The contact to the apartment owner was quick and friendly. The couch had some stains and i found hair when i arrived on the couch and the bed, but other than that everything seemed clean. The location a little bit farer from the center.

• Kimv (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment with a wonderful view and location. Overall, the apartment left a positive impression. P.S. A small request: if possible, leave a little more capsules for washing if there is more than one guest. the sofa for sleeping was not the most comfortable place, and its cleanliness also raises doubts, perhaps because it is white and difficult to remove stains from it. Like the table, it was a bit sticky.

• Christopher (7/5): Excellently located good size apartment in need to a little TLC. - The location is great, with the Number 2 tram a 5 minute walk up Dandár utca which takes you along the banks of Danube. Ferenc krt is about 10 minutes walk away where the 4 & 6 tram will take you to multiple different connecting Metros & Train lines. So this is a very accessible location for getting around Pest, with the adding bonus of the apartment being in a quiet location with the balcony catching the sun in the morning, and a discount store being a 1 minute walk if you’re ever caught short of anything. As for the apartment, it’s an open plan living space divided into kitchen, dining and living area with a seperate bedroom (with one wardrobe and cupboard above), having plenty of room for any couple on holiday. Now this is a nice apartment, but is feeling very used in some instances, please don’t take it as negative just some advice. The sofa is quite dirty, damaged and stained as are all the covers on the dining room seat covers and mattress (or mattress protector). And there was a lack of basic household items such as sponges, hand soap (which was just diluted water with leftover hand soap), bin bags, towels (as two very used yellow towels are provided) etc The vacuum wasn’t the best, as the filter seemed to be blocked. Now there is more little things like this, but should not detract from what is a good sized and excellently located apartment, just needs some TLC to bring it to its full potential as a great home away from home, which I hope happens.
• Hilal (9/5): It worths to every penny - It is well equipped with the kitchen tools, hairdryer, iron and more. It is really good for the short trip as you do not have to carry all necessary items. Nothing. It was just a small mistake about booking website showing early check-in. We planned as it showed but then we had to wait extra 2 more hours. But still they helped a lot and communication was fast

White Cascade Customer Service absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, answer immediately, any problems resolved straight away. 5 stars!! Cleaning was not good. Hairs, not mine, in the bathroom, and one in the bed. Kitchen pots not washed properly.

For the cost, it was very good value We would have liked a late check-out as our flights were 8pm and check out was 10am. We asked but didn't receive an answer and just confirmation to check out by 10am. This would have been the icing on the cake but there we are.

• D (9/5): Good accomodation - Good location, nice clean apt, in a new building. Comfortable bed, for two. Clear communication with the owner. Good value for the money Only few things are missing: blinds non working, flat is on the east side, so there is a lot of sun in the morning. Need to be more cups and some bowls for breakfast, also more towels. There is no manual for TV and WiFi password was not correct
