- Randy (2/5): - They didnt tell me any info about my room. No breakfast, the room stunk of smoke, would not give me any extra pillows, the blanket was paper thin. Restroom was nice but shower windows were dirty. The remote to tv didnt work so they came by and the guy freaked because i closed the door like i was going to assault him. Ill never stay at a Palace Inn.. also they wanted to charge an extra 10 bucks to stay an extra hour. Ac worked well. But the room really did STINK. bed was very cheap like the bedding

- Ravis (8/5): Unique motor inn - For the price, this is a good option. Old motor inn that has been well refurbished. Room was clean, most everything looked and felt newer. I would stay here again.

The staff wanted me to walk back again and again. I feel I walked enough and they should have walked to my room and bought a bought a working remote or came to my room to check the remote control and or tv.

- john (6/5): Great shower, if you like that! - The room was simple, but clean. I was initially sent to a room that was occupied, but that situation was rectified fairly quickly. Also, i couldnt get my TV to work, but someone came by and helped me with that as well. The shower was a nice surprise, having multiple jets. Definitely a bonus. Nearby restaurants were sparse, but i got pizza delivery for dinner. Overall, probably a 3.5 out of 5.

The front service has no idea how to give directions to get there!! No fkg clue. I wouldn’t book here again. The room is extremely nice for the price and the fact it’s a lizard lot. A very fancy shower head comparable to the Westin. 60 in tv. Comfy bed. The location had me pissed but I was shockingly surprised how nice it was even though it a new motel.

- K (10/5): Comfortable room at a good price - I needed a place to stay near IAH after returning from a late flight. The room was spacious, well appointed, and modern, and the bed was quite comfortable in this motel-like property. There's no coffee maker in the room but there's a free coffee machine in the lobby that dispences hot chocolate and cappucino (no regular black or decaf). Breakfast isn't included in the price.

The address they provided in the website will not take you anywhere. I have to take 3 Uber rides from airport to figure out the address. They don’t even have water for sale , no coffee machine and not a real breakfast . It’s so fake advertisement.
