• Wicky (9/5): - Een erg leuke kamer in het centrum. Wanneer je de GR 5 loopt is dit een prima verblijf. Goed bed, lekkere versnaperingen en goede koffie in de kamer. Je krijgt op tijd een bericht over de sleutelcode. Dankjewel Maxime. Voor ons was het geen probleem maar douchen doe je in het bad

• Monica (8/5): Fijne kamer in hartje Spa - Fijne kamer op een fantastische plek in hartje Spa. Ruime tuin beneden waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Gratis parkeren vlakbij. De kamer heeft een fijne eigen badkamer met bad, maar de toilet is gedeeld en op de gang. Was ons bekend dus geen probleem.

• Florent (9/5): Superbe petit appartement - Appartement petit mais très propre, accueillant, confortable, bien décoré et très bien équipé (avec quelques ustensiles de cuisine, et pléthore de café, thés, friandises...) Communication sympa et efficace avec l'hôte Très bonne situation géographique, en plein centre de Spa Petit jardin où il doit être très sympa de se poser à la belle saison Le tout à un tarif très raisonnable Comme dit dans d'autres commentaires, le seul petit défaut de ce logement sont les toilettes privatives mais sur le palier (et vraiment petites)

• Alexander (10/5): Good room for a short stay - Small, but good, room. There was some rosé and sweets upon arrival, very thoughtful. Toilet is in the hallway, not a problem, but worth mentioning if someone expects it to be in the room.

• Fernand (8/5): Prima verblijf voor een nacht in het centrum van het mooie Spa. Ideale stop tijdens passage GR5. - Prima kamer. Centraal gelegen. Nihil, was in orde.
• Keizer (9/5): Mooie aangeklede kamer met een goed bed en aardige gastheer - De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en we konden zelfs wat later aankomen. Goede communicatie. En wij vonden dat de gastheer er alles aan doet om het gezellig te maken. En het belangrijkste het bed. Was zeer goed Voor na het toilet moesten we de kamer uit. Niet dat dat tegenviel of vervelend was maar wel een dingetje
• Patricia (9/5): Top! - Il y avait une petite machine à café opérationnel et des capsules et du café soluble, tout de quoi atterrir. vraiment sympa! Tout été bien rangé, Propre... même si la rue est avec un parking avec disque, il y a moyen de se garer dans les parkings gratuits qui sont pas loin. donc rien à dire.. La toilette est à l'extérieur de la chambre et un peu petite. Pour les grandes personnes ce n'est pas vraiment l'idéale. Toutefois cela reste propre.

• Richard (8/5): Chouette chambre au centre de Spa pour un court séjour - Chouette chambre dans une habitation privée. J'ai bien aimé le côté "dans son jus" du bâtiment mais bien décoré. On en n'a pas vraiment profité car nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais la chambre était bien équipée pour rester quelques jours, avec petit frigo, machine à café et vaisselle. Il y a aussi un joli petit jardin pour se relaxer ou prendre son repas à l'air. La situation est top, au centre de Spa. Une bonne adresse pour un petit séjour à Spa. Dommage que la toilette soit hors de la chambre et fort exiguë, mais je pense qu'elle n'est pas utilisée par d'autres occupants.

• Jutta (8/5): gute Unterkunft für Übernachtung auf Fahrradreise - eine gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht während unserer Fahrradrundreise; kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer mit Möglichkeit, Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, zentrale aber ruhige Lage zum Garten hin, sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit der Fahrräder im Garten (nicht überdacht) Das WC ist außerhalb des Zimmers und ein sehr beengter Raum, sicher nicht für alle Reisenden geeignet. Offenbart ist auf der Etage auch noch eine Wohnung, sodass man sich beim Benutzen des WC etwas in der Privatsphäre eingeengt fühlen kann.

• Samuel (10/5): Great room in the center of Spa - The price, location and comfort were excellent. It is a small room in the middle of Spa and if you go in knowing that, you will enjoy it. Great touches were there to make me feel welcomed and the host had excellent communication..i will be staying there again! Be warned about the steps and tight toilet area

• Peter (8/5): Pretty , but potentially hazardous! - The room was quite small but had everything promised and lots of attractive little touches. I used the coffee maker for both coffee and as a water heater for fruit tea (both provided). There was also a fridge and crockery and cutlery for two people to eat (though not prepare) simple meals (salads or takeaways, for example). The property is about 15 mins walk form either of the stations, but the easier (and better lit walk) is from Spa station itself (not Spa- Geronstere). There was a reasonable choice of eateries within 5-10 mins walk. (Though eating out in Belgium seems expensive to this Brit.) There is no lift and the stairs are steep. At the top they are potentially dangerous as the last couple of steps protrude into the little landing and have no rail on one side. Furthermore the lighting up there is poor. You have to negotiate this hazardous landing to reach the toilet - not at all great if you are half asleep. Finding the front door was not easy. It would be helpful if the property description gave the names of the two shops between which the door is squeezed.
