• Victoria (10/5): You MUST stay here - if you are looking at this property and it is available BOOK IT. - The staff were amazing, the breakfast was divine with the morrocan pancakes, fruit and yoghurt and coffee. They gave us a phone to communicate on WhatsApp when we arrived, and also you could use it for maps etc as had data this was great whilst out and about. I would recommend booking the transfer with them for 30euro - yes you can get it cheaper but having the smooth pick up and walk to the location was worth every penny. The rooftop is gorgeous and serene, and the food delivered from a nearby restaurant was fantastic. I left my credit card when we checked out in the room and they whatsapp'd me. to let me know - we were already at the airport but it meant I could cancel it and order a new one - just shows what wonderful people they are. There was nothing I didn't like at this property.

This is not a hotel, you truly feel like you are in a Moroccan home. What makes this place so special: 1. The Team: Sara, Hamza, and Muhammed were absolutely incredible. And honestly, all the other guys on the team were so kind, helpful, and friendly – it was outstanding. *SARA IS THE BEST!!* A huge THANK YOU to everyone. You could tell the service was from the heart, they were reading our wishes right from our lips. 2. Cleanliness & Housekeeping: It was exceptionally clean, absolutely spotless. Our beds weren’t just made once a day, but multiple times. That level of attention to detail is extremely rare. 3. The Service: We were taken care of from the very first moment. We were picked up so we didn’t have to carry our luggage through the Medina. All transfers were perfectly organized, as well as our hot air balloon tour. • Chris (10/5): Pure House was the perfect base for our first visit to Marrakech. - The staff - especially Sara, Ahmed and Abdul - were amazingly friendly, attentive and helpful. Riad and room were both spotless. Breakfast set you up for the day, delicious and authentic. Until we arrived we didn’t realise how central the location was for all the main sites and the “buzz” of Marrakech and wish there had been more time to enjoy the rooftop pool and view over the city and mountains. Gets booked up quickly!

They provided a mobile phone with Internet access to use when out and about along with emergency contacts if needed. The location was superb being 5 min walk in that from the main square but still managed to offer privacy and quite space to relax. From the first day to the last the staff were amazing, there was no request too small and they went the extra mile to make sure every need was catered for. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. It was an incredibly calm and relaxing vibe in the riad and felt a lovely place to come back to. Interiors and aesthetics were also amazing. The food as well (especially the breakfast) were delicious and was the perfect start to the day sat on the rooftop in the sun. Beautiful rooms and rooftop terrace and areas to rest and unwind. But most of all, the staff are Incredible! They could not have been more helpful, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, serving a delicious daily breakfast. Every part of the service is elegantly presented and we appreciated that. • Johanna (7/5): A nice stay - Clean, great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Modern, chic, warm vibe. They also provide phones with access to the internet throughout your stay, which you can use for wifi, external hot-spotting, phone calls etc. - very handy. The breakfast is great - but they serve exactly the same thing every day - so if you are there for five nights it really gets old. The main doors to the bedrooms are glass so you have to pull the privacy curtain whenever you're inside. They also play music throughout the hotel until about 10:30pm - not ideal if you want an early night. Very small pool - don't expect to go swimming. This is a lovely hotel, but there is still work needed to make this worth the price point they are charging.

• Sheila (10/5): Luxury Calm within a Busy Medina - All of the glowing reviews about Pure House Riad were exactly as described. The riad is located within the Medina which can be very busy, dusty and overwhelming. But once you step foot inside, it’s like a peaceful oasis of calm. This hotel is quiet (with soft jazzy music) and that is what we were looking for to balance the chaotic Medina. It is beautiful! Very tastefully minimalist decor with open air and lush vegetation. We booked a room (the letter “I” room) on the third floor which was absolutely spotless! There are lots of stairs for those with mobility issues. But, worth the exercise. Note: My husband fell in the shallow pool the day we arrived (he has impaired vision) and the night audit, Abdul, jumped in to help him out. He even went back in to retrieve his glasses from the bottom of the pool. Ghizlaine and Naima brought towels and laundered his clothes on the same day! Where else would you find such service? It is an understatement to say that the staff went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The breakfast and food was like a luxury restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was spacious with hot water and good pressure, plenty of towels and robes, hairdryer and a large mirror. There is a small pool in the terrace and from there you have a great view of the Atlas Mountains. The manager, Grace, is very attentive and helpful not just within the hotel, but also arranging transportation. We would highly recommend this riad to enjoy some relaxation while staying within the very busy Medina. ❤️ Tip: The hotel can arrange a porter to help with luggage on arrival and departure as the taxis cannot enter the Medina. For those with mobility issues, tuk-tuks are available within the Medina. Stairs may be tricky for the elderly or those with mobility issues.

