• Elise (1/5): - La proximité avec le pub qui fait du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Les chambres donnent côté pub et les fenêtres sont très mal isolées acoustiquement. Cela devrait être mentionné dans l'annonce. Le parking est public et était plein, donc le logement n'a pas de parking dédié.
• Clara (10/5): Hermosa casa - Casa amplia, linda, limpia, cómoda. Nada en particular, pero si que está algo alejado del centro aunque es fácil de llegar en bus o en una linda caminata con subida y bajadas.

Nunca nos enviaron la contraseña Wifi a pesar de solicitarla por Whatsapp. Si no funciona, lo deberían quitar de la descripción

• Amaresh (9/5): A perfect getaway from the busy city 🙂 - Quiet location in a village setting. Nice cafe and pub in walking distance. Well connected by bus if you want to go to Belagio center. Very spacious and clean place to stay! Our host Claudio was very helpful! I didn’t find anything negative. If I have to pick one then it would be that the Wi-Fi signal could be better
• Florian (7/5): - Grundsätzlich war alles in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gab es bei der Unterkunft ebenfalls. Wir haben die Gastgeber nie getroffen. Per Whatsapp ein paar Fotos/ Filme mit Hinweisen und Anweisungen bekommen. Auf gesendete Nachrichten wurde nicht eingegangen. In der Wohnung -im Speziellen in der Küche- befindet sich sehr viel unnötiges Zeugs. So sind die Schränke scheinbar planlos mit irgendwelchen Sachen gefüllt und man findet kaum etwas. Weniger wäre hier definitiv mehr. Auch sollte man defekte Geräte aussortieren (z.B. die Kuh-Bialetti verspritzt den Kaffee in der ganzen Küche weil der Deckel defekt ist). Das Haus ist recht ringhörig. Besonders Geräusche von draussen hört man sehr gut. Da es in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bar mit Aussenbereich hat, kan das etwas störend sein. Aber wir waren selber dort und haben sehr gut gegessen. Daher war es für uns nicht so ein grosses Problem.

• Heidi (9/5): Superb - Klod was a fantastic host. He picked us up at the ferry dock and was very thorough in explaining our accommodations and tips for our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

• Alan (3/5): Friendly service but located next to a loud all-night biergarten. - Klod was very friendly and helpful even with 40 apartments to manage. The view from the terrace was nice. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The apartment was stifiling hot with no A/C. There was no way to be inside during the day and very uncomfortable at night even with every window and door open. Only 3 very large loud fans (think jet engines). Worse, there is a very loud biergarten out the bedroom window. Very loud until after 3:00 am. each night with bright florescent lights that shine right into the bedroom window. Wifi does not work. Walk up hill approx 2km to get to apartment. We hot no sleep during our visit.

• Rozalia (10/5): Great location. - Quiet location, but close to the center of Bellagio. The location has a large terrase, overlooking the lake from the end of the terrace. Free parking at the location. The administrator, Klod, superr, helped us with a lot of information about the town, where to eat, where to shop. Great vacantion, we will be back here.
• Denise (9/5): RELAXING BEAUTIFUL BELLAGIO - The host kindly met us in the town and took us to the property. The property is in a quiet location and has a great pasticceria and pub a minute's walk from the property. The property was beautiful and clean. The bonus was a welcoming bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.
• Truffelman (10/5): Exceptional - The host was extremely nice and went out of his way to make our stay the best. We really enjoyed staying here and it was a cute area that wasn't too far from downtown Bellagio.
• Power (9/5): Great first stay in the Bellagio, I would recommend a car to get around easier. We were also able to take a car ferry on - The apt was spacious, with a nice kitchen and family room. There was also a great terrace, we didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to weather. It was located up from the town in a nice area that had a nice bakery for coffee and pastries. Parking was also plentiful and close by. The host was really helpful giving us lots of good suggestions of highlights to see and a couple excellent restaurants that were locals places and we would never have found them on our own. Also, Klod was very responsive to all my messages, getting back to me very quickly. This was much appreciated. You will enjoy this spot, it’s a gem! Hard to find anything we didn’t like, but it would be nice to have one of those little pod espresso machines, that so many other spots do have. There was a bag of opened ground coffee, and a manual pot though. This is not a criticism of the apt, but the road leading to Lake Como is not for the faint of heart. Very narrow and lots and lots of turns with no visibility. Buckle in for the ride.

