• Roland (5/5): Het strand is van grote keien en levensgevaarlijk - Niets De blaffende honden van het hotel die s nachts aanslaan .het ontbijt waren 1 omelet en 3 gekookte eieren en 2 bakjes watermeloen. En toen we na een half uurtje vroegen om wat toast ging ze 2 boterhammen in de pan gooien en naar de supermarkt voor nog een halfje brood voor de volgende 2 boterhammetjes 🥳

• Adrian (8/5): Eine gute Unterkunft Abseits vom Trubel die wir gerne wieder buchen würden! - Ruhig, sauber, direkt neben dem Wasser Palast. Sehr nettes Personal, zwei sehr süße Hunde. Leckeres Omelette zum Frühstück. Wir durften die Waschmaschine kostenlos benutzen.
• Stefano (8/5): - Posto appropriato per starci una notte. La vista è sulla spiaggia, ma in realtà si vede poco di essa in quanto vi è una zona cuscinetto in mezzo. D'altro canto la struttura è ben fornita e abbiamo avuto modo di noleggiare anche uno scooter direttamente sul posto, comodità questa non da poco visto che risulta indispensabile per visitare l'isolato.

Despite some challenges during our stay, the receptionist went above and beyo - The accommodation has a great location and very kind and helpful staff❤️ Possible to rent scooter 🛵 When we tried to leave, the local Grab drivers refused to take us unless we paid outside the app with almost double the price, saying that no one else would accept our booking. After several unsuccessful attempts, we finally managed to get a driver thanks to the kind help of the receptionist Ira. Thank you for your support ❤️

• Ailsa (5/5): Never again.... - The bedding was clean. The balcony area was nice to relax out on in an evening as there was nowhere to sit in our room. After reading previous reviews, we were pretty disappointed. This room was advertised as a deluxe room with a sea view, if that was deluxe I wouldn't like to see basic. Oh, you can see the sea, if you can dare to try opening the curtains which are held up by a thin strip of wire and look beyond the building site and trees).The toilet seat was all scratched (looked horrible), and the tap on the sink was broken. The shower was over bath and had to be removed to shower yourself down. Reception was unable to get us transport, (other than an offer of on the back of her friends bike), to go for our evening meal, so we walked in the searing heat. I'm so glad we only booked one night!

Close to the water palace but not much else. We were lucky enough to see a local ceremony on the beach which was lovely..
• Likamakala (8/5): Lo staff fa la differenza - Il punto forte di questo posto è sicuramente lo staff, molto gentile e accogliente. In particolare la ragazza alla reception, Ira, è stata disponibilissima, simpatica e soprattutto molto paziente: mi ha aiutata con grande cortesia anche quando ho fatto un po’ di confusione nel voler cambiare stanza. Per quanto riguarda la nostra sistemazione (Camera Deluxe), era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Anche il bagno era molto grande ed essenziale. Acqua calda con buona pressione nella doccia. Ho avuto modo di vedere anche la Suite: ha una bella terrazza (non coperta, quindi esposta al sole), ma la camera è piuttosto piccola rispetto alla Deluxe, mentre il bagno è enorme. C’è vista mare, ma i vetri erano talmente sporchi che si preferiva chiudere la finestra piuttosto che guardare fuori. Alla fine, ho scelto la Camera Deluxe, molto più ampia e confortevole. Tra gli aspetti negativi, una cosa che non riesco a capire è perché non sostituiscano la ciambella del water: era rovinata e dava l’impressione di sporco. È un dettaglio che si potrebbe sistemare con estrema facilità e che cambierebbe radicalmente la percezione dell’alloggio. Sarebbe anche utile dare una verniciata di bianco per coprire alcune macchie sui muri: piccoli dettagli che farebbero la differenza.

• Matias (8/5): - It was a good place for a one-night stay. The room was spacious for four people and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and also quite large. Breakfast was acceptable — nothing fancy, but fine. There isn’t much to do in the area, and I was just passing through, but if you happen to be nearby, I’d definitely recommend it.

• Yasemin (8/5): ideal for intermediate stop - Hotel is in the nature middle of sea and river. It was really clean and staff was very helpful and like part of family. Breakfast was enough with options. Motorbike rental possible. Close to Royal palace. Wrong room given us, this room was directly close to reception and in front of tv, because of that it was noisy.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is amazing! Close to a lot of tourists places! For me was most important to stay in very clean and safe place. The Seva hotel is the best choice! Also all personal there very friendly and the owner recommended for me a good places to visit and amazing recommendations for food is well! I highly recommend everyone! I visited this year 8 countries and I was so happy with my wonderful experience on the east coast in Bali!