Everywhere was immaculately clean, the beds were big and comfy, and there was plenty of space on the roof top to relax after a day exploring the city! We were also given a mobile on arrival so that we could speak to the management team whenever we needed, and also to help us get around the city with signal and to be able to hotspot to our personal mobiles - this was a great, unexpected perk. Location wise, it was the perfect spot, with just a 2 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa. Breakfast was delicious, we will miss this the most! We thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan mint tea too! I would revisit Pure House in a heartbeat and recommend it to all my friends and family! Nothing

• Reto (10/5): Es war ein Traum aus 1001 Nacht! Kommen gerne wieder! - Das wunderbare Ambiente der Unterkunft hat uns begeistert. Das Interiordesign war fantastisch und die GM Sara war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat für uns vieles organisiert, wie zum Beispiel Tischreservationen in köstlichen Restaurants, Hammambesuche und Taxidienste. Es war ihr nichts zu viel, stets hat sie unsere Wünsche erfüllt und dies immer mit dem Gefühl, dass es für sie selbstverständlich ist. Soooo schön! Da der Zugang zum Riad sehr schmutzig und zurzeit direkt neben einer Baustelle ist, haben wir die Unterkunft zuerst nicht gefunden.

Geschätzt haben wir die Ruhe im Riad und die eher puristische und gepflegte Einrichtung. In dennSouks ist es lebendig und überfüllt genug. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Am ersten Tag mussten wir zu lange auf das Frühstück warten.

Sara the manager was excellent and booked us a hammam at late notice. Khdija in the spa was amazing and made my husband and I feel very relaxed at our first hammam. Massage was top class too. We stayed in the suite which was a lovely room. Lush white towels, linen bedlinen, easy chairs and fab bathroom. Bottled water in the room. Rooftop was lovely, pink flowers, cream stoneware, plunge pool, sunbeds. We ordered a couple of glasses of nice wine there too which hard to come by in Marrakesh! I can't remember the man's name who served us breakfast but he was very friendly and remembered our orders on the second day! Breakfast was just right for us - yoghurt,fruit, cappuccino, choice of eggs, pastries, pancakes. And can be eaten on the rooftop or by the decorative pool on the ground floor. We stayed in 3 other riads in the medina over our stay and this was the best! If I ever return to Marrakesh I shall be staying here.... Nothing

The place was so quiet and they allowed us to stay and use the facilities early on the day we arrived and late on the day we left. It felt like we had the place completely to ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble, and staff went out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfast, beautifully presented. Great to retreat to such a tranquil, cool space which was very well located. Would recommend using the transfer service from the airport, especially if arriving at the riad late at night. Nothing!
• Lloyd (10/5): A fabulous stay at both Pure Hotels, special thanks to Mo who was so helpful and thoughtful. - We had a fabulous stay at the Pure House in Marrakech and also spent a night at their brand new “Pure Lake House”, which is located 45 minutes outside Marrakech in the desert, adjacent to a lake and with the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop. The location and design of both Hotels follow the same principles and are calming and tranquil, with a beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Nothing.

Excellent roof top terrace. Really good breakfast. Alcohol served (not at breakfast!) We really recommend it. Little to criticise. There are many Riads in Marrakesh, this is at the top end.

