• Wolteche (5/5): Logement bien situé mais pas très propre - Très bien situé et spacieux Douche inutilisable car pas d’eau chaude dutout dans le logement nous avons été prévenu très tard par le propriétaire et le logement n’était pas très propre
• Leidy Natalia (3/5): Draps sales, photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité. - Ce n'est pas conforme à la réalité, les photos sont une chose, la réalité en est une autre, des draps non lavés, je dois dormir avec des draps avec l'odeur de la sueur d'autrui, dégoûtant, l'autre chose est une bonne récupération des clés et une communication facile.

• Jacob (7/5): Really good location easy to find maybe wouldn’t stay there for longer then a couple nights - It was a great stay for one night to go to the airport as it was close to the airport bus which is only 20 mins. The apartment was also very big and spacious comments are true and it doesn’t quite feel fully finished or decorated
• Jennifer (5/5): Not fancy but has the basics - The location is good, close to shopping, restaurants and the train station It is maybe more the fault of having reserved through booking.com but I didn’t receive messages from the host, so I didn’t get important information about the lock box. Luckily the host answered his phone late at night and explained how to get in. The booking.com website is not good for communicating. I never could find a wifi code and there was no hot water. Other than that it was pretty quiet and had plenty of space.

• JEAN-FRANCOIS (2/5): Décevant - Appartement spacieux L'état de saleté dès l'entrée de l'immeuble annonçait la suite: Sols et salle de bain sales, linge oublié dans le lave linge, pas de cafetière, four HS, matelas à remplacer, fil dénudé dans l'entrée, pas de rideau occultant et le comble, plaquette de pilules contraceptives oubliée sur le micro ondes!!!!

• Guglielmo (1/5): - Non sono riuscito ad entrare nel locale prenotato!!!! Non c’era nessuno, al telefono rispondeva la segreteria , insomma alla fini sono andato in un albergo. Ho deciso di fare una denuncia alla polizia per avere i soldi pagati, e perché questi fatti non devono accadere : Booking com è un disastro e voglio i soldi pagati in anticipo.

• Charlotte (6/5): Bien situé, Ok pour une nuit vite fait mais sans plus - La localisation, le calme, le prix et la taille du bien, chambre et salle de bain plutôt jolie. Ok pour une nuit professionnelle, juste pour y dormir. Bcp de choses pas finies, ou vite fait mal fait, pas de rideau au fenêtre juste un petit voile. Juste deux mini essuies de mains pour la douche. Pas de sèche cheveux alors qu’il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire (même une machine à laver). On y venait juste pour dormir une nuit dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel, ça convient mais pour plus, ça manque un peu de qualité.

• Anne line (1/5): Très déçu - Le seul truc qui était bien c'est l'emplacement Attendu jusqu'à 19h pour avoir les clés . Aucune finition faite dans l'appartement fil qui dépasse du plafond de 40 cm , prise qui se retire du mur . Four qui ne fonctionne pas . Pas de plaque dans le micro-ondes . Plaque vitrocéramique dans un état . La haute très sale . Appartement non-fumeur mais quand on arrive dans la chambre là housse de couette est brûlé . ,...... Plus de 10 photos des points négatifs.

• Mr. Mikheil (6/5): 1 night - Location No mirror in a toilet, only one small tower per person. Some random clothes in a washing machine and also in a wardrobe. Such a potential but apartment is not taken care of and not ready for hosting. Maybe ok for 1 night

• Seraphine (5/5): I didn't like the view. The room is facing other apprtments. The water for the shower was too hot - Was ok. The kitchen was clean and the equipment was enough The bed sheets were not changed but the problem was resolved when I contacted the management

• Anna (7/5): Gdyby właściciel dopracował kilka szczegółów byłoby całkiem wygodnie. - Przestrzeń, wygodna sofa w salonie, niezawodny prysznic. Trochę męczące dojście na poddasze, brak dostępności do prania w pralce mimo oferty, nie działający piekarnik, drobne usterki jak ruchomy kran w łazience, fetor z odpływu umywalki, nie domykające się okno w sypialni, hałas uliczny w nocy (uporczywe trąbienie samochodów w weekend). Łóżko jest mocno zużyte, zalecałabym wymianę na nowe, bo to skrzypi i materac się zapada.

• Alison (3/5): “Fully equipped” apartment where nothing works or you can’t use it - Location and good wifi Washing machine did not work and when asked the owner they said it wasn’t available for overnight stays, only those staying a week or longer. That would be useful to know in the profile as was one of the reasons I booked this “illy equipped” apartment. Oven did not work so we could not make the dinner we’d bought and after trying to download manual, we asked the owner who said they’d had a technician out but it does not work and to use the microwave instead. Again, a note on the oven would have been useful to save us time trying to get it to work. The bedroom smells of smoke that got worse during the night. It is as if it comes in from a neighbour somehow. My husband went and slept in the living room because it was so bad. Poorly maintained - electrical wires hanging out of the roof, tap in bathroom loose.
• Steven (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Access instructions for apartment No information in the apartment regarding how to connect to WiFi. Door lock flimsy when trying to lock and unlock. I thought it was going to break.
• Skricka (7/5): It was okey, but would not stay again. - It was good location and spacious place. It was difficult to enter, there were no people to answer questions, the person who answered did not speak English and when I entered it smelled of cigarettes smoke.

• Andreea (8/5): ok - it has great potential to become a very nice loft apartment. things were unfinished, exposed electrical wires, screws missing from the furniture and main door, there was a new tv but it wasn't connected to anything, the wifi password provided was outdated, there was a new router in the apartment, it has 2 half bathrooms - one has the wc and a sink and the other a shower and sink.

• Marina (8/5): Nice apartment in the centre of Charleroi - The apartment has all the facilities you need for a short stay or even a longer stay, it’s quite modern and located in the city centre. The instructions to get the keys were clear. It’s clean overall. Nevertheless, the building is very old and even the door of the apartment is so old -and even a little bit broken- it’s hard to open it.

• Almeda (8/5): Very good - Apartment is in good location, not far from train station. There is a note to leave the kitchen clean, but utensils in the drawer are dirty, kitchen towel as well. Some wet used dishcloth left near the sink.. When I came in, the windows were left opened so apartment was really cold and it took time for it to heat in evening... Also it was very noisy during at night because someone was constantly outside on the staircase talking...

• Sonja (6/5): A good apartment for a reasonable price! - The trashbin in the bathroom was not empty and we needed to search for toilet paper. The towel in the bathroom was dirty. We appreciated that the host gave us new towels, although he came very late in the night (23 h).
