• Carles (5/5): Worst experience ever - Well located but the day manager is not bothered at all for the guests' experience. The property needs some renovations and improvements and be careful when Ramadan because even though they will promise breakfast, you will get nothing and the worst is that every shop around is also closed in the mornings. I was going to stay an extra 3 nights but checked out tired of being lied at.

The TV with an english channels was very very helpful specially when you’re stuck in the country and want to keep an eye on the current news Love that our room has a window overlooking the Roman Theatre and the main street. • Gwendolynn (10/5): BRILLANT tour, average hotel. - I LOVED THE TOUR 10/10, BUT PASHA HOTEL IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. Absolutely loved the tour Louie set up. I only had 2 days, and Louie set up this brilliant tour to Petra for 4 hours, Wadi Rum private jeep tour, beautiful catered camp under the stars in the desert, Dead Sea resort swim, then back to Amman for some cultural experiences. All visited with a private driver. Seriously well crafted. But the hotel… for 1 night was manageable. It is priced fairly considering its condition. As said above ^^^ the hotel is priced accurately given its condition. But a worthwhile stay / stepping stone to be apart of their tour service offered.
• Simone (8/5): - Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Charme. Das Zimmer war groß, komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war riesig, toll! Vom Fenster sahen wir ein Teil des römischen Theaters. Die Lage ist für Downtown zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I got stuck inside the room because the door handle was broken, I called the front no answer, I sent a text no reply. Finally I was able to get out the room. I paid for 3 nights and ended up staying just one. I checked out the next day and no refund was issue. Bad place I wouldn’t recommended.

Il giorno seguente tuttavia nessuno sapeva nulla e non ci è stata data la colazione.

Our room wasn't the deluxe type but adequate for one night stay. The spa swimming pool wasn't open and if you wanted coffee at Breakfast this was an extra charge

Paid for a deluxe room, the receptionist at check in immediately offered a smaller room despite paying for a luxury room, and that was our second stay. The first booking we had to stay in a tiny room despite booking a luxury room but we let it slide, the following day, they wanted us to pay if we wanted to upgrade.