• Melissa (10/5): Incredible views, value, and host - would love to stay again! - The location, cleanliness, incredible views, huge terrace, fully stocked kitchen/bathroom supplies (including a washing machine & detergent) were amazing! Outside of the property itself, Klod (the host) was so friendly and quick to respond to messages; as an unexpected bonus, he also gave us so many incredible recommendations for the best places to eat, places to see, and things to do (and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge)!
• Oz (10/5): The best host and place in bellagio!!! - The best place and host in all of bellagio!! located in the old town, away from all the tourists, is this gorgeous apartment. the terrace is so big, and there is an amazing view of the lake. The house is designed very tastefully and is equipped with everything you may need. Wifi is very fast. Our host klod picked us up from the ferry port for check-in and drove us there after check out. He is very kind, gave us so many recommendations on what to do in bellagio and around it. It was my girlfriend's birthday during our stay and he gave us a bottle of prosseco, and on one day it rained really bad, and he picked us up from the center so we dont walk soaking in the rain. really an unforgettable experience for us, would have loved to stay longer. it is very rare to find a host who cares so much, so thank you, klod! near the apartment, there is a delicious bakery, and also an amazing restaurant with a view of all of bellagio and the lake. I definitely recommend this place!! That we had to leave

• Louise (6/5): Great location, good size just needs air con in summer! - The property was clean and spacious and Klod was excellent with lots of suggestions on where to go and what to see. The location is also excellent. There was no air conditioning which is my issue for not picking up when I booked. It was very uncomfortable and would not recommend staying in the warm months. The terrace is in need of a spruce up to make it an inviting place to sit.
• Ged (10/5): Beautiful memories. - Klud the host made this accomodation one of the highlight of our stay, he picked us up from ferry (even though it was midnight as we missed our connection,) insighted us with local knowledge, gifted bottle of Prosecco in fridge and drove us back to ferry terminal on our checkout. Great views of mountains, beautiful church opposite. I sincerely hope we will return one day soon. Absolutly nothing!
• Steef (8/5): Great stay - All was great, especially Klod’s hospitality. He even picked us up from the ferry before check-in and dropped us off at the ferry at check-out, which was wonderful. The location was a little away from the city centre ~20 min walk. But the appartement is really close (<3 min walk) to a pub, trattoria, supermarket and a good pasticceria. The appartement itself is very spacious & nice and has all necessary stuff! At night you can hear the pub, but with the supplied ventilators most background noise of the pub disappeared.
• John (9/5): Superb - We had a very comfortable stay at klod’s apartment. he very kindly waited to greet us even though our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive til midnight! He provided us with lots of helpful tips and information about the area including restaurants and tourist spots. The terrace was a beautiful setting for breakfast in the morning sun. The town of Bellagio is an easy 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The location was a nice walk to the water, close to essentials. - the host picked us up, which was so lovely and nice after the long journey with children to Bellagio. we loved how the apartment was in the old town, away from the tourists. It was large and comfortable for a family of four.
• Miss (10/5): We will definitely stay here again in the future! - My friend and I stayed here for Easter weekend and had the best time! Our super stylish and super kind host Klod grew up in Bellagio and told us all about the history of the building, his favourite places to go in town and the local area. Klod marked “must see” spots only the locals would know and where to get the best food on our google maps and this made our weekend in Bellagio truly special! The property is close to a cute cafe where we had breakfast and a pub that was super busy on Good Friday. Klod was the loveliest and even dropped us off in his car to the ferry at the end of our stay. This is a great location for friends and families as it sleeps 4 people, there is a big supermarket nearby and we spent an evening drinking wine on the gorgeous balcony watching the sunset. This is an ideal spot for people who enjoy hiking! Klod gave us directions to stairwells that locals use to get in and out of town and the views from these trails were breathtaking! Only a short 15 minute walk to town and the property has everything you need.
