• Anna-Monika (8/5): Gut - Lage, Style, Sauberkeit, Zustand der Einrichtung Kein Hinweis auf fehlendes Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer, Lüfter in WC hat nicht funktioniert, Lärm der Hauptstraße.
• Galina (9/5): - Местоположение лучше, чем указано на карте букинга, метро совсем рядом. Капсульная кофемашина и много капсул (светлые вкусные). Вид из окна (фото не буду прикладывать, чтобы не нарушать тайну расположения квартиры) В одной из спален, которая в сторону двора, вообще нет окон, это тёмная кладовка, никак не ожидали этого. Хотя кому-то понравится Оказалось реально тяжело подниматься на этаж каждый день без лифта по лестнице
• Soares (8/5): This apartment was a good choice, just in front of the metro station, with a supermarket right acros - There was a bit of smell on sewage on the bathroom...it didn't afected the ret of the apartment though. One of the ebdrooms had no windows

• Kellie (9/5): Great value, comfortable apartment - Very good value, being a little way out from the centre while still super convenient to metro and buses. It was great to have two separate bedrooms for our small family of three, and even two TVs with streaming services. The apartment was well stocked with tea and coffee facilities and the essentials for showers and doing laundry. Despite facing onto a busy road, there was never any noise that bothered us. There were some minor things that could be improved but didn't significantly affect our stay. We were missing a tea towel and would have preferred darker curtains in the bedroom since a lot of light comes in from the street. The walls to the apartment next door seemed very thin as we could hear people moving about and talking, but thankfully they were very quiet people so it didn't disturb us. The floorboards were a little creaky. The bathroom fan didn't seem to work and it smelled a bit musty. And there are a lot of stairs which was fine for us but just something others need to be aware of.
• Ana (10/5): The best accommodation in Vienna - Simply perfect. I have been to Vienna many times, but this is the best accommodation. We loved everything about this place. Amazing location, extremely clean and cozy. They have everything you need. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. 10/10

• guiribeiro17 (9/5): Ótima opção em Viena - Apartamento amplo, com dois quartos, e confortável. Internet muito boa. Cozinha bem equipada. Chuveiro e aquecimento funcionando bem. Anfitrião muito prestativo e responde rápido. Apartamento muito próximo da estação de metrô. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar, acessado por escadas. Chegamos tarde e o prédio todo e as escadas estavam sem luz.

• Evelyn (9/5): Verkehrsgünstige schöne Wohnung für Familienurlaub in Wien - Super Lage an der U4 oder zu Bussen, sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung sieht neu aus. Alles da, was man braucht vom Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche...auch Shampoo und Duschgel. Toll für einen Wienurlaub mit Familie! 3. Stock ohne Lift

• Astra (8/5): Very good - Well equipped apartment, nicely designed, spacious enough to host 3-4 people in comfort. There were free tea and coffee available on site for guests use as well as basic such as salt and pepper for meals prep. Responsive hosting company who was communicating even out of regular business hours. Very easy instructions about entrance and key collection. Near the apartment there are groceries and cafes, literally 1 minute walking distance. Newarby is pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants, Schloss Schönbrunn is 10 minutes by feet, A lot of public transportation - any kind of - stops very close, it takes around 15 minutes with U-ban to get to the Innerstadt. Beds were too soft (due to many guests, I guess?:) for my taste.

• Leandro (10/5): Excellent place to stay for a group of 4. - The property is modern and fully equiped. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and the bathroom was spacious and clean. It was very easy to access the property and to have a dishwasher at our disposition it was really nice. It also had a washing machine but we didn't use it. It's a bit far from downtown, but the metro station is right in front of it. Although it had 2 bedrooms they were quite small.
• Jelena (8/5): Very good - Metro station is across the street, easy contactless entry, spacious, dishwasher and coffee machine are a big plus. Incorrect location pin on the booking app, apartment is actually next to Meidling Haupstrasse metro station (Langenfeldgasse stop is not the closest one as it says in the description). We didn't mind at all but it was a bit misleading. Also, there is no lift in the building (the apartment is on the third floor).

• Nikolai (9/5): Superb - Location is just to the metro station entering. Dishwasher brings additional comfort. It was pretty clean. There was no pillow cloth for the fifth person. On of the rooms was without windows which is pretty bad as experience.

• Maria (8/5): It’s nice m, but wouldn’t go back to that main bedroom. - Excellent decoration, comfortable and clean. Location was very good, with easy access to the city centre, supermarket downstairs, and u4 across the street. There is one important fact that I did not find in any description. The main bedroom has NO WINDOWS. I don’t think that can be legal, not only depressive but unhealthy. I booked for six people but bed linen and amenities were available for 5. Anyway this was very quickly sorted by them and we had everything we needed in the end.

Would choose to stay there again. - * The metro station is across the street. * The apartment was fully equipped!!!! * The couch opens up and can sleep two children. * It has separate toilet from the shower . * The temperature of the apartment is adjustable to the liking of the tenant!!! It was very warm!!!! * The toilet could have been cleaned better before our arrival. We had to clean it ourselves. * Third floor apartment , no elevator.

• Omar (9/5): In short, it is highly recommended if you don’t have lots of bags especially if your room in the third floor. - The apartment it self very nice and clean. The check in was smooth. The building does not have elevator.

The grocery store is just below it and it is very well connected with public transport. Perfect place if you want to explore the city! The A\C was not working at its best
• Victor (9/5): Highly recommended, excellent apartment at a fair price and with amazing service. - Convenient location, a few minutes to the metro and bus station. Supermarket in the same building. Clean and renovated apartment. Amazingly furnished, kitchen with all necessary accessories - kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, etc. - everything is new. There is also a washing machine and an iron. Kind and fast service. On the day of arrival, we did not find capsules for a washing machine, Desire (the owner) made sure that capsules were brought to us that day (at 19:00 !!) Going up the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is a bit challenging. Air conditioner in the living room is a little weak. One of the bedrooms has no windows (attached photo).
• Angelika (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, with all facilities you may need on a city-trip. High third floor with no elevator.
• Luise (9/5): Superb - It was a nice flat to stay in with friends. Very tidy updated flat with separate bathroom and loo. Check in was straight forward and the communication with the host worked well. The flat was a little bit hot (bearing in mind it was very hot in Vienna at that point), despite the installed air conditioning and it was not possible to keep the windows open at night as they are pointing towards the main road.
• Yevgeny (9/5): Spacious fit for a family next to Shonburn palace - Spacious, fully equipped, clean, convenient location for Shonburn palace. Just across the subway station and in the same block as a grocery store. A bit sketchy entrance to the building, especially at night. A bit far from the center.
• הדר (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfectly located next to a ubahn station, with access to other bus stops. Supermarket is 1 minute walk away. Kitchen is very well equipped and we loved having a nespresso machine! And a washing machine too. Beds were super comfortable and we definitely reccomend staying at this apartment. The only down side is 85 steps to climb. But we had to do it just once a day so that wasn't a big issue. Excellent value for money.

• Gordon (9/5): We had a great stay in Vienna and the apartment was well equipped and clean, just a bit far out. - The location was good for the palace but quite a distance from the city centre and attractions. The area was a bit tired and needs a bit of tlc.