The staff are exceptional. The rooms are very clean and maintained regularly. The breakfast is generous and delicious and the location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk through tiny alley’s to the main square. It’s quiet and hidden away but so close to all the action. • Katie (10/5): Phenomenal Hotel and Staff - The staff were absolutely unbelievable here. So attentive, they gave us so much information about all the things to see, the best restaurants and rooftop bars to go to and where to get the best exchange rate! They walked us in the early hours to our transfer to our day excursion so we didn't have to walk alone! One of the best hotel services I have ever experienced! The only issue was that there was building works going on next to the hotel which could be slightly noisy at times, but that is no fault of the hotel! It was incredible

When we arrived, the manager gave us a tour of the hotel and talked to us about Marrakesh. We were then given a phone by her, that had all the important staffs numbers and a list of restaurants and activities that they recommend. It also had a sim in it so you did not have to get your own ( it was enough to help you get around). They looked after everything! I could not recommend this place enough. The night staff were so Pleasant and they completely respected your privacy. Honestly there’s nothing bad to say. When walking to the the riad it may seem a bit intimidating but it was absolutely fine. It’s in a great location and is close to everything. The staff are always happy to walk you from the riad to where you want to you at any time.
• Barbara (10/5): We loved our stay at Pure House Marrakech. The facilities are fabulous and the staff are so helpful. - The facilities at the property are wonderful. Pool & roof top bar offer a great respite in the afternoon. Rooms are a great size and staff are so helpful. Breakfast at the property is a dream. Freshly prepared, tasty, lots of options and served by such friendly staff. Even when we had to leave a little early one morning, they arranged for breakfast to still be served. The choice of eating downstairs by the pool or upstairs on the top deck is nice too. Being given a local phone to use for the duration of our trip was such a bonus - as we relied on the Map all the time and could contact the hotel staff if we needed help with anything. Actually loved everything! When arriving at the end of the street, there is an empty block where a house has been demolished, but you knock on the door and it is like a little oasis inside ... and so quiet!
• Camille (10/5): Incredible location, amazing rooftop and welcoming staff. - Pure house was a stunning riad in the heart of the medina. The rooms were so chic and the roof top pool was perfect for cooling off! The food was delicious and the staff so friendly and wonderful. Nothing!!
• Rumana (10/5): Wonderful magical place - A beautiful hidden oasis of calm in the middle of marrakech. Stylish; simple; elegant; beautifully designed. The staff are warm and genuine; they go out of their way to help without intruding.
• Dionysia (10/5): Exceptional stay! - The staff were exceptional- I don’t think I’ve stayed at any accommodation where they’ve treated us with such respect and care. It’s in a very central location if you’re looking to stay in the Medina but it’s still quiet as it’s down a lane. We did not feel worried anytime walking to and from the hotel and if we did, the staff would assist us. Providing us a phone that had data was a great touch and was super useful for getting around. The rooms were a great size, very comfortable and the breakfast made us feel like royalty. I would definitely recommend staying here. Outside of the Riad there are renovations taking place so the look of it isn’t the best but that doesn’t take away from the beauty of Pure House.

• Alice (10/5): Perfect stay!! - My second time visiting and I love this place even more! Perfect location in the medina, the staff are 10/10! So helpful, they will come and pick you up if you’re lost, can’t do enough for you! Property is beautiful and the rooftop pool is so relaxing Nothing! Maybe a full length mirror in the rooms
• Sarina (8/5): The staff made the stay enjoyable and comfortable - Thw breakfast was amazing, the homemade granola was of high quality 10/10. The location was near to the square. The walk to the Riad through the back alleys is a little scarry the first time. The Riad is a little over priced and extra charges such as bottled water/iced lattes should be included considering how expensive it already is.
• Diego (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and nicely decorated interior. Staff helpful with luggages through Medina where taxis cannot access. Breakfast was copious and tasty Loud music being played in the evenings, had to ask staff twice to turn it down. Excagerated pricing for laundry, charging more per item than it costs in London. Feels more like a scam rather than a guest service. Staff talking loudly in the evenings, and noise heard up to rooms. Pool downstairs in the cool and shadow cannot be used. And pool upstairs doesn't have any shade.
