• Virginia (10/5): Cerca del centro y apartamento precioso - El apartamento es increíblemente particular, la decoración está escogida al detalle. Me pareció precioso! La fotos hacen honor a la realidad, precioso y limpio. Consta de un salón-comedor con cocina, con muebles en tono oscuro preciosos y la cocina como nueva, con todo lo necesario como nevera, congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, cocina, microondas, cafetera italiana,con productos como detergente, suavizante, lavavajillas, gel, champú, sal, aceite, etc…las dos habitaciones grandes, sobre todo l de matrimonio que tiene una pequeña terraza, pero no la tienen preparada, ni limpia para usarse(en abril no fue un problema), camas cómodas, y el baño totalmente nuevo con ducha. Todo ideal en cuanto a su ubicación, el centro de Split está cerca y como no se puede aparcar allí, es de las zonas más cercanas al centro, paseando son entre 10 y 15 minutos, si llevas coche, es una zona regular de aparcar, es zona residencial, aparcar no es difícil, aunque también cuestión de suerte. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre buena, fluida y rápida. Mi familia y yo hemos credo bonitos recuerdos en Croacia, incluido Split y este precioso apartamento.
• ISADORA (7/5): - Beautiful and comfortable apartment! Well equipped and good location. Very clean too. Bruno was attentive giving instructions and left the key on time. The water runs cold very soon, we were four people staying there but for the time the second person was going to shower the water was freezing cold, and it stayed like that the next day too.

• Marcos (7/5): Falta de empatía - Las camas eran muy cómodas y el salón también Poca flexibilidad y empatía con el horario de check-in. El apartamento no estaba limpio. Había mucho polvo en el suelo. Menaje deteriorado. El techo del baño necesita una reforma. El último día no tuvimos agua caliente para la ducha.
• Alem (10/5): Great accomodation - Accommodation was located within a 10-minute walk from Riva, which was really convenient since we didn’t use a car to explore the city. Parking was relatively easy to find, as there were plenty of parking spaces at the accommodation’s location. The apartment was exceptional. There were two comfortable double beds located in separate rooms. The bathroom is modern and clean, while the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, etc.). Although we didn’t meet the host in person, all communication was hassle-free, and the host was quick to respond to our questions.

• Alla (10/5): можна сміливо рекомендувати цю квартиру для відпочинку - Затишна квартира, розташована в центрі за стіною старого міста, що звичайно є перевагою. Пішки легко можна пройти і на набережну, і в порт. Є дві окремі спальні та кухня-вітальня. У квартирі чисто та тепло, бо ми були у лютому. Зручні матраци та подушки. Чиста білизна. Відчувається, що господар робив усе з коханням. На кухні були сіль, цукор, трохи кави і чаю і абсолютно все що потрібно, аж до плівки та фольги. Ми провели тут чудовий тиждень

• Alicia (4/5): Regular - El alojamiento estaba céntrico y tenía 2 habitaciones y un baño. La cocina y el baño estaban reformados. Se notaba que la reforma del piso no estaba terminada. El techo del baño tenía humedad. Vimos suciedad y polvo en las estancias y la ropa de cama fue insuficiente ya que las sábanas eran más pequeñas que las camas. En los cuartos entraba mucha luz y en una ventana no había ni tan si quiera cortina. Taparon la ventana con un cuadro.

• Wong (3/5): Poor - Location is central. Price was attractive. Bathroom ceiling light was peeling off - risk of overhead impact. Walkways were too narrow. Flat was difficult to navigate to and unit label was not clear. PIN provided to unlock key box was incorrect.

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price. renovation work in the hallway caused a lot of dust to come into the apartment, and the rooms were very dusty as a result. Also, the roof leaked during rain, and some of my personal items got wet. Despite these problems, the apartment had potential and the price was reasonable.

• Aidan (7/5): Good apartment 10-min walk to old city - Perfectly sized for our 3-person group, one of which played the piano, so we had good music throughout. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. No code was provided at check in time for lock box so we had to find WiFi to call host when he didn’t respond via Booking.com. Towels were rough, as folks noted, and WiFi is only accessible in living room and larger bedroom (other side of apt with bedroom and bathroom have no access)

• Gavin (7/5): Overall excellent apartment in a great location - Good location and clean property Check in advertised as 1pm then changed to 2:30pm after we booked, very minor issue but we only booked because we could check in at 1pm
• Matías (2/5): Super disappointing and dirty accommodation. - The description of the accommodation said that there were two bathrooms and that was not true, one of the bathrooms did not have a working shower and the other one had no toilet and the sink did not work either. The bathroom floor was flooding when we took a bath. In one of the rooms there were bed bugs so we could not sleep there since they are a plague and we were afraid that they would stay on our clothes. We ended up sleeping on the couch two people super uncomfortable. When we asked for a refund they only gave us 60% when it should have been 100% since all the description of the accommodation was not correct and we could not even use the bed to sleep. Super disappointing accommodation and zero compensation.

• Niraj (10/5): Great place to stay in Split. - Everything was just plain awesome. Very clean. Close to the old town and multiple restaurants. Host was very responsive. Almost within few minutes. I would recommend this property for families. Neighborhood felt very safe. There was nothing that we did not like. If I have to pick one - may be parking is not easy but we had car only for few hours before we left the property. But there are paid parkings near by. So that should not be a negative.
• Neelofar (6/5): Convenient location - Lovely and well decorated apartment, with a lot of heart and soul put into the decorations. Close to Split old town - around 7-9 minute walk. Parking was difficult to find near the property. The WiFi was not very reliable either. Both bathrooms had some issues which we were informed of on the day. I also had some issues with the cleanliness of the bed in the bigger bedroom, which I have informed the owner about, and am informed that it is being sorted.
