• Victor (10/5): - It was clean, the position is perfect, the Fontana spa is 3 minuts away, restaurants, shops are wery close to it. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delightful. We will defenetly go back in the future.
• Mariela (6/5): Vă recomand acesta pensiune numai dacă vreți să stați în centru - O pensiune în centru, curată și funcțională. A fost foarte frig, încălzirea făcându-se cu un fel de aeroterma; în cameră s-a mai încălzit, însă în baie era ca afară (5 grade). Check-in la ora 16. Pentru check-in a trebuit să merg până la hotelul Melik (cca 400 m).

• Enikő Tekla (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, benn is kellemes, szép, kényelmes a berendezés, szép a kilátás. Szerintem egy tea vagy kávéra való beleférhetne kedvességből.

• Florin (3/5): - Este în centrul stațiunii Borsec Ceck-inul se face la Hotel Malik care este în alta parte, personalul este necooperant si foarte agresiv.In descrierea locației pe site-ul proprietății scrie ca exista loc de relaxare dar în realitate este o camera la subsol nearanjata ca în poze si cu miros de mucegai.Mentionez ca doar dupa intervenții ni s-a dat cheia de la spațiul de relaxare.Iesirea din camera se face direct afara , accesul în camera se face cu un cod pe care-l primești la recepție pe o foaie de hârtie.Chiar daca a nins 4 zile nu a venit nimeni sa curețe macar căile de acces.Acesta recenzie se refera la o cazare pentru care am plătit 425 ron pe noapte.Nu recomand.

• Adrian (2/5): horror service- incompetent overpriced place - Villa has no reception that is by phone to an undisclosed location-The receptionist did not answered the ph for 15 min forcing us to wait outside with the luggage-when she she answered said we have no reservation-even I give her the Booking .com confirmation #_she said " I have no access to Melik email? even she work for them (co that manage our villa Lazar)and I am alone here -wait to call my boss"? after another 15 min she told us we have reservation but must pay again cash? we refused since we already paid CC in full 1050 lei for 3 days--she accepted to give us the code for a room with no number she said is #7- She did not even know how to enter the door code with letter C before number? train receptionists -give them access to boking .com payment info-remove 3 star for this location that is only 2 stars--and remove abusing hotel com Melik from booking .com for misleading -lying and incompetence I will dispute with my Credit card my full 3 day charge for 3 star hotel and was offered only 2 star accommodations-old outdated used furniture, no lights , no internet -no refrigerator-only one pillow and thick heavy winter bed covers in the middle if august with record hot temperatures, no internet and safety concern-with moving us unexpectable to different rooms -on broken window at first level room (safety concerns)-Rude conversations and repeated attempts to extort us cash payment for second time( before checking in and at checking out)-Melik is so cheap that even diluted out bathroom soap dispenser with 50 % water -offered no toiletry -Check in was not available before 4pm but check out was imposed by 10 am--that is 6 hour we paid the room for but not allowed to use it-At check in no identification was asked? Similar reviews will be posted about our experience on BBB for others to avoid booking with Melik horror locations
