• Gajdošová (10/5): Moderné a prijemné ubytovanie - Ubytovanie veľmi čisté, v novom bytovom komplexe, potešilo garážové státie. Poloha je asi 45- 50 min chôdzou do starého mesta, ale 8-10min od ubytovania je zastávka taxi boat s ktorou ste za 8 min v meste a je to príjemný zážitok najmä pre deti, pripadne možnosť objednať za pár EUR Bolt. Po výbornej večeri v meste bola takáto prechádzka veľmi príjemná. Kuchyňa plne vybavená. Počas dňa aj noci pokoj a ticho. Majiteľka veľmi príjemná a ochotná, 20 min autom poradila krásnu pieskovú pláž ideálnu pre deti.

• Felix (10/5): Beautiful apartment, not far from the beach and the old town with a great host, BOOK HERE! - The apartment is spacious, modern, quiet, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean! The bed is very comfortable, and the two sun loungers on the terrace are high-quality and wonderful for relaxing! The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and there are many shopping opportunities and restaurants around the apartment. A short ride by Uber/taxi or taxi boat will take you to the old town of Zadar in just a few minutes! The host, Tea, is the epitome of hospitality and has wonderful recommendations for her guests! You immediately notice that she always strives to make her guests' stay as pleasant as possible! So if you are looking for a stay in Zadar, not far from the beach and the old town, in a beautiful apartment with a great host, BOOK HERE!
• Klaudia (10/5): Polecam z całego serca❤️ - Apartament przystosowany do rodziny z dziećmi. Czysty, nowe budownictwo. Wyposażony w zmywarke, lodówke, zamrażarke, piekarnik po suszarkę do włosów oraz śliczna toaletkę w sypialni. Łazienka z dużym prysznicem i pralka. Śliczny taras - idealny do odpoczynku ale również spożywania posiłków na świeżym powietrzu. Blisko do plaży, restauracji, bankomatu, marketu, apteki. Klimatyzja i tv w obu pokojach. Parking podziemny. Winda. Przemiła właścicielka. Na bieżąco służyła pomocą od wyboru miejsca na kolację, taxi po miejsca warte obejrzenia. Bardzo dziękujemy! Brak zastrzeżeń - wszystko 10/10❤️ P.s - dołożyłabym żelazko w pokoju i ewentualnie mikrofalówkę - ale nie jest to potrzebne każdemu
• Jaroslav (10/5): - Tea Luxury Apartment is a fantastic place to stay. The modern and cozy interior, along with large patio. The fully equipped kitchen and clean, modern bathroom with washing maschine added to the convenience. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to beach and small marina. The host Tea was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

• Dbrndi (10/5): Perfect for a long stay, like a second home - We came here for a work and study stay, looking for a private outdoor space to enjoy the Croatian summer while still handling meetings and tasks. The patio was perfect—spacious, with sunbeds and a great setup for both relaxing and working. Hospitality was excellent. We had secure garage parking (two options to choose from), super fast Wi-Fi that worked even outside, and plenty of towels—including ones for sunbathing. We asked for separate blankets and received them. The AC units worked quietly and efficiently. All terrace doors had electric blinds, so we could darken the rooms completely for a good night's sleep—we slept very well. We were also provided with lots of coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent, which made our stay even more comfortable. You can run to the city center in the morning (3-4 km from the apartment), or do workouts right on the patio. 2 shops, many restaurants in the vicinity. This place is ideal for a longer stay—like a second home. Thank you Tea, for everything! A microwave and a toaster would be a nice addition. The living room could feel cozier with a bit more furniture—maybe a few more cabinets or some pictures on the wall. But that’s just our personal feeling, not a deal-breaker at all.
