• Andrea (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ottimo alloggio, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile Purtroppo la sera c'è stato molto baccano in piazza fino alle 3.00 di notte sotto l'appartamento, penso solo per una manifestazione di auto d'epoca.

• priori (8/5): Se avro' l'occasione di tornare a San Miniato, sicuramente alloggeremo nuovamente al Ginepro. - La posizione è ottima, all'ultimo piano nella piazzetta al centro di San Miniato, dalle finestre c 'era una vista bellissima, eravamo al centro eppure c 'era tranquillità. Qualcosa di più per la colazione non avrebbe guastato, c'era un'ottima marmellata ma neppure una fetta biscottata.

• Denise Nali (9/5): - L'appartamento è in una posizione centrale del paese e molto comodo a tutto, pulizia eccezionali e davvero bello Le scale per arrivare in appartamento, se si ha dei bambini piccoli è un po' difficile da arrivarci, ma con calma si arriva

• Valentina (10/5): Meraviglioso - L’accoglienza della proprietaria e di sua figlia, la posizione, gli snack e le bibite messe a disposizione degli ospiti. La proprietaria gestisce un alimentari a pochi passi dall’appartamento, con possibilità di farsi fare dei panini eccezionali. Grazie di tutto, soggiorno indimenticabile.

• Ahmet (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von San Miniato. Die Wohnung ist nur mit Treppen zu erreichen und sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und haben uns beim Gepäck geholfen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung gibt es tagsüber nur gegen Gebühren. Abends muss mal das Auto jedoch umparken. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz etwa 400 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Achtung, über die Nacht Parkverbot in der Innenstadt! Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
• Joan (10/5): Un espai genial! - Tot! La neteja, la situacio, els propietaris.... Com a caprici he trobat a faltar torradora, i una paella i olla mes gran (som 5...) i els estris de cuina estan mes preparats per 2 Fas una mica d'escalada per arribar a l'apartament tot i que aixi et poses en forma.... pero la resta genial! Hi tornaria sens dubte!
• Artiomas (10/5): Much exceeded our expectations! Worth every eur paid! - Spectacular place and georgeous people running this flat. We liked everything very much starting from the building exterior and the inside facilities. The flat has absolutely everything you need to cool down during the hot August day,and even more spectacular view from each room’s window. They meet with the drinking water, some snacks and cold drinks, coffee machine with several espresso capsules, paper towel (which is actually always missing in other places), cooled rooms and lots of smiles in their faces. We found a paid parking lot nearby (2 mins),which was easy to pay by card till any time in ahead. What was really convenient, the hosts run their own food shop down the street ( 2 min of the walk away), and you can get any food you need upto 9-10 pm. The selection of the local products there is superb, bravo! The restaurant we chose for dinner was right next to their shop (Dell’Upupa). We would strongly recommend to drop there in for home made superb dinner. absolutely everything was perfect this time

• Ciara (10/5): Great location and lovely hosts - The apartment is in a great location, clean and modern. The hosts are lovely and were very good to us when we fell ill and had to stay an extra night.
• Jenny (10/5): We didn’t want to leave this apartment! - The property is very clean, modern and functional and has a great location in the square, near restaurants and shops in San Miniato. Elena and her Mum were brilliant! So helpful, friendly and adaptive. They provided everything you want on arrival, cold drinks ready to go and some snacks. They run the best deli in town too so be sure to buy delicious meats, cheeses and fruit from their shop. This has been one of our most favourite stays in Italy and I hope to be back. Everything was great. Some people may find the motorbikes passing by in the morning a bit loud, but it’s easy to close windows and shut noise out. It didn’t bother us.

• Rob (8/5): Recently refurbished apartment, spotlessly clean and tastefully renovated. - Great location, near local restaurants and historic buildings, unfortunately road works made it difficult to find the accommodation as there were diversions, however this was just unfortunate. The apartment has recently been renovated and was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. A lot of stairs to get to the top floor where the apartment is located, as we were only staying for one night carrying our large cases up the stairs was a little inconvenient.

• Antonino (10/5): Very, very good - Recently renovated apartment in the centre of San Miniato, friendly owners and excellent food for any budget very close by. Apartment located on high floors, quiet. It's an historical building so be aware that stairs (2nd floor apartment) are a bit small. Wasn't a problem for us with a 4 years old toddler.

• Barlow (10/5): Great Stay . . . especially when walking the Via Francigena - The woman who checked us in was very kind and friendly It was a bit noisy at night, but we stayed there Saturday night. About 40 stairs to climb up. No breakfast items.
