- Isabela (6/5): - Localização e conforto. A reserva foi realizada para três pessoas, porém havia talheres disponíveis apenas para duas. Além disso, encontramos pratos quebrados e somente xícaras pequenas disponíveis e sujas. Logo no check-in, solicitei xícaras médias e uma cafeteira, ou ao menos um suporte adequado para preparo de café. Fui informada de que os itens seriam entregues no dia seguinte, no primeiro horário. No entanto, isso não ocorreu. Pela manhã, tentei contato novamente via WhatsApp, sem sucesso, e acabei tendo que sair para procurar uma padaria para tomar café, o que impactou diretamente nosso tempo, que já estava reduzido. Outro ponto negativo é a comunicação: o atendimento via WhatsApp é demorado e, em alguns momentos, sequer há resposta. Dessa forma, apesar do bom estado geral do quarto, a experiência foi prejudicada por falhas na organização dos itens básicos e na comunicação com a equipe.

- Edson (4/5): Frustrante - Nada demais!!! Não oferecem nada na acomodação!!! Nem uma água tem para beber… tudo bem que não é obrigação, mas pelo menos por questão de recepcionar, seria o mínimo!!!! Só tinha um sabonete desses de hotel mesmo, e só… Trabalho por uma empresa e solicitei desde o primeiro momento NF para prestar contas com a Empresa. No dia seguinte a minha saída, fiz todo o processo e já se passaram 7 dias e nada ainda, ou seja, um direito meu como consumidor, não fui atendido!!!! E vc fala por um WhatsApp que é mais robótico e quase zero humanizado!!!! Resumo: perdi o valor da minha hospedagem pela falta de organização da empresa que administra o apartamento.

- Hosana (7/5): Considerando o custo x beneficio achei bom, porem nao me hospedaria novamente. - Custo beneficio devido a boa localização , 900m do centro. Falta de retorno em relação ao anfitrião. Na chegada ao AP A11 onde fiquei hospedada encontrei xixi ao redor da tampa do vaso e papel no lixo do banheiro, flat bem equipado com itens de cozinha tais como talheres, pratos, copos, etc. Entretanto, pecam em relação a qualidade dos itens. Informaram que para o período deixariam 6 rolos de papel , detergente e bucha lacrados entre outros, porem não localizei nenhum dos itens , papel havia apenas 1 no banheiro para 4 pessoas, tentei contato com o anfitrião e não obtive retorno então precisei comprar.
