Guest Reviews
- alex_pap (9/5): - Everything is great, as shown, the host was very welcoming, messaging was fast , answered to all our questions and was super helpful, also had fruit, coffee and everything available when we arrived. The only downside is the location which is 30-40 minutes with bus from the center
- Antonina (10/5): - If only I could rate this apartment 11 instead of 10. This was the most thought-through accommodation I've ever had. Not only did it have all the kitchen appliances, extra blankets, extra pillows, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom etc - there was coffee for the coffee maker, water in the fridge (you can also drink tap water in Italy), and fresh fruit on the table for us. The washing machine was in order - there was detergent and the drying rack for the clothes. When the wine opener turned out to be broken, Francesco stopped by and brought 2. When we needed extra bed sheets, they were also additionally provided. There was even a print-out in the apartment with a list of nearby shops, cafes, etc with directions how to get there. Public transport is good (there is a direct bus "H" from Termini to the apartment), the tram was under reconstruction so we used only buses. Overall, we felt extremely welcome, and I cannot show enough gratitude to Francesco and Alessandra

- Schuler (10/5): - Amazingly friendly host, showed me the flat. Very spacious rooms, clean bathroom. They generously provided fresh fruits, a couple bottles of water, milk, coffee with biscuits, soap and shampoo. Highly recommended if you don't mind the extra time to the city centre. Bedroom faces to the main street, with ambulances heading to the hospital near by. So bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise.
- Ila (10/5): Rating: ***** - My brother and I had an amazing stay at Francesco’s apartment – honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From start to finish, Francesco went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
We had some unexpected delays at the airport and arrived much later than planned, but Francesco was incredibly kind and patient. He waited for us with no complaints and welcomed us so warmly when we finally arrived. He took the time to show us everything in the apartment and made sure we felt settled and comfortable right away – even though it was late.
The apartment itself was beautiful – super clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were top quality. It really felt like a home away from home.
The terrace was a highlight! When I saw it in the photos, I assumed it was shared with other guests in the building – but it turned out to be all ours. We had breakfast and coffee there every day, and it was such a peaceful, lovely space to relax.
Francesco also left us a basket of fresh, delicious fruit and some amazing Italian coffee – such a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel welcomed and cared for.
I’m truly grateful to Francesco for his kindness, hospitality, and attention to every detail. He made our stay in Rome even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I’m in the city. Thank you so much, Francesco! I loved everything about the property!
- Cristina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, including everything useful in the kitchen, air conditioning and smart tvs, as well as extra towels and bed sheets at request. The building was very noisy and the quiet hours were not respected by the other tennants. There was noise throughout the night and early in the morning (starting with 5am). The ear plugs that we had on us were very useful up to some point.
- Adedunni (10/5): It was home away from home. I will stay at Casa Gabea every time! - Very central, clean, big and beautiful house. The host was warm and welcoming. Lots of love put into the amenities and fruits/tea/biscuits to welcome. Absolutely nothing
- Herika (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location. Best option in Monteverde! - The place is very well located, Tram 8 by the door, in a neighborhood I love, Monteverde. The apartment is very well equipped and full of details that makes you feel like home. No complaints. All perfect.
- Izabela (10/5): Exceptional - everything was amazing, perfect place for few days in rome
- Jay (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in a well-positioned location.
Friendly host and lovely quiet apartment with a good kitchen just in case once decides to cook.
Three minutes walk to Tram 8 and bus stations that take you directly to the city center.
Grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are within 5 5-minute radius walk.
