The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the receptionist was especially cooperative and quick to assist with everything we needed. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the entire stay relaxed and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

• Muzamil (1/5): Disappoint stay and breakfast ( front desk staff needs training ) - Rooms was good ​This visit to Peak Tower was exceptionally poor, marking a stark and unacceptable decline from our previous, satisfactory experiences. Due to severe issues with the front desk and a thoroughly disappointing breakfast, this will regrettably be our final visit. ​Upon check-in, the room initially assigned did not match the one we had reserved by seeing the pictures ​Despite our repeated requests, it took considerable effort to finally be moved to the correct room type, causing an unnecessary and frustrating delay at the start of our stay. ​ ​The breakfast experience was arguably the most pathetic we have ever encountered at a hotel. ​The "buffet" was a misnomer, offering a dismal selection of only two items, which is completely unacceptable for any establishment claiming to provide this service. It would be significantly better to not offer a buffet at all than to present this meagre selection. ​ ​The items available were of exceptionally poor quality, including a pre-made, cold omelette and equally cold and lightly burnt parathas that had clearly been prepared much earlier. ​When we politely requested a fresh omelette and paratha, the staff member's response was completely unacceptable. We were curtly told, "You have to eat this," and that they would not serve anything directly from the kitchen.And our surprise when i order a cup of coffee the staff came with tea saying that we only serve tea here. This lack of flexibility and outright refusal to meet a basic guest request for fresh food is a major failure in hospitality standards. ​Unreasonable and Unprecedented Child Surcharges: ​We were informed that we would be charged for the breakfast of our two children, aged 4 and 6 for 1200, plus 16% tax, plus 5% service charges. ​Charging for a child's breakfast, especially for such young ages and for a buffet of this disgusting and minimal quality, is unheard of and constitutes an unreasonable hidden fee.

• Faisal (1/5): Bad - Nothing, just the bell boy was good boy Thwy didn't give towell the whole night as they were waiting for laundry guy to come to give laundry, It never came till 8 nwxt morning, complementary breakfast was not good. They offer a stool it was damage. Its not clean Its smelly washroom also nit clean

• Musher (9/5): It’s a very nice property especially in close proximity to emporium mall and theee is good value for money with wonderfu - I like the design of the apartment which was relatively modern and the staff were very good especially the guy at main reception named Faizaan took care of all of our needs The water heater was a bit small so the if u wanted to have a longer shower, the water gets finished fast
