• Fikile (8/5): The place was neat and clean. The host is very friendly and welcoming. - The cleanliness and neatness of the place. The security is too tight and almost interferes with one’s privacy.

• Budloo (5/5): - I like the cleanliness, all kitchen utensils were available and cozy place. It was very secure compound. Upon arrival at the door step that you get the code to access the appartment upon request.it would be much appreciated if the code was provided beforehand when arriving outside checking hours. Also, we struggled with the WiFi and TV. After being assisted for 30mins on video call by the host that we manage to set up the plugs and electrical setup. The bathroom door came off when opening, hopefully nobody get injured

Gastei em torno de 3.000,00 rands, como era inverno e tudo no apartamento funciona a base de eletricidade ⚡️, consumia-se muito com aquecedores, fogão eléctrico, desumidificador de ar, ar condicionado etc

• Rimsardar (9/5): Superb - The apartment was amazing This apartment is located in a closed pruvate neighbourhood with a very strict security procedures, which is good from the first sight, but in reality, this means that if you order food, it will take ages for them to pass the security, so you might end up not being able to enter/exit the neighbourhood, because of the security.

• Jm (9/5): Superb - Cosy apartment with 2 bedrooms in a secured complex. We enjoyed our stay! It is modern, clean and very close to the mall and tourist attractions. Not enough towels for a stay of 4 days.

The place was very neat and tidy looked newly renovated.We were there during the cold and rainy weekend and we felt warm and cosy, definitely recommend for a little family. There were no actual keys to the place,it was a digital keypad, which I had issues with during my stay,I had to contact the host.

• Annelie (5/5): Pleasant, but not the type of comfort level you would expect for the price. - I liked the size and that it was ground floor with a little patch of grass. No Weber for braaiing. Saw other people braaiing on their patios. Huge ant & cockroach problem in kitchen. Only 2 dining chairs at table (we were 3). Its standard that a 4 sleeper will have enough seating for 4, but not in this Unit. Also when you have a bath, please make sure that a person would actually be able to take a bath - water ran luke warm at about footdeep water. I had to use handheld shower in the bath - unacceptable.

The host issued me 2 parking bays. I had my tyre clamped for parking slightly over the line in to my olsecind parking bay, not obstructing anyone as both parking bays were mine

My friend is not from there, so this felt a little uncalled for. Other than that it was a great experience

Holiday makers come to relax and have fun not to be bound by strict rules of the body corporate. Disclaimers could be added to the marketing material.

• Jason (6/5): Nice appearance and good location but not user-friendly - The furniture was modern and there was a smart tv with wifi in the lounge. The kitchen had a gas stove which could be used during loadshedding. It was ground floor flat with a small garden. The bedding was fresh and there were basic condiments, tea and coffee and cleaning products in the kitchen. The venue was quiet and we had a good night's rest. The security access each time we entered was time consuming and irritating (we entered the complex 2 to 3 times per day) - each time they wanted the QR code to scan, a drivers license, a cellphone number, we had to confirm how long we were staying, the apartment number - it was the single most disappointing aspect of using this accommodation venue. Secondly, the small garden is not private and the security guards walked through it to do their patrols and shining their torches into the rooms at odd hours during the night. The security guards also stood and photographed our clothing on the patio with their cellphones while we were packing our luggage bags for the departure - a simple conversation from their side could have resolved the matter quickly. Someone should take the time to clean the dust under the beds - it's in start contrast to the modern appearance of the apartment. A dish rack, grater and cork screw opener in the kitchen are basic utensils which were not present during our visit.
